We welcome you to stay at our newly renovated townhouse cottage by the sea! This Ocean Beach block 4 BR and 3.5BA townhouse which is just steps away from the beach, has everything you need for a large group retreat. Located right in the middle of Ocean City, MD, the newly built 67th Street Towns Center is across the street, which features Ron Jon Surf Shop, Longboard cafe, Sweet Frog, Miones Pizza, and more. This modern and luxurious home will provide you with enough space and privacy for everyone. Senior week rentals are strictly prohibited, must be 25 years of age or older.

Had a great stay, here. House was as advertised. Host was very easy to communicate with, and was quick to get back to us when we had questions. Proximity to beach was fantastic.
No major concerns. would consider staying again.

Definitely renting this property again!
Everything about our experience at this rental was great! The house itself is updated and plenty of space for our whole family. I especially loved the rooftop deck! As far as communication with the property owners I can say they were the most accommodating, friendly and responsive people we’ve ever rented from. I can’t wait to go back :)

The house was very clean upon arrival. Everything has been beautifully updated. The house was well-equipped for a group stay! We had everything we needed to make dinners, and we were in close proximity to bars or restaurants that were either a quick walk or uber away. Overall we had a great stay!

We had a great time here for our golf trip this year. The house is nicely updated throughout. The roof deck was an especially fun place to hang out. Walkable to Fager’s Island, Macky’s, and Seacrets. Very close to the beach as well. Definitely recommend for a big group.

Great beach getaway
We travel to OC/Bethany almost every year from Colorado. We had a house full of family, 7 people (adult children). The house had plenty of room with all the conveniences needed to cook at home. There were beach chairs, beach cart and beach toys if needed. Loved how close we were to the beach!! We walked to shopping/restaurants. Lindsay was professional/helpful with all our needs. This was a great property!!

The photos do not do it justice. It's super close to the beach and right next to the community's pool. It's located by some awesome restaurants, and close to some grocery stores.

Top Notch from the finishes in the property, to the availability of chairs, toys, etc. Wish the view of the ocean was a little better from all of the balconies, but a very minor and insignificant blip. Communication to and from the owner was the best i've ever experienced as well. You won't be sorry renting this property, it'll meet and/or exceed your expectations!

Top Notch from the finishes in the property, to the availability of chairs, toys, etc. Wish the view of the ocean was a little better from all of the balconies, but a very minor and insignificant blip. Communication to and from the owner was the best i've ever experienced as well. You won't be sorry renting this property, it'll meet and/or exceed your expectations!

Excellent Condo On The Beach
This house was perfect for a long weekend large group rental. The house is basically right on the beach, there are great balconies on every floor of the house as well as a gorgeous roof deck, and lots of nice bedrooms/bathrooms to ensure places for plenty of guests to sleep and be comfortable. The renters were also very responsive and helpful with recommendations of local restaurants & bars to try. Would recommend & stay here again!
