Super hotel

Destul de rău. În același range de preț se pot găsi apartamente mult mai oke.

Personalul foarte amabil și un vibe extrem de prietenos, ceea ce ajută întotdeauna. Camera nu a fost murdară în sine, lucru de apreciat, și a fost ușor de aerisit, fiind primăvară am stat cu geamul deschis, deci a fost drăguț. Cafeaua a fost bună.

Cred că nu am găsit nimic de calitate în acest spațiu. În primul rând miroase destul de tare a apartament vechi, lucru care poate fi deranjant sau nu, depinde strict de preferințe, doar că la baie e un miros puternic de canalizare cred, nu cea mai plăcută experiență. Sunt extrem de dezamăgită de faptul că felul în care sunt prezentate niște facilități pe site nu corespunde neapărat cu ce e la fața locului. Am ales această locație pentru că era marketat destul de mult faptul că are sală de fitness, când am ajuns și am verificat mai atent pe site am văzut că există sală lângă la care poți merge contra cost (au o colaborare, probabil o reducere la intrare), dar când am întrebat la recepție mi s-a spus că ar trebui să se anunțe mai întâi acolo și că nu se știe neapărat cât costă...ceea ce lasă de dorit. În sine faptul că sala nu e în hotel nu e o mare problemă, dar cumva parcă era peste mână că am întrebat, deși e o facilitate destul de scoacă în evidență pe booking. Micul dejun e ceva rău. Mâncarea e puțină și deloc variată, ceea ce nu e o problemă, problema e că m-am simțit rău imediat după ce am mâncat pentru că tot ce e acolo este extrem de slab calitativ. Cred că ieșeam mai ieftin și cu stomacul mai întreg dacă nu optam pentru micul dejun la hotel și alegeam un mic dejun undeva într-un bistro. Toate produsele sunt cele mai ieftine de pe piață, iar vegetarienii au opțiuni puține. A arătat mult de parcă au pus pe masă ce au găsit prin bucătărie. De menționat și priveliștea spre grădină, care de fapt e o ghenă de gunoi deschisă cu gunoiul revărsat și faptul că nu am putut să adorm din cauza mâncărimilor, sper că erau pe sistem nervos, nu vreo alergie sau mai rău. De menționat ușa care nu prea se închide și deschide și faptul că nu există șampon, ci doar un gel de duș la plic și un săpun lichid, iar în lenjerie și prosoape am văzut găuri, chiar dacă erau curate. Trebuie mult mai multă atenție la calitatea produselor și la o formă mai onestă de prezentare.

Pentru o noapte in tranzit - merge, cu indulgenta. Pentru un sejur - categoric nu!

Personal cu comportament execrabil, care dupa o anumita ora pleaca si nu mai raspunde la telefon, uitand sa-ti lase pana si cardul cu care trebuie sa intri in camera!

Stay was ok

The receptionist was nice, the check-in was easy, the rooms were good :)

I was not happy that they have three "emergency" key boxes on the front door, which all have the code 0000 and contain key cards that can open every room! After finding out they even open your door when you lock from inside, I felt unsafe. I don't think this is a good system. Maybe change the code, and tell the guest the code on the phone if needed? Otherwise it was a nice stay, even though the Hotel is kind of old, but that is what I expected. The breakfast is not great. The location is close to a supermarket but separated from downtown by a steep 15/20 min walk uphill / downhill.

I wish to appreciate the guiance and ssistance from receptionist Olimpia for her suggestions on my stay in Cluj Napoca.

To arrive into hotel on Saturdays and Sundays requires patience from the guests as there isn't receptionists on duty in these days!

Poor

The shower didn't work on the first day that I arrived and when it was fixed, I realised the drainage was also not functioning. I informed the reception, but during three days the problem remained. I had asked to store my luggage for a few hours and I was told that the reception would give me a key. Even though I checked out during the very limited hours that the reception is supposed to work, noone was there, noone answered the reception number for more than half an hour and the cleaning staff told me that someone was coming right away, but this didn't happen for a good 40 minutes.

Good experience for the money spent!

Location very good, staff friendly, hotel good, breakfast sufficient and good!

Walls are thin so you hear all from next rooms… which is pity!

Easy check in and good price.

The bathroom really needs a renovation. Shower very moldy and smelly. Water in sink not draining. Early in the morning housekeeping woman was talking at the phone very loud in hallway for a very long time, having calls after calls.
