This area also has a large TV, ceiling fan, side tables and a sliding door directly to your extended private balcony. The dining area has seating for 4 guests plus a breakfast bar for 4. The kitchen has appliance upgrades including a dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, drip and k-cup coffee makers, blender, toaster and all the dishes, glasses and kitchen items you need. Unplug and unwind or stay connected with free wifi. Bedroom 1 has two Queen size beds, nightstands, tv, closet and dresser. The sliding door to the balcony from this bedroom means you don’t have to get out of bed to watch the ocean waves. Have coffee or take a nap on the balcony with chairs and tables. The private bathroom for this room has a tub/shower combo, vanity and toilet. Down the hall is bedroom 2 with another Queen size bed, dresser, tv and closet. Across the hall is bathroom 2 with a walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. This is one of only a few with a washer and dryer right in the condo. Central air keeps you cool on hot days. First the good: The unit was clean with plenty of towels. Ocean views and easy access, and my 3 year old loved the pools (although two of them, including the baby pool, were extremely cold). The bad: The unit is extremely bare bones in terms of items that are almost always supplied in other VRBOs. No shampoo/conditioner for shower. Each bathroom has one TINY bar of soap (no soap for kitchen sink) - definitely not enough for a stay much longer than 1-2 days. Also, for those of you with small children. On both Fri and Sun nights during our stay (we stayed over Labor Day weekend), there was a very LOUD party with a DJ and amplified music on their pool deck that went from 6pm-10pm that you could easily hear it in the unit. Each night, the DJ's were constantly yelling into the microphone. It was funny for my wife and me, but would have been very annoying had we not had noise machines for our two children. The TV situation was a MESS. The unit has 3 TV's (living room, master bedroom, 2nd bedroom), but the TV's in the living room and master bedroom are OLD OLD OLD. As in so old you cannot download apps on them, so if your child watches Disney+ or something like that, not gonna happen. The living room TV constantly would disconnect from the internet (two workers couldn't figure it out). The TV in the 2nd bedroom is an actual smart TV, but they didn't have a remote for it, so one of the workers (who was great) actually grabbed one from his home.

The apartment was well prepared, clean. We had a wonderful time. The view from the balcony was very nice. The building where the apartment is located is very well maintained. I would recommend this place for everyone. We traveled with 4 adults and 2 kids, everyone loved it!

This is the third visit to Myrtle Beach and the third stay at this location. We love the condo and the ocean view - there is something about seeing the ocean from your patio that takes your breath away. The pools, outdoor bar, and indoor restaurant are fantastic, making leaving difficult. We created new memories with local attractions like charter fishing and trying new restaurants. We also visited our favorites, like mini golf and the arcade.

We had a great time. The place was cleaned and ready for us to use upon arrival. The beach was literally right off the resort pool. Which o absolutely loved. The live music and karaokee nights were so much fun. A great place for family.

The property is in a nice location. Easy access to the pool and beach. The pool bar is great for lunch, drinks and snacks. The Italian restaurant inside the property is amazing! A must stop for dinner and lunch. The condo was cute, quiet and family and pet friendly. The staff was all very nice and welcoming. I would recommend this property to families or mature guests.

The condo was great, clean and spacious. The view from the balcony was amazing. It overlooks the beach and pool. Although the weather wasn't great, when the sun popped out the breeze from the ocean was wonderful.

We adored our stay at the Bluewater. Everything was clean, well maintained, and well appointed. Honestly the online listing didn't do the property justice, and there were far more amenities than we anticipated. My only complaint was that the king mattress is done for - definitely needs replaced. Other than that it was the perfect stay and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo itself was nice. All items were there and decent. Beds uncomfortable and “master” had very small bathroom. The location of the property was loud, even at night BUT the views and access to the beach were what we were there for. The deck furniture was very nice and clean. Made it enjoyable for a cup of coffee or cocktail. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

End up being a great place to spend a week. The beach is close and easy to access weather in the morning or night. The pools were nice and none of it was ever over crowded. The balcony view was excellent. I would definetly stay again.

Clean Oceanfront Condo with all the Amenities

Clean Oceanfront Condo with all the Amenities

We had 4 adults staying in this condo for a long weekend. We loved sitting on the large balcony overlooking the beachfront. It was very easy to head down to the beach and the owner had a beach umbrella and 3 beach chairs in the closet for guest use. It was also easy to rent extra chairs and an umbrella from the lifeguard stand right in front of the condo. The location is great for exploring from Pawley's Island to North Myrtle Beach and felt safe. There was some night time loud noises from the road (cars, loud music, people talking loud or screaming) over the weekend that disturbed those in the bedroom closest to the front of the building but to be expected during busy season. The surface parking is directly across the street but we used the secure parking garage about a block away for parking two cars. The condo only had one door/garage access card and one key but we made it work. There is a washer and dryer unit with individual detergent boxes provided which was very convenient to wash some laundry during our stay. I would stay in this condo again without hesitation.
