This gorgeous townhouse is located directly in front of the community's outdoor pool and just two blocks from the beach across Coastal Highway. Newly built and tastefully decorated, this home has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The open-concept main floor features hardwood flooring and a bright, airy living room that adjoins a brand new, fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large breakfast bar, and a spacious dining area. The fourth bedroom, located on the first level, features a queen-size sleeper sofa, so it can be used as a bedroom or a den for additional living space during your vacation. Other amenities include four TVs, free WiFi, private parking, and plenty of storage space. Head two blocks down to the beach for a day of sun and surf, or stay home to swim in Broad Marsh's seasonal outdoor pool and relax on the poolside sun deck. Grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants, cafes, and bars in this part of town, including The Dough Roller, The Bonfire, Touch of Italy, and Skye Bar. You'll also be one block from the 67th Street Town Center, which opened in 2013 and is home to many great shops and cafes such as Ron Jon Surf Shop, Sweet Frog, and Kite Loft. Stuck with a rainy day? Head down to Old Pro Golf for a round of indoor putt-putt and arcade games. Broad Marsh is less than half a mile from the 60th Street Bridge and a 10-15-minute drive or bus ride from the famous Ocean City Boardwalk. THINGS TO KNOW The pool is open seasonally. TEAP (Trespass Enforcement Authorization Program) signs have been installed throughout this community. This provides the Broad Marsh community and Marina extended police protection by authorizing the police department to enforce, at their discretion, trespassing laws, and to enter or remain upon the premises. The discharge of all fireworks/pyrotechnics, including ground based sparklers sold/allowed in neighboring states/counties is prohibited in the Town of Ocean City. Only small handheld sparklers are permitted to be used with competent, adult supervision. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Our Condo was perfect, right across from the pool and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Lots of great shopping spots around us and Dead Freddie's Big Peckers and a pancake house all in walking distance. The Sky Bar and mini golf was also close enough to walk to and having Ron Jon so close was awesome!!! The house has plenty of space for 10 people and there was even an extra half bathroom we didn't see on the listing. The only negative was that our place wasn't clean and ready when we arrived and we had to wait an hour and a half after traveling 7 hours to get to OC. Other than that the place was a gem.

This property was perfect for me and my family. The house was very clean upon arrival. Some of the beds were missing sheets and we didn’t have towels but a quick call to the rental company and we had what we needed w/in an hour. The house lists 2.5 baths but there are 2 half baths which was a nice surprise. The location was perfect as we were 2 blocks from the beach and right across from the pool. We would definitely come back.

We had a lovely family vacation here, with ages ranging from infant (11 mos) to 73 years old! The location is great- across the street from the pool and 2 blocks to the beach! The linen service was key, and the house was beautiful!!

House was beautiful. Everything you need is provided including cooking utensils and trash bags. We did find trash under the beds and couches from previous tenants that we cleaned up though.

(+) Overall this was a good vacation and the first time we spent 2 weeks at the beach. The townhome was roomy and had nice kitchen supplies with plenty of seating. The bathrooms were fair and soundproofing good between units. (-) We were disappointed to arrive and aside from paper across the toilet stating it was sanitized, the place was filthy. Crumbs and dirt all over each level floor and no signs of vacuum tracks. A used band aid was stuck to a chair and inside the toilet bowls were filthy. We had to spend about 2.5 hours cleaning after buying a toilet bruch, bleach and general cleaners. The master bedroom mattress was not good quality. The outside hoses did not work. I called VRBO and there was no apology and I did nto feel any empathy. With COVID concerns, it's shameful we had to clean and then be treated this way. It took 5 days for someone to come out and look at the hoses, only to tell us that they didnt know why the hoses would not work. It made for tracking a lot of dirt/sand inside and more cleaning during our stay. I would try another unit here in the future if it was not managed by VRBO, but I would not use this unit again.

This property is in a great location. Lots of restaurants and shops/things to do within walking distance. 5 minute walk to the beach. The house has a great layout, spacious and open. It does need some TLC as some curtain rods were loose and falling down, carpets and floors need cleaned and new living room furniture (chairs stained and not comfortable). The kitchen was nice but not well stocked. Had to buy a pitcher to make lemonade and no baking dishes. The home was not clean when we arrived. Sand was all over the place and there were ants on the first level probably due to food not vacuumed up from the previous guests. We had to wipe down bathrooms, kitchen and tables before we were comfortable unpacking. We wore shoes in the house because the floors were not clean. If the cleaning crew was there at all between renters, it appears they did a quick clean and not a deep clean which is extremely concerning due to COVID-19. We did contact the rental company on day 2 of our stay after we came back from the beach and realized neither of the outdoor faucets were working. We had to use the neighbors the entire week as no-one from the rental company came or contacted us another fixing the issue. More sand inside the house and very inconvenient. For all the fees we paid to rent this property, we were very disappointed. Will not rent this particular unit again and will not use Vantage Vacation Rental in the future.

Things ruined by coronavirus: no access to the pool (despite other pools in the area being open), over an hour wait outside at check-in just to pick up keys. What did management company do about these issues? Nothing. We had to access to outside hoses for washing off sand. Took 3 days to finally get an answer from customer service... Outside water was not an included amenity. Finally... That sofa bed listed as the 4th br is incredibly uncomfortable. Don't plan on using it. What was good about the place? I'll get back to you in 3 days.
