Baseboard heating in every room keeps the home warm and toasty through winter months. THINGS TO KNOW Incline Village beach access is no longer available to guests. Beaches outside Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details. This property is managed by Vacasa Nevada LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The place was clean, close to town, the beaches and golf course! We loved Incline Village in September, it was quiet and just the get away we needed.

The unit was clean. The floors were nice. There was plenty of closet and drawer space. The coffee maker didn't work, but the manager was responsive and gave us a new one for the next day. The sitting room was comfortable. The kitchen had helpful dishes and pots for cooking. The washer and dryer worked. Wifi worked well. There were plenty of towels. The beds were not overly comfortable. Most dishes were dirty so i cleaned before use. The walls were thin and we could easily hear neighbors. The cleaning people left a large load of laundry in the dryer (didn't put it away). One towel (hopefully clean) had a full lip lipstick stain.
