Bayside was beautiful. Very large with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Large kitchen and laundry room. Good location with parking.

Amazing location, beautiful views of the Bay, updated apartment in a great, quiet area that is still just a short walk to the ocean.

The location, the balcony over looking the bay, enough bedrooms and bathrooms for my group.

The place was dirty. Garbage under beds, broken remote for TV couldn’t even turn on, closets were destroyed and a mess we couldn’t put our clothes in them, ants on the stove, water bugs in the sink, floors were not vacuumed or washed, one bathroom drain doesn’t even drain for the shower, one bathroom has a burn mark on the all that has been there two years and not fixed.

We loved the location with the spacious deck over looking the bay. We also was glad for the numerous bathrooms since our group was 75 percent female..

Our only complaint was the lack of our master bath exhaust fan and the distance from the elevator both very small inconveniences.

Location is great. 5 minute walk to the heart of the boardwalk. Views from the rental are amazing! Rental is very nicely decorated and comfortable.

TV was difficult to access but made it work. 1 or 2 additional units with basic cable would be good.

unit was clean and neat, Sunsets were great, sitting on Porch was very relaxing. Plenty of beds.

WiFi/internet service was very slow and not available much of the time. The sliding glass doors need attention. Hard to open and close.
