Incline Village is about 5 minutes away where you can enjoy lakefront restaurants, get your groceries, and more. Skiing/snowboarding at the Diamond Peak Ski Resort or is about 10 minutes away. The living room is located on the 2nd floor and welcomes you with a flat screen TV, and a balcony with amazing lake views. The balcony is equipped with a gas BBQ grill, great for the warmer days! Since this home is so close to the lake, the breeze will keep you cool during the summer! The kitchen is great for homemade meals and is equipped with a drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots/pans, and more. Gather around the dining table for 6 and exchange stories over a warm meal! The 3rd floor holds 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a King bed, Smart TV, a private lake view balcony, and an en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is across the hall and holds a King bed, TV, and private bathroom. The last bedroom is on the 2nd floor and has 2 Twin beds and an en suite bathroom, great for the kids! There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer available on the main floor. THINGS TO NOTE: - The garage is not available to guests. There are 2 parking passes provided. - Guests are welcome to use the beach in front of complex. Sand Harbor, Speedboat Beach, and the Kings Beach State Recreation Area are also open to the public. We arrived 45 minutes early and key pad wouldn’t work nor would they allow us in early. Then when we did try to check in key pad still did not work. It took several phone calls to get in touch with help. Once we finally made connect it was resolved quickly.
There was only one parking pass in condo.
Over all our weekend was a delight after initial frustration.

Condo is the perfect size for 2 or more with an ideal location and view. Would rent it again.

The property was very nice and the views incredible. Our issue is with the listing and communication with the management company. We were immediately hooked on the details noted in the title - private pier, rocky beach, and also the mention of a swim raft. Perfect for our family that includes two teenaged boys. We booked and received a confirmation...with a statement that we COULD NOT use the beach as it's only for HOA residents (and we didn't qualify). What?!? How can you have that in your description as a selling feature - 100% misleading. We were given a list of public beaches miles away to use instead rather than the lakefront outside our door. I inquired to confirm and got that exact same response. Also, as no A/C in the home, there are fans in the 2 upstairs bedrooms (appreciated). The mgmt company texted twice to check in if we needed anything...I requested an additional fan for the downstairs bedroom as it was stuffy and hot at night. A delayed response finally told me they'd check and get back to me - but I never did receive the courtesy of a response the remainder of our 4-day stay. We'd look elsewhere next time - I don't feel this property was listed and managed with integrity.
