Very clean, we had fun in the recreation room with kids. They had everything we needed and an item we forgot. We had a small issue and owner sent someone within minutes to resolve. Very responsive! Super cute!

It was the perfect stay. Everything was as described and there were welcome goodies. The location was close to Busch Gardens! The host was always available if I had any questions, which I so appreciated. Thank you for a lovely time.

Myself and friends came up for a boys weekend and rented this lil gem! My only critique would be change out the pillows when stripping the bedding I was disappointed to see what I’d slept on since everything else was so perfect. The arcade game was an awesome trip through my childhood. Will definitely stay again

My friends and I recently went on a weekend trip and found this wonderful place to stay. It is the perfect place for a quick stay. They have a hot tub and a really cool arcade. Would recommend to anybody visiting the Tampa area

Convenient location and the hot-tun is a major plus

The place was updated and the kids enjoyed the large living room and video arcade system. It was close to downtown Tampa and the communication was great with the property owner.

Nice, clean place. Overall stay was very positive. Was centrally located for our needs which was a plus. Only main complaint is that shower in bathroom is small.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in this nicely updated home. Beautifully decorated and with all the things we needed to feel home away from home. Our two teenage boys absolutely loved the Ms Pac Man multi game, and my husband was hooked too! We did not try the hot tub (too hot and humid during our stay) but it looked clean and well kept. Don’t be concerned about the surrounding area—we felt perfectly safe. Would highly recommend to families with teenagers or pre-teens!

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It was perfect for what we needed. We loved the game room, the house was exactly how the pictures show. We have no complaints. I can see why some people may think the area is sketchy but we had no problems, a few blocks over may be a different story. We never used the hot tub so can not comment on that. Overall would definitely stay here again.

Christopher was top notch and so was his rental. Everything was as described or better. I was even nervous the hot tub would have issues from prior reviews but it was perfect. The games make it even better. Convenient location. I’m from Orlando and felt comfortable even though the area is not the BEST, cameras made us feel more secure.

Great place and location

The house is great for a group of friends to have a good time! The hot tub was wonderful and having the mini game room was a blast! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Tampa. It is a close drive to the Amalie Arena and everything in downtown Tampa.

We really enjoyed this place! 15 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Busch Gardens and 15 minutes from the soccer complex we were playing at. Property owner super helpful and easy to communicate with. Fully equipped and we loved the game room area.

We would definitely come back we felt very comfortable. We rented doing a gutter job for Empire gutters at the Falkenburg jail. We would definitely rent this house again.

The property manager Marjorie was fantastic, responding to any issues immediately and very helpfully. The neighbourhood is a little sketchy but no issues. I think Tampa has the worst traffic I've ever experienced and I found it stressful when you are relying on GPS to get around and you need to drive everywhere to get to get to anything.

I guess this is not the best neighborhood (according to some Uber drivers) but we had no problems at all! The location was minutes away from everything we wanted to do and the airport. I would stay here again!

This place was clean, with nice of updates. Having coffee available was a nice touch. Would stay here again as it was very close to the State Fairgrounds where we attended the RV show. Thanks for the hospitality.

it was the perfect retreat/ reunion combo! common spaces and privacy as well. the house apartment and studio were well appointed and decorated. We had a wonderful stay!

Place was clean and communication with property people was quick and we felt they were ready to help, if needed. Had a slight issue with the hot tub not getting hot, we went in when it was cold, then it warmed up a little bit once maintenance man came out. So very helpful. Not as hot as we would like, but still no issue due to our short stay. My favorite part is weird, however, the back main bedroom has the best White noise, meaning the sound of the hummmm from the air conditioning. That was my favorite part, actually sleeping well because it made it seem like home. Never had that before at any bnb. Had a great short visit. Would definitely stay again next time we go there for a weekend away.

I have never used VRBO...I was under duress when booking the property with the approaching hurricane...evacuating from St. Petersburg. I entered the destination of Plant City, Fl figuring that would be a safe place. The day we evacuated and due to check in, I called the property owner to verify the address and surprised that it was in Tampa, not Plant City. My mistake...but still a surprise. The house is in an iffy-area of Tampa. However, the house was recently updated and very comfortable. There was a large family room with TV and games...we were glued to the tv watching the hurricane reports. There were tv's in each room using a Fire Stick. The kitchen was nice, and supplied with basic cooking supplies. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely hard. The house was immaculate. The day the hurricane was due to hit, the owners came by to secure the outdoor spaces. They were very pleasant and even tutored us on the use of the Firestick. When I mentioned about the bed being so hard, they tried to remedy by getting a comforter out of their locked cupboard for additional padding (didn't help much). This would be a good location if there was an Ybor function, or coming in town for a Bucs' game.
