The stream-side patio door opens a large section of wall to the cottonwood trees with creek running right below. The back yard is directly alongside the stream and in the shade of the large trees. Above the living room level is another loft area with an incredible perched work space, and outside of that is a 4th floor deck with a stock tank hot water bath tub, bbq grill and views of the Bridger Mountains. The 2nd floor is where all three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, south facing balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with nice tiled shower. Bedroom #2 also has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed and desk/workspace. The 2nd bathroom is shared. We love staying at this cottage! It was about a 10 minute walk to downtown and a 15 minute drive to Bridger Bull Mountain for skiing and snowboarding. We also drove one day to big sky which is about an hour away from the house. The house was clean and spacious with room for all of our guests with an expensive kitchen and view of the mountains from the rooftop. We can’t wait to come back!

This modern, new, and impeccably clean property exceeded our expectations in many ways. First and foremost, the location was ideal. Situated within walking distance to downtown Bozeman, we had easy access to explore the charming streets, shops, and restaurants. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the spacious and well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor provided a peaceful retreat after a day of adventures. One unique feature that added to the charm of our stay was the stream running through the backyard. The gentle rapids created a soothing ambient noise that made falling asleep a breeze. It was like having our private lullaby every night! We also thoroughly enjoyed the amenities provided. The Sonos speakers added a nice touch. The grill was perfect for some outdoor cooking, and the coffee machines helped kickstart our mornings with a fresh local brew which was excellent. The views from the rooftop deck of the mountains at Perkins Perch were great and provided a pleasant backdrop for our stay. It's worth noting that this property is not suitable for those who may have difficulty with stairs since the living and kitchen space is on the third floor. However, for those who can manage a few flights of stairs, the layout adds to the sense of privacy and spaciousness. I highly recommend Perkins Perch and hope to return in the future!

What a perfect spot!!! The location is amazing; so close to town and in a great neighborhood, yet nestled between mature trees and right next to a creek. What a treat sleeping to the sound of a creek. Awesome star gazing from the top deck. The house itself is a gem; amazing architecture- modern and ‘cool’ yet so cozy. Great art. Great kitchen. Comfy couch and comfy beds, good books, so well thought out. The place was immaculate. I can’t wait to stay here again! Paul was so kind and easy to work with. He made the whole process super easy and was so helpful with recommendations. I wish we could have stayed all summer! :)

The pictures don’t do the space justice. Perkins Place is thoughtfully designed and very serene. Location is perfect for strolling to Wild Crumb or into downtown. Management was very kind and considerate of our needs with small children. The space has everything you need so that you feel very much at home. 10/10 recommend.

A nice property, with some cool attributes, but overall underwhelming. Our managers, Paul and Antoinette were very good. Very responsive and pleasant to work with.

We went to a beautiful wedding in Ennis, but we stayed in Bozeman. The house was perfect and close to downtown shopping and dinner. The location was perfect and the accommodations were perfect for our family of five.

Our family of 4 absolutely loved this home. We stayed there for our spring break, using it as our base camp for skiing at Bridger Bowl and hot springing it at Chico. The home is modern yet warm and is perfectly located for getting around town. I frequent the Bozeman area often, so I'm thrilled to have found this gem. Until next time.
