A second full bath is conveniently located with easy access from the second and third bedrooms. A connecting large lockout unit (4th Bedroom)with two queen beds, a full bath and private balcony is also available if you wish to rent this condominium as a four bedroom unit, enabling this unit to sleep 14 people. The lockout unit is furnished with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and TV. Grand Atlantic is a great resort for year round vacationing. The resort's amenities include a beautiful indoor heated swimming pool, 170 foot indoor heated lazy river with rafts, and a large indoor heated kiddie pool with mushroom waterfall and bubbling fountains.
