The landlord waited until 12 o'clock at night

Uber to airport was only 10€, price for a private (twin bed) room was only about 10€ more than staying in a dorm at a hostel.
It’s a smoking property. Unfortunately I’m legitimately allergic to smoke, and within 15 minutes of being in the room my eyes were watering.

Near the bus station and metro, 1h to Airport, 1h to city center.
Nice for the price
All day and night I heard continuous beep sound from unknown electronic device, maybe air conditioning. For some one it will not be a problem.
As I understand, people smoking in their rooms, and I don't like it as non smoking person.

easy access from airport area.
The bed was really uncomfortable and the mattress out of shape. For the price charged, I expected a little more than what is available in a dorm.
On the plus side, its a private room with a private bathroom.
