The couch is amazing and can sleep 2-3 people and the second couch is a pull out queen sleeper sofa that can sleep 2. So each bedroom you can add one of the blow up mattresses or there are other areas where they can be placed for privacy. The additional beds listed are ALL blow up mattresses so you can move them to what works best for you but there is ONLY one bed per room + the 4 blow up mattresses. You are 5 minutes from everything! We are 5 Minutes from the beach, downtown, crazy good location and hidden in the woods. This is one of the last of the large wooded lots in Sarasota close to Siesta Key on the water. Each room has a separate AC/heater just make sure you turn it to 75 each time you leave as they work extremely fast and you will be freezing in no time. The pool is set to 80 degrees. There are washers and dryer’s to use as well.
