Situated in Ocean City, this lovely house for R 6,812 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Completely rehabbed property inside & out for 2022! Beautiful views of the bay, incredible sunsets, plus access to the bay for Kayaking, or just enjoying. Two huge decks from both the lower and upper levels. This is 3 Bedroom, 3 Full bath townhouse with a Full Size Kitchen, sleeping for 7 to 9 people. This is NOT a condo. Can't wait for you to see this one!! Beautiful décor, fireplace, 2 parking spaces in lot, new furniture and mattresses!! Close walking distance to the beach, and restaurants! Our home has everything you and your family should expect on vacation! Please take a look at the photos and be sure to read through the full description of the accommodations before requesting a booking... we want to ensure this is the right fit for you, and you have everything you need! **We like to know a little about our renters and their trip to ensure a fulfilling vacation for you and the preservation of our home... so please provide as much information as possible when making a request! ***IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE*** 1) Please note the 25 or over min age requirement. By agreeing to terms of the rental, you are also verifying that you meet all requirements. 2) For guests with allergies, we can not allow pets of any kind. 3) This is a 2 story townhouse, 1st floor access. WATER FRONT. 2 assigned parking spaces. 4) Please note the sleeping arrangements!! There is one bedroom with a King bed; one bedroom with a queen bed, and one "bunk" bedroom with a twin over full bunk. This accounts for 4 beds for 7 people. We will allow 9 occupants, 2 people may sleep on the sofa in the living room. 5) Owner does not supply linens (bedsheets, towels, etc), please bring with you. There are prices listed directly on their website. 6) During in-season vacations we are unable to offer early check-in or late check-out due to cleaning schedules. You are welcome to stop by to see if the cleaners are complete and if so, you may check-in. We were looking for a convenient place to stay during Fall Cruis'in. This location fit the bill. Not only great location with wonderful views but very clean and well maintained. Plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Check in was a breeze. Will definitely be back.

Everything about this property was beautiful. As soon as you walk in the front door you see the water. The house is beautifully decorated and updated. The view from both the back decks is beautiful. The check in and communication from Mark was great.

We have been coming to OCMD for over 20 years, staying at different places at different times of the year. This year we stayed at this wonderful 3 BR town house. Everything was new, and it was set up beautifully. There is nothing we would change at all. The location was ideal for what we were looking for and the owner was in touch with us and kept us updated along the way. Additionally, we had a little "blip" a non condo related issue, nothing even worth mentioning except to say that the owner was on it right away, and on a holiday also (7/4). He went above and beyond to fix the minor "blip" and we would absolutely stay here again on our next visit and would highly recommend anyone thinking about a town house rental in OCMD to give this one a look....It's a gem. Thanks

The place was perfect. The unit is an end unit with a great view of the bay. You are literally on the water looking out. Plenty of room for 6 people, recently upgraded, and very modern. Most everything you could need for cooking supplied as well. Very clean and well maintained. Great time, would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

This is a very nicely renovated property in a super convenient location. The townhouse has lots of room for a group and Mark was very easy to communicate with. I have rented a lot of places in town and this is one of the best.

This property is so nicely updated! You walk in and it feels like home! The kitchen has everything you could want in it and the location is just excellent! We celebrated my daughters 18th bday and had a fantastic stay. I will definitely look to stay here again!
