Serenity and peace as you watch the world go slowly by on the intracoastal waterway - there is no stress here! The views from this property are unparalleled. There are three waterfront decks from which you can watch the boats passing by, pelicans & herons perching, and the most amazing sunsets! The dockside gazebo with gas grill provides a beautiful setting for sunset dining after a day on the beach (150 steps from your door). As we are dog friendly, the whole family can come. This home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, with plenty of living space and amenities. Upon entering the ground floor, you will have plenty of space to store your beach chairs, coolers and fishing gear. Beach towels are provided. The first floor offers a waterfront bedroom with a deck overlooking the intracoastal waterway, perfect to enjoy your coffee each morning! This room has a 55 inch 4K smart TV and a king-size bed with pull out trundle. The second bedroom on this floor is spacious and has a queen bed and 3 built-in bunk beds with a 50-inch 4K TV. In the hallway is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, as well as a full bath with shower/tub combo. The second floor of this home is where you will find the main living spaces, including the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Sliders off the living room open onto a waterfront deck with comfortable chairs and a table. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and entertain. The dining table seats 8 with 4 additional seats at the bar. The living room has plenty of seating with three sofas and additional chairs. A 65 inch 4K Smart TV is here to watch all your favorite shows. You are stocked with puzzles and games for all ages, and even binoculars to watch the birds! The third floor has two additional bedrooms and bathrooms, including the spacious primary suite with sliders to a waterfront deck, perfect for cocktails or morning coffee (Keurig and coffee provided)! There is a walk-in closet and a 55-inch 4K TV. The bath has a whirlpool tub, separate shower, and double vanity. The second bedroom on this floor has a queen size bed and a beach view. This room has a private bath with shower/tub combo and plenty of closet space. Amenities include: - The carport will fit 4 small vehicles or 3 larger vehicles - Two kayaks and two stand-up paddle boards (life jackets included) - An outside shower with hot & cold water to rinse off after your day at the beach - A dock with a 35-foot boat slip, water and electric - A large shared waterfront gazebo with seating and tables for 12 - A large propane grill in the backyard - A beach wagon to easily transport your items The Starfish beach access is 150 steps from the condo. The main Carolina Beach Boardwalk is just 1 mile away. We think you’ll agree that this home has everything for a perfect vacation! NOTE: Canal Drive is prone to flood during strong storms, or during lunar/King high tides. Water may enter the carport and bottom floor entryway. The ground level is designed for the water to escape when it recedes. Please research the North Carolina King Tide Chart to see when this occurs.

We had a group of 4 couples, attending a wedding in Wilmington. Plenty of room for all! Loved the living room/kitchen area with the view/balcony. We enjoyed having coffee together in the mornings and cocktails in the evenings! House had everything we needed for cooking! Very clean. Great location!

We had an amazing family vacation. The home was perfect in every way, clean, well stocked, and it was in a great location. My granddaughters learned to paddle board, and kayak. We all fished off the pier and watdhed beautiful sunsets.

Really enjoyed the property. Being on the canal was nice. Kayaks and paddle boards available for use along with a grass grill. Was nice to hang out on the decks facing the canal. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was only 1.5 blocks from the beach. More or less had to drive to get to shops and restaurants being a ways up the strip between the canal and the ocean. Lots of steps being 4 levels. Only negative was the shower and tubs could have been cleaned a bit better.

It was awesome! We had so much fun on the dock with the paddleboards we barely went to the beach. Only complaint is the flooding at hi tide. We had to park the car several blocks from the house and walk through water to get home. Other than that, very good experience.

We all really enjoyed this rental and area! We had fun swimming, fishing, canoeing/paddle boarding off the docks, we caught several croakers and spot fish, all of which we released, as they were small, so fun to catch! The beach was super close to walk to for fun beach time and early morning walks… Really, the best of both areas of water…The house was clean and well Maintained and it had pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen and rooms. The laundry room was a plus and much needed. It was nice to have the beach towels available… The accommodation for our dog was perfect! Thank you! We had a wonderful time and it was great area!

We had a great time at Docks, Decks and Sunsets. The sunset views from the 3 canalside decks were truly wonderful. The beautiful dock was a great spot to tie up our boat and the gazebo a great spot any time of day. The clean, well-stocked home is beautiful and comfortable, and a great location on Carolina Beach. We would love to come back to spend another vacation in this great home!!

Great stay in Carolina Beach!
We had a great time at Docks, Decks and Sunsets. The sunset views from the 3 canalside decks were truly wonderful. The beautiful dock was a great spot to tie up our boat and the gazebo a great spot any time of day. The clean, well-stocked home is beautiful and comfortable, and a great location on Carolina Beach. We would love to come back to spend another vacation in this great home!!

Our intent was to make the best of our daughter’s virtual UNCW graduation by spending a week at the beach with our family. This lovely home did not disappoint! It is well-appointed, had tons of space for the 9 of us, is a short walk to the beach and delighted us with sunset views off the numerous decks. There are a number of stairs which could be a problem for some but did not bother us - although it took our dog half the week to get the nerve to go down them! (Nice neighbors too!) We would absolutely rent this property again.

Beautiful area and location. Condo was nicely furnished and everything needed for our stay was supplied. Owners were present during renovations on another unit and were very friendly and accommodating. A lot of steps for someone elderly or with knee issues but necessary due to location.
