Nestled in Carolina Beach, this attractive house for R 7,769 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Bikini's and Martini's is located across the street from the Tennessee and North Carolina beach access points and the famous Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar, offers a coastal inspired design that will immediately set you on island time. As you walk in the front door located on the second level, you are greeted with a large and open layout that is perfect for entertaining small or large families. As you make your way across the hardwood floors and into the kitchen you will notice many upgrades such as wainscoting throughout, granite counter tops, and stainless-steel appliances. This vacation rental comes with everything you need to make a home cooked meal with seating available for large groups at the dining table, bar, living room and outdoors. The main level also features a guest bathroom and 1 of 4 bedrooms in the home with a Queen bed. Once upstairs, you have access to the master bedroom and the second guest bedroom. The master bedroom provides the ultimate escape while on vacation. It boasts a luxurious king bed and en-suite bathroom complete with double sinks and a walk-in waterfall shower. And what better way to relax then on your own private deck. The master bedroom has a covered deck with ocean views that are perfect for those sunrise photos, to enjoy your morning coffee or a nightcap after a long day in the sun. Across the hall is a spacious guest bedroom with another King bed and adjoining bathroom with ample natural light that is sure to please. Additionally, the laundry area is located on the upstairs landing. On the lower level you will find the fourth guest bedroom accessed through the garage and adjoining full bathroom. The over-sized bedroom contains two full-sized bunk beds, built in cabinets with a microwave and small refrigerator. This property features flat screen smart TVs with cable and streaming Netflix, Hulu, Sling, Amazon Prime in every bedroom and in the living room. From April 1st – Sept. 30, dogs are allowed on the beach before 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm. No dogs are allowed on the beach between 9:00 am -5:00 pm. From October 1st – May 31st, dogs are allowed on the beach at any time. Parking instructions: Parking is on right side for 3-4 spots depending on the size. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $300 plus tax per pet. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given. **Please note: All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.** No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Pets must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31. Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful! Over all the stay was great. The only thing that I could say needed improvement was the cleanliness of the grill. I left the grill much cleaner than when we arrived. It wasn’t bad, but this was just for your information.
Everyone enjoyed their stay and said that they would like to stay there again..

The villa was very nicely appointed with two King size bedrooms with ensuites on top floor, one queen on the main floor, and a great teenager lounge/bedroom on the base floor behind the garage that had two full-sized bunk beds and could easily sleep 6 with microwave, fridge, and tv. Kitchen was fresh and modern. (it was lacking in dishes, could only accommodate one meal for three people so it could use a restock in its supply of plates, bowls, etc.) The beds were comfortable. The bath towels provided were the white general, we would recommend you take your own bathroom towels. The location is directly across from the ocean and a restaurant/beach pier bar and near downtown. Also has garage parking available. Finally, I would say GREAT porches/balconies with nice furnishings. Overall very nice and we would return.

Very disappointed because this was my 1st time to the beach since COVID and 1st time in 4 years that I have been able to go to the beach with my family. 1st day showering was a nightmare with water backing up and hair floating in the water. My daughter had the same issue with water backing up in her shower. Asked maintenance to check for hair in the other 2 bathrooms and sure enough the drains were clogged with hair. I had to leave the beach 2 times on the 1st day to meet maintenance personnel to clean out the shower drain clogged with hair. Day 2 no internet for the entire day. On day 3 internet went out again. We had to reboot the modem and router 2 times. Overall cleanliness lacking. You can bring an animal for free. The housekeepers are not vacuuming the couches and taking out the cushions to get the cat hair and dog hair. Sand is everywhere in the house even though it was cleaned. The floors were not washed properly after each tenant leaves.

Excellent property that had everything we wanted plus more!! Super clean, very tastefully decorated and lots of extras (bikes, beach towels, grill, shampoo/conditioner/shower gel). Extremely easy check in and check out with standard requests upon leaving.
Minor issue with one of the showers that we just wanted to let the property know about (didn’t need fixed right away) and they sent someone to us within an hour! Now that is service!!!

The house was in a great location with easy access to the beach. The bikes that were provided were in great working order. The porches were lovely. It would be good to mention if a family has an elderly pet or someone who has difficulty with stairs this property might not be the house for them.

Mom's Birthday vacay
The stay was great. The house was sufficient for the amount of family that stayed the week. The kitchen had utensils, pots and pans. We cooked all week so with such a large group we did need larger pots at times. The grill (gas)was great although we usually use charcoal, the gas grill worked fine. The Oceanview was only from the top floor which was a very small view but I still loved it. It was a short walk to the beach. My mother loved sitting on the porch and enjoyed her birthday. Would stay here again.

The house was very close to beach which made it an excellent location. House was clean but there was a bit of an ant problem and the beds need to be replaced. There are many stairs so not a good choice for elderly and small children. I would also recommend better cable access for those rainy days.

We have been to Wrightsville Beach many times, but never Carolina Beach and this house was the ideal spot to enjoy the beautiful beaches and amazing food. The house was spotless and well-appointed. This was the perfect getaway during this crazy pandemic. Bikinis and Martinis is an absolute oasis for all. The amenities provided truly added to our experience. The six bicycles took us on a family bike ride that hadn't been done in a long time. (4 adult bikes, 2 kid bikes). The equipment available for the beach was exactly what any family would need to have a beautiful day at the beach. The house was immaculate. Two families stayed together and had plenty of room for FUN, privacy and the kitchen allowed for each individual family's snacks and food. The two upstairs rooms were very large and had extremely comfortable beds. The bathrooms attached made it private and comfortable. The main area was perfect for the grandmother that came along. She did not have to climb more stairs. She had a bedroom and a shared bath right off of her room. The living room had a large coffee table that allowed 8 of us to gather around for games. The downstairs bedroom offered 4 full sized beds (2 bunks) with beautiful linens and a frig, sink and full bathroom. This room was behind a garage with a locking door. The teens in the family enjoyed having a room to call their own. I had looked at all previous reviews and noticed that the deck had been repaired and that there were no loose boards on the deck. Two decks offered views of the ocean. The public access to the beach was a 3 minute walk. We will definitely be back to Bikinis and Martinis for another glorious stay! Thank you to the management for having a beautiful property with so many amenities.

We visited this property with friend and had a great stay. The location is nice with access to the beach, shops and stores. The bedrooms are all extremely nice and the house was clean. Only one minor point, the room with the bunk beds is actually a separate "apartment" that has to be accessed through the garage on the main floor. As we had small kids this was an initial concern but we(the parents) and kids handled it well :). The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare meals in the home and the provided linens were of very nice quality. The road noise was a bit loud at times but not overbearing. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy Beach Access and Close to the Action
Property description represents the property accurately. The home is right across the street from the beach with multiple access points, short walk and safe to cross the street with pedestrians having the right of way.
Having bikes on the property was a plus, it was great taking them on the back streets and to downtown Carolina Beach.
Property management was responsive and attentive, we had a small (not serious) problem and they took care of it immediately.
We will consider this property again.

This house was a joy. So bright and cheery even in December. We had elders with us so the steps were a bit of a challenge but we managed with most activities on the main level with living, dining, kitchen and a bedroom as well. After receiving the check-in info we had the home to ourselves. Easy in and easy out. There are always small inconveniences no matter what or where the vacation is. But, it is vacation, roll with it!! Water pressure not as good as home... Oh well, it's a few days of your life :) Heavy dew while showering in the gorgeous upstairs tile bathroom... however, they provide an extra fan there for you to get it out and you can put a towel down and be careful :) Our 2 dogs loved being with us and we appreciate being able to bring them but I believe airbnb charges too much for that privilege. You pay cleaning fees for 2 dogs but it would be the same amount of work to clean up after the first one. Even still... this was an amazing home and we enjoyed the time and beautiful weather we were able to have while there. We would definitely rent again!! Thank You Seascape :)

Roomy house in the party zone!
Large & well-stocked house with plenty of room for 6 adults and 6 children! Close to the beach and in the middle of the Carolina Beach party zone. We really enjoyed the front porch people watching.

Absolutely Lovely!
This home is nothing short of amazing. My family stayed at Carolina beach for 4 days. The house is across the street from the beach. The balcony has a wonderful view of the beach. Grocery stores and Wal-Mart is conveniently located near the house. It was home away from home. Catherine was easy to reach and she is wonderful. We will definitely visit this area again soon.

Such a nice house. Perfect for our vacation. Great location and super clean!
I brought my two daughters and two grandsons. It was the perfect house for us. Great space, rooms were clean, short walk to the beach. We ordered the tiki bar for dinner a couple times and walked across the street for pickup. We definitely recommend this house and we will book again next summer:)
