Condo complex is an ocean front and gated community in the heart of downtown Pismo Beach a block from the pier. This 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath condo is spacious and situated across from the pool. There is view of ocean and pier from the 2nd floor deck. Living room has fireplace, Cable, TV, VCR, and high speed internet, washer/dryer, BBQ, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and Keurig. Window coverings all replaced in late 2022. Primary bedroom has King with a queen and twin bunk beds in the second. The condo sleeps 6. Renting Saturday to Saturday during peak seasons, the off season we can be more flexible on check-in and out but we do have to maintain a 7-night minimum per home owners association restrictions. Carport parking for one vehicle. *This Property Does NOT Have Air Conditioning*

Great stay, great location!

Great stay, great location! Highly recommend! Steps to the pool and clubhouse and beach. One block from the main downtown area. The complex was quiet and well taken care of. The condo has been nicely updated, is well stocked and the kitchen was well equipped. All of the beds were very comfortable, including the bunkbeds. Only downside for us was that the master bedroom doesn't have a TV, but we were able to use our laptop for streaming.

Overall a good experience. Noisy teenagers in hot tub most nights until 11:00pm. Friday night, July 8th, very loud family with kids running around the complex until after midnight.

We stay at the condos at Pismo Shores because it is close to the beach, downtown and the pier. It was clean with a well equipped kitchen and decorated nicely. The only negative was the bunkbed mattresses were uncomfortable. My 7 year old complained so I folded up a spare quilted blanket and put it under the fitted sheet. They need matterss topper like the other beds.

My family rents this unit every year. Great place. Perfect for our family of four. It was a little weird with COVID this year but all things considered the condo was fine. The one main thing this unit needs is a Keurig for the kitchen and maybe a tv for the master. Good location. Bill the grounds keeper and manager of the complex is a good guy.

Our experience was fine. The only things we would like to mention is the unit itself. All was clean except the floors including the carpet which should be professionally cleaned. Strange but the remodeled guest bath upstairs has no door to close for privacy from the bedroom when using the toilet. Also the kitchen table and chairs are extremely uncomfortable and the furniture in the living room is also uncomfortable and creaky sounding when sitting in the recliners. We chose this unit because we enjoyed it in the past and it is still quite well supplied in the kitchen and beautifully decorated but not comfortable any longer.

A very relaxing place! This rental was great for us. Enjoyed sitting out on the back porch. Clean and spacious. Everything we needed was in the home. Always quiet. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub often. Loved being able to walk everywhere, beach, restaurants, shopping. Thank you.

My wife, 20 month old daughter stayed for a week. Stairs for our toddler were a bit challenging so if you have small kids, keep that in mind. Great location relative to the pool (117). We love the Pismo Shores condos because you are so close to everything, it is gated so there isn't any "through traffic", and is easy to get to the beach.

The only issue I had was, through some miscommunication within my family we mistakenly took the condo keys home with us and they wouldn't except overnight delivery they made us drive 300 miles back to give them the keys that same day. I feel they should have excepted over night delivery. otherwise a great place to vacation, right on the beach.

We had such a great stay at 117 Pismo Shores! You can see a sliver of the beach and ocean from both the downstairs and upstairs, and hear it if you open the windows. Getting to the beach is just a matter of walking across the parking area, and having the pool/jacuzzi so close is also great. The mattresses were comfortable, the home was clean, and all the amenities we needed were there (laundry, cooking necessities, etc.) VERY close to all the restaurants, pier, etc. The management company was very easy to work with as well, and very responsive. Highly recommend!

You can see the ocean from the upstairs balcony...a great place to enjoy the scenery and a cup of coffee in the morning. The condo has a great kitchen with all the appliances and kitchen gadgets that anybody would need, plenty of linens, and next to the pool. Very clean and we would request this condo in the future.
