You can enjoy the view of the Atlantic Ocean and sunrise from our balcony. Bedrooms have Large windows with ocean view, 1 king-size and 1 queen-size, 2 twin size beds, flat screen HD T.V.s with DVDs. Private bathrooms with beautiful porcelain tile, Jacuzzi tub, large rain shower fixtures and double sinks. The Alexander All Suite Oceanfront Resort is conveniently situated in the heart of Miami Beach, minutes away from world class dining and entertainment. The property is just South of Bal-Harbour and minutes north of South Beach, Lincoln Road, and the Miami Beach Convention Center. The Alexander is located a few miles from Wynwood, Mid-town, the Art Districts, Downtown Miami and Brickell. This spacious apartment, Suite 1617 features a comfortable living and dining room area and includes the following amenities: Two bedroom suite – sleeps 6 A private balcony Living room Dining Room Two bathrooms Flat screen TV with premium channels Complimentary Wi-fi access Kitchen-Fully equipped all stainless steel appliances. First bedroom - Large window with ocean views, and one king size bed, daybed with 2 twin mattresses, flat screen TV with DVD. A beautiful private bathroom with porcelain tile and around Second bedroom - Large window with ocean views, and one queen size bed and flat screen TV with DVD. A beautiful private bathroom with porcelain tile all around and double sinks. Living room-Large window with access to the balcony and ocean view. A leather sofa-sectional with ample seating space. Large flat screen HD TV with DVD. Dining room-seating for 6. Lower level swimming pool with two Jacuzzis, Tiki Bar, Towel service, and direct access to the beach is open the second upper deck swimming pool is for adults only. The property also features a food and bar service provided by the Top of The Falls poolside bar and grill and a full service restaurant on the upper deck. Guests also have access to on-site beauty salon, fitness center, poolside lounge chairs and towels. Parking: Valet Parking Only for an additional fee. Subject to change – No self parking is available on site. 10 MINUTES DROP OFF - DELIVERY OR PICK UP COMPLIMENTARY There is a City of Miami Beach public parking lot to the north of the buidling. Check in time is at 4 PM and check out time is at 11 AM. We ask that you observe this strictly as it gives us only a few hours to get the suite ready for our next guest. Please contact owner for early check-in or late check-out requests (upon availability) for an additional fee. There is a $199.00 exit cleaning fee paid directly to the hotel at check in (subject to change without notice).

My family had a wonderful time visiting Miami. There was a small hiccup checking in and there was construction going on in the front of the building but owner had great communication and pool area/beach area were in excellent condition. The construction noise could not be heard from inside the building. Great place to stay!

Beautiful condo! Clean and exactly like advertised. Host was very responsive and provided excellent customer service! The only issue was the front of the building was not well kept, but the other amenities were perfect.

This particular property is a little further uptown closer to mid beach than we thought, but the grounds are gorgeous. Two beautiful pools, poolside bar and high class on site restaurant. They’re also very convenient store, coffee shop, live music venue. The condo building/hotel itself is in heavy disrepair, the elevators were broken, and there was a smell throughout the property. The front desk staff also was very rude as well as a very heavy security presence with no sense of customer service, mostly enforcement. This energy did change the energy for our stay. But, the host was amazing. In the finishes in the condo itself were also very nice. The view is top notch, and you can see the bay and ocean

The unit is in great condition. We stayed in this building once before and this unit was the nicer of the two. Kitchen and entire living space was great. Bathrooms were really nice too!
Only challenges were:
1 - Saying it sleeps 6 is deceptive. There is a trundle bed in the master bedroom which would be incredibly awkward to use as it would basically create one massively long bed with 4 people. We moved the mattresses out and had two kids sleep in the living space.
2 - The showers only had ridiculously hot water coming out. We let the unit manager know right away, he said he'd get back to us and never did. I followed up later and he thought it was taken care of, but he had never followed up with me. Both showers were the same. All of us had to take baths only which really slowed down the evening process (seriously, the water was THAT hot).

Our unit was perfect! Clean. Well stocked. We had everything we needed. Would stay again if we return. We were able to pay a bit extra for a late checkout that allowed us to enjoy almost another full day. Thanks for sharing your beautiful apartment/condo with us!

I am a colon cancer survivor. I get very sick once in a while (Extreme Nausea) I could barely talk when I arrived.
I begged the attendant at the front desk to let me get to my room and I would take care of the cleaning charge when I felt better. He said absolutely not, you must take care of it now.
Mind you, I was the color green!!! No empathy, I had already paid the room in full. Everything about this condo is true. It is beautiful. Wonderful views. Everything was stocked, but be careful with the shelves. They aren't secure in the kitchen, and went to grab a dish and the shelve tilted towards me. I would stay here again.

Staying at this property was the best vacation decision I’ve made. 💯. The condo is in the Alexander Hotel. It is beautiful, clean and on the beach☀️. I’ll never stay in a hotel room when visiting Miami. VRBO.com is the way to go!! Maydelin, the host was awesome, she was super responsive, friendly and accommodating. My family had a great time, and felt super relaxed in this condo. Thanks Madeline!!! 2 nice size rooms, bathrooms are modern, 3 flat screen tvs. Kitchen utensils, pots and pans. I’ll be staying here for all my future trips to Miami! 💯☀️🌈

The unit itself is great. Roomy, clean, and with great views. The property itself though could be better. Slow elevators, the pool furniture could be in better shape, and the pool staff is not very attentive.

The Alexander is an older hotel with tons of charm. The valets were the best---they always had our car there by the time we got downstairs. The elevators break frequently, but not for long--people work together and take the employee elevator. That was the most frustrating issue, which is minor. The beach is fabulous, the bar by the pool is great---we didn't use it much, but the employees were very friendly, and everyone else there was certainly using it! We loved the pathway along the beach/hotels for running each day. So beautiful. I would definitely stay there again.

We can't say enough good things about this property. The owners are very attentive and addressed every question or concern within a short amount of time. The property is very nice, ample space for all. Bathrooms are great size and clean. Full kitchen even including a dish washer. Washer & dryer available just bring your own supplies. Water pressure in the showers was amazing. Pool area very clean, beach access is right across the boardwalk. The gym needs some renovating but was somewhat decent. We will definitely be back.

We can't say enough good things about this property. The owners are very attentive and addressed every question or concern within a short amount of time. The property is very nice, ample space for all. Bathrooms are great size and clean. Full kitchen even including a dish washer. Washer & dryer available just bring your own supplies. Water pressure in the showers was amazing. Pool area very clean, beach access is right across the boardwalk. The gym needs some renovating but was somewhat decent. We will definitely be back.

Everything was exactly as advertised! The location was perfect with beautiful views of the intercoastal waterway and the ocean. We mostly used public transportation, but beware while the trolley is free it was not always reliable. Not to fear since you can bike, bus, walk, or Uber! Would highly recommend staying here! The owners responded to our texts promptly and we felt that we were in good hands. The hotel staff was very friendly. While there is a coffee shop in the lobby the best coffee was next door at the Seascape at a little mom & pop store where they make their own empanadas and offer large coffees. Would definitely stay again.
