This home was the perfect setting for our family Thanksgiving gathering, where we came together from all up and down the East Coast. The location is great for Tampa Ballast Point and to other locations along the Bay and downtown Tampa The pool was fun to have as was the Foosball table. Comfy beds and really nice master bathroom. Bryant was a great host - very accommodating and good communicator. We will definitely come back.

This property was beautiful and the owner was quick with communication, so we were excited to rent here. However, before we even signed the contract, we asked specific questions about the pool heating capabilities and whether we could set the temp at 85. The response was "ok, not a problem." Once we checked in, the owner showed us how to operate the spa and pool and that is when we found out that you could only heat one at a time, not both, and that we should let him know when we wanted to use the spa and he would turn it on remotely. Throughout our three day rental, he was very hesitant to keep the gas on to get the pool up to temperature and then started telling us that google recommends a lower temp, it is expensive to run the gas, etc. My response to him was, "We asked about setting it to 85 before we even booked and you responded with ok, not a problem. Now you are saying you don't want to do that after we are already here." Bottom line, he did turn up the heater for us on the last day, but then turned it off remotely after a couple of hours because I guess he decided we had enough time. We specifically picked the property because of the pool and spa and were disappointed that in a three day timeframe, we got a couple of hours of use and were cut off to cut corners. We expressed our disappointment after the rental was over (and during the stay) and he did credit us a small amount, but it would have been more cost effective for him to run the gas and let us enjoy what we paid for in the first place. We have our own heated pool at home and we are not new to how it works or what it costs to run. This could have easily been a 5 star review if he didn't cut corners on the one thing we actually picked the house for.

The owner was always available and helpful. The house had everything we needed with a perfect location for walking and other activities.

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. The house was clean, beautiful and well stocked with more than enough essentials. The pool was perfect and a favorite of the kids. Owner was very kind and quick to accommodate and respond to communication. We would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you so much for sharing this home!

Just as described and photographed. Would note that the 3rd bedroom (w bunk beds) was in coach house. No problem for us as our kids are college age. It was perfect for us visiting our youngest kid during University of Tampa Family Weekend. Very homey. Everyone enjoyed the pool. A few blocks from boulevard drive for nice walk along the bay. Would stay again.

Very clean and wonderful neighborhood! Jacuzzi and hot tub didn’t work but it was certainly not a deal breaker! Definitely will be back!

This property truly has it all! It’s very well taken care of and clean. Modern with so many amenities. The pool and out door space creates an environment of peace and relaxation. We enjoyed our time there and would absolutely stay there again.

We truly enjoyed our time at this house. Everything was exactly as the photos showed. We used the pool daily. I liked that the kitchen was so spacious & had all the small appliances we typically use daily. I would recommend that the owner buy some more dishes. There was only a set of six & we were a group of six. Unfortunately, the sharp knives were very dull & we ended buying some new ones. We also purchased some cutting boards as we could as we couldn’t find any there. Also, the silverware could have been a better quality. These are all minor issues that can make this property an A Plus. We are very thankful that that Bryant was quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend this rental to anyone wanting to stay in Tampa area! Thank you Bryant!

Me & 5 friends came for a girls get away. The house was big enough for all of us and the location was great. We enjoyed the house and the pool. Friendly owner who was very nice to work with. If we needed anything it was there in no time.

This Tampa home was absolutely beautiful and just what my family and I needed for our weekend getaway. The pool in the backyard was perfect for our kids, they did not want to leave! The screened-in porch allowed the adults to relax while we kept a close eye on the kids swimming. Bryant was so helpful and always quick to repond when we needed anything. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again in the future!

This was our first venture out of state in 3 yrs, and we were wanting a relaxing spot to unwind as well as meet up with our daughter and her family, and meet our new granddaughter. This property was amazing! We did have a couple questions and the owner consistently answered immediately! The pool was a welcome relief to the heat and was well taken care of. All the major stores were close and easy to access. I absolutely would recommend this property to anyone wanting to vacation in Tampa!

Price was very reasonable for the size, number of bedrooms and washrooms. Pool can be just a bit chilly if it's not a hot day, but it's wonderful with the little waterfall. The enclosed screened porch with a TV was great for watching a show at night, with the pool lit up.

We came down for a long weekend to check out colleges. Bryant was a great host. Our flight landed early and he was more than happy to let us in early. The pool was a bit chilly but refreshing after a day at Busch Gardens. We will definitely stay here again.
