This beautiful 3 BR 2 BA home is ready to make your vacation amazing. This unit provides plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The master bedroom features a king bed along with a full bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, and the Jack and Jill bathroom is shared with bedroom 3 which has a full-size bed and 2 twins. The full-size kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig along with a drip coffee maker and is ready for all of your culinary creations. You will love the short walk to and from the beach! In the evening, sit on the large deck with the family and relax to the cool ocean breezes. The property is a short walk to destinations such as Dead Freddies Island Grill, The Longboard Café, Bad Monkey OC and miniature golf courses just to name a few. This great midtown location (at Rt. 90 Bridge) is also a short drive to attractions at the inlet, north OC, Ocean Pines and gives easy access to events in Salisbury! Come stay in this incredible home and create your own Ocean City memories! THINGS TO KNOW: * Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key. * This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit. * Sorry no pets allowed. * This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends. * Linen & Towel Rental available upon request or guests can bring their own. * This condo is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. * Two covered parking spots are provided. Additional street parking is also available. * Quick access to the beach. * The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 62nd street. * We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods. Stayed for a long weekend with girlfriends to celebrate my 50th and this place was EVERYTHING! spacious, clean and so close to beach, coffee and nightlife. HIGHLY recommend. Bigger than it looks in the pictures!

The house was beautiful and very spacious for my family of 6 including my mother in law. Everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware and even had seasonings. Check In was very easy! Good thing I read the paper that was emailed to me before leaving because they don’t provide bedding unless you pay for it or bring your own, we brought our own. Before leaving OC we always eat breakfast at Dennys and wow it’s right across the street...literally! This location is perfect because you’re near the market, bowling alley, Belly Busters, Sunset Island, SKY BAR, Seacrets, Macky’s and most importantly THE BEACH!!!! We will return!

It was a good stay. We booked it on short notice a week before our vacation. The condo was ok. I like that it was quiet and peaceful. The parking has shade. And a short walk to the beach. We can see the beach from the front deck.

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental unit. The unit was perfect for us - 5 adults and 1 infant. The unit is roomier than the photos depict and the deck is the best in the building with excellent views toward the ocean and the bay. An issue with the door lock was quickly addressed by the management team. Bed listing was incorrect (2 kings and not 1 king / 1 queen) so we were short on sheets for 1 king bed. The cushions on the outside deck furniture are in need of replacement / upgrade. Other than those issues, great rental and would consider it again for a future stay.

We had an amazing time staying here! The place was clean, the kitchen had everything you would need, the beds are nice and comfy, the bathrooms were great size. The covered balcony was big with plenty of seating. If you’ve never been to OCMD this place is not located near the boardwalk attractions, you would need to drive, about 15-20 minutes. I picked this place because I didn’t want to be near the boardwalk. More importantly for me I wanted to be near the beach. And this place is just steps from the beach. Plenty of restaurants, stores, mini golf, bowling ally and grocery store in walking distance. We had no issues whatsoever with this rental. I didn’t communicate much with the owners because there were simply no need. However, I’m sure they would have responded promptly if needed. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this place or location. We had a great time and hope to rent this place again!

We came with our kids and loved the location and the sunset bay views. The place had a cool coastal, cozy vibe! The renovated condo is at the end of the street so nice and quiet yet close walking distance to the beach, boardwalk tram, mini-golf and some great restaurants. We would definitely return here.

You have a nice view between the bay and the oceanfront, uptown enough that it’s quiet but close enough to nice bayside bars and restaurants. Place was clean and comfortable. We all had a great weekend.

Perfect location and it was a beautiful condo!

We stayed here for a week in august for some good beach time. The good:
-Clean
-Nice Kitchen!
-super close to the beach
-Kitchen has the basics. But you'll need to bring coffee filters, trash bags and dish soap.
-Parking is under the building so it's nice and shaded
-keypad on door knobs worked with no issues, made getting in and out of the place easy!
-Large outdoor deck, very nice!
Things to note:
-We brought queen sheets and they did not fit - Bring TWO kings, 1 King and 2 Twins
-Building does not have a "sand wash off area"
-the outdoor furniture looks nice but was a bit uncomfortable, you could feel the metal structure under the cushions - overall this wasn't too bad, we still used them and had a good time!
-The jack and jill bathroom also has a door from the hallway - something we coudn't tell from the pictures but was nice to have.
-The master bath jacuzzi had 'black stuff' around all the jets
-The bathtubs are HUGE
-We were able to hook up a nintendo switch to the TV.

The location is excellent for a short stay and steps away from the beach. The boardwalk isn't within walking distance if you want to be close. The condo is well-suited with some minor wear and tear. The rooms are great sizes and perfect for teenagers. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Loved the location of the condo and we finally found a place that felt like home! So welcoming, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back next year!! Easy walk to the beach and near great restaurants - we didn’t have to travel far - we felt in our own little world in OC.

Perfect Place
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The location was perfect to the beach and all local attractions. The place was beautiful and extremely clean. We were very impressed, and had a great time during our stay.

Great space and layout and close to beach!
The property was very large and spacious and was very close to most things you’d need. You can walk to many stores and restaurants. The property manager was also very responsive. Only complaint is that we wish the bathrooms were a bit tidier. Overall, great stay!

Family-friendly and perfect location
We took a chance on this listing since there was no reviews when we booked it. I'm so glad we did! The location is wonderful—a quiet, family-friendly street with ample parking (including two private spaces under the building...in OCMD, that is a huge bonus!). The house is less than a block to the beach and surprisingly spacious inside. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment/utensils, and there were plenty of extra pillows, blankets, etc for sleeping. We loved that the master bedroom was attached to the balcony, which meant us adults could sneak out for coffee on the deck while the kids slept in. The place was clean but not spotless—on par with other beach rentals we've used. Since we don't spend a ton of time indoors on a beach vacation, it's not a dealbreaker. The only negative I can point out is the noise at night (which I know the owners have no control over). Since the master bedroom is near the stairs, you can hear the other renters walking up and down the stairs, opening/closing their doors, etc. If you're a light sleeper, bring a fan or noise machine, and it will easily mask the sound. Overall, an excellent experience, and we will definitely be back!

Beauty at the Beach
It was a lovely facility and our group enjoyed our stay. It has close proximity to the beach as well as other locations. Great restaurants in the area that are within walking distance or driving.
