****2021 New Owners with Family Friendly Updates**** This spacious, custom designed 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath town home is awesome. It has all of the luxuries. The huge great room consists of a living area with a large L shaped sectional, Sleep Chair and 55' HDTV and Blu Ray player. There is a balcony right off of the Living area with custom Deck Chairs. There is a large dining table and breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped; coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, popcorn maker, electric grill machine, etc..... Each bedroom has it's own "Key West inspired" flare. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, HDTV, Custom Designed Closet, attached Full Master Bath, and Spectacular Balcony Views. We have also installed special room-darkening shades to block out all the light in this room in case you want to put a baby in a pack n play in here for nap time or just want to get some daylight rest yourself. Bedroom #2 has a Full Bed, it's own HDTV, a Custom Closet, and a work from home setup with a nice desk chair, and two desks with a TV to work as a second screen. It has all the cables for a hard-wired connection, just bring your laptop and you will be set! Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed, a HDTV, a boat-shaped toddler bed, and a Custom Designed closet. A second Master Bedroom *(Bedroom # 4) has a Queen Bed, HDTV, and Bathroom with a shower. It is located on the lower level and separated by stairs but does not have it's own door to close it off from the rest of the house. In the hall closet upstairs there is a pack n play and several air mattresses to choose from (2 twins and 2 queens). All 4 bedrooms have ceilings fans. The great room also has a ceiling fan. There are spectacular bay views from both decks with the sun setting right over the water and the bay is just 50 feet from the property. 1.5 car garage is perfect for boogie boards, sandy chairs, bikes, ( bring your own jet ski), etc. It also has an outlet where you can charge your electrical vehicle, but make sure to bring your own charging cable. Enjoy a separate entrance to the unit/building - no communal hallways! Private parking lot and on street parking. The street is a dead end, so there is no thru traffic. Fishing from the end of the street is safe and bountiful (but tight) The next street over has a massive area to fish. Walk straight down 26th street to Ocean City's famous boardwalk. Take the 'tram car' down to the inlet. ( No driving needed!) What's around 26th Street? Thought you'd never ask: Within blocks is the famous Jolly Roger Amusement Park, Water Park and Speed World, Fish Tales (restaurant and bar on the bay ), 7-11, Pizza Hut, Candy Kitchen, Fractured Prune ( make your own donuts ), Mother's Cantina ( Bar ), Coins ( Restaurant and Pub ), 4 different Miniature Golf Courses, Sunsations, Quiznoes, and Embers. etc. Of course you can drive anywhere as well, but these places are all in the 'neighborhood', so there are no reasons to drive to get around Ocean City. We had a wonderful extended family vacation at this place. Six adults and 6 children fit nicely in this 3 level unit, 3 blocks from the ocean. We enjoyed the boardwalk and Assateague. The place had everything we needed - full kitchen, comfy beds, beach toys, etc.

The condo was perfect and Rachel was an excellent host.
There was plenty of room for our family of 6. The beach was a short walk away and tons of restaurants close by.

I recently stayed at a Vrbo condo rental and I have to say, it was an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning views and the luxurious amenities that were available to me.
The condo itself was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, with all the modern conveniences that I could have asked for. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook my own meals, and the living room was incredibly comfortable and cozy.
But what really set this rental apart was the location. Situated right on the beach, I was able to wake up every morning to the sound of the waves crashing against the shore. And with easy access to all the local attractions, I was able to explore the area and take in all the sights and sounds that it had to offer.
Overall, I would highly recommend this Vrbo condo rental to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation. With its stunning views, top-notch amenities, and unbeatable location, it truly is the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Five stars all around!

Rachel is a great host and very responsive for any questions you may have. The house description is accurate and was a pleasure to be in. It’s nice to be tucked away on the bayside but still close and accessible to the beach, restaurants and stores. This was our second year of staying at this house for Cruise Week. We’ll be back again. We loved this property. We have stayed here several years in a row. It is in the perfect location. It is located on a dead end street on the bay side. When you look toward the right when you are on the deck, you can see the bay. House is beautifully decorated in shore decor. Love love love the master bedroom. There are black out shades on the windows and a sound machine. I slept great once my husband stopped snoring. Lol. It is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Jolly Roger amusements is down the street. The owner, Rachel, was great to deal with. Highly recommend this property!

We rented this property for memorial day weekend 2022. The check in process was very smooth and the property was actually larger than i expected! It was clean and well stocked with necessities. We did bring our own linens and beach towels but the condo had beach toys, chairs, coolers, and an umbrella. Everyone was comfortable! There were four beds and we had eight people but till ended up using an air mattress. The condo had SEVERAL air mattresses! So if you have more than us, you'll have plenty of room to sleep everyone. My single complaint would be the master bedroom showerhead was either an assaultive spray or too light - but otherwise it was a great experience and i would recommend you book it if you're on the fence. You could see the bay from the multiple balconies (it was half a block away) and the beach was about three blocks walk. Fish tales was about a 15 minute walk, shottis point was about 15 minutes, and we ubered everywhere else. Parking situation was great - you could bring three cars if you utilize the garage. We had a blast and I will definitely consider booming the property for future visits! Thank you Rachel for lending us your property and making our weekend the most comfortable it could be.

Lovely place for a getaway
Great, spacious house with large communal spaces and plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen made mornings easy, lovely decks and fabulous tall adirondack chairs made for perfect sunsets. Location has easy access to everything - we were there during off season Ocean City, and at the north end of the boardwalk. 2.5 miles each way to the pier made perfect brisk walks. We had a terrific COVID-bubble get-away - restful, easy, convenient, and exactly as advertised. Thanks!

This place had everything we needed to cook, sleep comfortably, and stay entertained if it rained. This would be great for a group of friends or a family, but families really win out. There are so many kid-friendly touches! The garage has a closet full of toys that my son loved. There are tons of mini golf courses nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

This place had everything we needed to cook, sleep comfortably, and stay entertained if it rained. This would be great for a group of friends or a family, but families really win out. Amazing family stay!!
This property was wonderful! Check in was so simple, we received an email with instructions prior to arrival and check-in was contactless. The house was super clean, we could even smell it. We were very excited about this given it was our first overnight stay since COVID began. The house was stocked with everything we could need including a pack and play for the baby! One room was already set up for working from home complete with large screen TV for a second screen. I could sit down, plug in and work with no issues. It was a very short, straight walk to the beach. And the section of beach was nice a quiet. Easy drive to park nearer to the busier strip of boardwalk. If you're up for it the walk wasn't bad either! We will for sure be back!

Our family of 4 enjoyed a weekend pandemic retreat to Rachel and Julio's Ocean City townhome. The location is bayside at the north end of the boardwalk, away from the shop/restaurant crowds. This was the perfect home base for all our OC adventures!
As someone who does rentals quite often, it was nice to have a keyless entry - no fear of losing a key on the beach! As you walk into the home, the garage to the left is a great transition space to get out of your sandy beach shoes and clothes. It was also a great place for the kids to play on a rainy day, and there were beach toys, and beach chairs in the storage closet which we used.
Up one flight of stairs to the main living space, and you are greeted with a flood of sunlight from the windows and sliding glass door to the deck. The main floor has a huge L-shaped couch, large TV (movie night!), 8-seat dining room table and spacious open kitchen with 3 more breakfast bar seats. The kitchen is well-equipped, it includes a griddle, popcorn maker, tons of pots and pans, and even a toaster oven! We did lots of cooking and were able to store leftovers in the provided plastic storage containers. The deck off the living room has a nice set of chairs (4) to relax, admire the bay and enjoy your morning coffee. Our 6-year old and toddler loved the bean bag chair and sitting corner!
On the third floor are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One room was converted to an office, equipped with ethernet cable and a large screen TV which could be plugged into your laptop with an HDMI cord. It makes for a great remote work location during the pandemic! We stayed in the spacious master bedroom, which has blackout shades and an en suite bathroom with a fully tiled standup shower. The blackout shades made the room pitch black, which meant my toddler slept in an extra hour...what parent doesn't love that!? I really appreciated that we were able to use their pack and play and noise machine, two less things to have to travel with! Our 6-year-old stayed in the room down the hall, which had a cute little tugboat toddler bed. The hall closet has extra blankets and pillows, and the bathroom has shampoo/conditioner and soap which is always super convenient.
We made day trips to the boardwalk (two-blocks away), walked the beach, hiked trails, and watched wild horses at Assateague Island (20 min drive), enjoyed a 28-inch wood-stove pizza from Ripieno's (on 33rd), and Dumsers Dairyland ice cream (Ocean Gateway).
