A fully-equipped kitchen offers all you need to create your favorite meals and beach snacks. The kitchen bar and table both present room to dine together. In the open-concept living area, watch a movie on the TV. Each bedroom provides a flatscreen TV as well as an en-suite bathroom for ultimate comfort. The sparkling shoreline is a convenient stroll from home. After beach days, rinse off at the shared outdoor shower. The boardwalk is also within walking distance for easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Added perks of this family-friendly rental include central air-conditioning, board games, and reserved parking for two cars. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Shared outdoor shower. Elevator in building. Ocean City fire code prohibits the use of BBQs/grills on sundecks, balconies, porches, or anywhere else in, under, or near the building A noise ordinance is strictly enforced after 10 pm. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This is an incredible spacious condo w/ large balcony overlooking bay & ocean. Sun roses & sun sets were gorgeous! Kitchen well stocked for cooking. I took both my senior parents (mom uses walker) and our family dog. Condo has elevator made for easy loading/unloading. Beach access only a few steps away. 4 stars only because of some minor issues upon arrival; dining room rug was absolutely disgusting dirty covered with hair, sand & crumbs, living room sofa covered in stains and smelled. We avoided living room. Tenants upstairs became unruly from their balcony but Vacasa was very responsive & prompt to address this and had our cleaning fee returned, and were able to enjoy the rest of our stay w/ out further issue. This is a very nice condo just needs some TLC & touch ups. Vacasa was stellar in their responsiveness. One of our best vacations!

Overall, this should have been a nice stay. Property was well stocked, and in a great location. The place was just really dirty and worn-down. While the property manager was quick to offer to send folks to repair/clean those items that needed it, it shouldn't have been necessary.

This place was perfect for 5 adults and a golden retriever. It is a very short walk to the beach. Three bedrooms and three full baths gave everyone enough space. The dog particularly enjoyed watching life go by from the balcony. We would stay there again.

Spacious condo - big bedrooms and bathrooms. Large/long balcony. Could use a little sprucing up - floor was sticky and turned my friend's socks black. Balcony furniture was rusted - majority of the chairs lost about an inch off of a leg or two due to the rust, making them wobbly. Stayed in May (not in full summer season) but the road noise was pretty loud. That being said, we'd go back again if the place gets some TLC from the cleaners. The beach is steps away which was great.

The views and overall large spaces were great. Immediately reported issues with torn patio screen and lighting issues is living room. After a few hours an alarm/beeping started that caused us to leave on Friday morning and not the planned Saturday departure. Issue with cleanliness. Mold 6-8 high on a shower curtain liner, dirty microwave, etc.

First I would like to say the unit was very nice, close to the beach is what we were looking for. Now the bad problem was customer service. After getting settled in we started see that the unit was not cleaned very well. We called customer service about how dirty the unit was; dust balls on the floor in a few of the bedrooms, in one bedroom the ceiling was covered with dust around the ceiling fan, this had not been cleaned in a while. placed second call about the coffee pot taking over 40 minutes to brew a pot of coffee, was told we would have a new one by that evening, at the end of our stay we still had no coffee pot. Placed third call about the dishwasher not working. Still no reply on when it would be fixed.
After six (6) phone calls to the 800 number and other number for Vacasa, we spoke to six different people and received six different answers. We found a local office for Vacasa in Ocean City, Md. The manger of the office was very upset that we were not given the phone number to the local office. On the next to last day of our stay someone from the office called and came over to the unit. The supervisor was very upset about all the problems we were having with cleanliness, maintenance of the unit, and overall condition of the unit. We were told we would get a small refund for the issues we encountered during our stay.
I feel that a company this big, should have given us a local contact number that way we would not have been on the phone talking to six (6) different people about the problems. Everyone in Ocean City Md. at the local Vacasa office did everything possible to correct the problems but it was to late because we were departing on Friday morning.
We have had issues before in other states with this company.
Over all the unit was laid out very well, plenty of room, convenient location and easily accessible to the ocean and bayside.

We spent Thanksgiving here. We had a great time. The condo was spacious and clean with all of the comforts of home. The accomodations were wonderful. We would have loved to have stay longer. We will certainly return if we can.

The location was perfect, but the condo needs some serious updating. There was dust collecting all over the textured ceilings. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. There is no way to filter water, so we had to go buy bottled water for drinking. The bedroom doors locked and there were no keys (my toddler locked himself in the bedroom during nap time).

Floors were extremely filthy. For the "cleaning fee" that was paid, someone could run a mop across the tiles after guests leave and before the new tenants show up. Otherwise, a very nice place, good location, easy access to everything. Will come again with a Swiffer mop!

Location is great! Enjoyed being on the balcony in the morning and evening. TV in the living room is too small, can't read the guide from across the room. Could've been a little cleaner, still sand on the floor, there was a hair ball in the master bath and my 11 year old found an empty can of alcohol in her room. Screen doors to patio coming apart and should be replaced. Spent a lot of money for one week to be there, should be in better condition.

We enjoyed our time very much my family and I had plenty of space to spread out the balcony is nice to see the ocean and the bay from either side and even both of our dogs felt right at home. Will stay again !

Easy check in, great location, unit is bigger than expected. Overall great experience. Only drawbacks, linens need to be replaced .... stained and cheap. Unit could be much cleaner, needs a deep clean.

This was a fairly pleasant experience with renting in Ocean City. The location is great, view is solid, and the condo is very nice, especially with each bedroom getting its own bathroom. Some bad things, for example, the floor was dirty, so we couldn’t really walk around barefoot, but our stay was too short to have someone come in to clean them. When we brought this up to Vacasa, they apologized and sent it to their cleaning people, which is all you can really ask for. The hot water isn’t plentiful, so a lot of people may have issues showering all at once, and you can’t fill the large bathtub quite all the way up. Accommodations were solid as well, kitchen was fully stocked. Bed was loud and uncomfortable, but forgivable. I would recommend this property with a few asterisks, but overall, we enjoyed our time.

The location was great, and the condo was just fabulous. We had a great Christmas vacation here. An amazing balance between the sunrise and sunset, with terrific beach access, so we could take long walks and see the wonders of the ocean.

Check in and check out was easy and convenient (although considering there was no rental before or after ours, it would’ve been nice not to have to wait until 4pm to check in and have to check out at 10am). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. There is only salt and pepper so bring your own condiments. It was really nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom.
