This unique home away from home has been recently updated (2021) to provide guests the ultimate vacation spot with brand-new decor, granite countertops, Shiplap walls, five flatscreen TVs, free WiFi, and a full-size washer/dryer! When you book this charming escapade, you and your family will be granted access to a shared outdoor pool (open seasonally). What's nearby: You'll be mere steps to the beach! Stroll over to the newly-built 67th Street Town Center, which features Ron Jon Surf Shop, the Longboard Cafe, Sweet Frog, Mione's Pizza, and more. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The house was in a good location, close to the beach and businesses. It was not cleaned well and the furniture is low quality. There was sand on the floors and carpet, a colony of ants in the living room. Dirt and debris under the furniture was found and food in the cracks of the kitchen table. The linens were low quality and stained. A piece of the kitchen cabinet by the sink fell off onto a persons foot within 5 minutes and they were very lucky it was not a worse injury. The toilet in the bathroom by the kitchen was having issues flushing and needed plunged. The bathroom door on the top level would not close properly. The kitchen was mostly supplied well, I’d recommend adding hot pads. The rooftop has an excellent view.

This rental was extremely clean, had a very nice renovation, and is a good location.
We didn’t cook but the kitchen had the essentials we needed, it also has a Keurig coffee maker. It had several large decks which are very nice & the living area was very comfortable. The king & queen size bed were very comfortable. Cons: It is geared more towards renters with small children, not adult or teenage children. The 4 twin beds have very thin, terrible mattresses on them, only small children would be comfortable on these, my teenage niece was uncomfortable on it. There are no trash cans in any of the bathrooms, The bathroom in the queen bedroom is extremely small. No full length mirrors & the Cable in the king bedroom did not work. This would be great for a family with a bunch of kids.

Great location. Furniture needs updating. Entry doors could use rugs at them to combat sand being carried into the living space. Linens being provided is a big plus. View of the ocean from the top deck is awesome.

House looked like it had alot of remodeling done recently. Was very clean and bright. Plenty of room for our group, and just a short walk to the beach area. Had a small hiccup when trying to get in the condo, called Vacasa office and they had the maintenance man on the phone with me in less than 15 minutes! Problem was solved (user error I think) right away, and we started our vacation. Customer service by the Vacasa team was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall the house was beautifully redone. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. However, there were a few discrepancies from the listing as to what was actually in the house. For example, no toilet paper and toiletries were provided when it says on the listing there should have been. Communication was challenging since it was primarily through email. I had to send an email and wait for a response instead of having a phone number to call if needed on short notice. Some of the light switches didn’t work to turn on lights especially in the living space. I would most likely stay there again if I needed a place for a large group that was close to the beach. Also got to see beautiful sunsets from the roof top deck, that was a nice perk!

We were close to the beach. We had free parking for everyone. The bedrooms were great and the bathrooms were very clean. Each floor had a balcony. We had 9 girls and my daughter who was the bride to me loved her party!

It was a great location and number of beds for the group we had. I would have to say the only negative is there was no toilet paper to even start with in 3 out of 4 bathrooms. Otherwise it was great

First, the location could not have been better right along the beachfront. The positives stop there. Second, Vacasa boasts that it offers customer service 24/7. I called with an issue on Sunday morning and stayed on hold for 30 minutes with no answer. I then left a call back number which the message stated would be returned within 60 minutes. My call was never returned. Finally, Vacasa obviously does not put any money back into the property. In the main bathroom on the floor that sleeps 6 they have a shower head that was so weak that my daughters could not use as the shower would not rinse their hair. The same bathroom had a tub with peeling enamel. Vacasa provides a courtesy bag with toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. but there was no hand soap anywhere in the property or the courtesy bag. Other conditions include light bulbs being out and toilet seats that were not secured to the toilet. For the cost of the rental there should be a greater attention to details than was provided. Very disappointed.

We loved that every kid had a bed and didn’t need to share beds or sleep on couches. The location can’t be beat! Just enough room for 2 families vacationing together. We had a great time.

Very Accommodating

Beach Bliss
The property is in a great location. The short walk to the beach and pool are amazing. The back deck access to the beach was very convenient. We traveled with multiple families and the rooms/layout worked out very well for us. The bathroom towels and sheets being provided was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here next year.

Family Beach Getaway
We had stayed at this property three years ago so we were familiar with the property. Our family of 11 all had comfortable accommodations. Location is everything!
We rented this unit over Thanksgiving and really enjoyed our stay. We couldn't help but wish we had rented this place during the season. The location is perfect. Your right by the beach and the condo associations pool is literally right outside your door. Right across Coastal Highway are numerous shops, restaurants, liquor store etc and the Holiday Inn pool bar is right next door!
It was a perfect place for 2 families to stay and I will likely rent this unit again this coming summer.
