Terrific coffee shop (they make incredible burgers too)/ small convenience store, as well as extra public parking, are directly across the street. Situated only a few blocks from the town and the boardwalk where you will find plenty of shopping, dining & entertainment options. All bedrooms have smart TVs or TVs with Roku. The top floor has a beautiful, expansive, open floor plan with kitchen, dining room, living room, and wet bar all under cathedral ceilings and with spectacular ocean views. There are sliding glass doors that open to a deck with an outdoor table for eating or just relaxing while enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. The living room has a comfortable L shaped couch in front of a large screen TV with Sonos 5.1 surround sound. This property is very conveniently located next to a beach access with a ramp and a lifeguard stand for added safety (there is a lifeguard for most of the day during the summer months). We are about 8 blocks north of the boardwalk area where there are SO MANY restaurants. On Saturday mornings during the summer there is a fun farmer's market / craft booths set up all around the lake which is just on the other side of the boardwalk. This town also has an awesome firework show most Thursday nights during the summer and other activities fun for the family. If you like live bands there are often live bands at the Sea Witch or other establishments on the boardwalk.
