Nestled in Nassau, this lovely house for R 19,381 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Calypso House is a newly renovated, private, multi villa estate that sits on the south eastern coastline of New Providence between the famous Palm Cay Marina and future location of Legendary Blue Water Cay Marina. Many of our guests Dock at the Palm Cay Marina and stay here as it is in very close proximity. A rental car or booking private transportation for your stay is highly recommended if going into the city and downtown. From the Marina to the property however is a quick 25 minute walk. There are 4 rental suites within this estate and one owners suite for our property managers. You would be booking all 4 villas on the estate. The only other persons who would be allowed on property are the property management team/owner or host who handle daily maintenance and operations. All amenities on property are yours to enjoy. Even though each villa offers unobstructed views of the ocean this is not a white sandy beach front property. The name is quite accurate. It sits on the coastal flats and the area is loaded with bonefish at low to medium tide everyday. At high tide the ocean is splashing against the sea wall. At low tide the water is about 300 yards out exposing the ocean floor. We call it a “Moses Tide”. It’s the only place on the island where it occurs. The nearest white sandy beach is just 5 minutes down the coastline where there is constant deep water for strong active swimmers. However if you just wish to sit, plunge or get your feet wet in the ocean its right outside your door everyday! The neighborhood is extremely quiet even though well populated. To the east and west along the coastline are hike trails along the forests edge at lowest tide and you can see numerous bird species building and tending to nests and searching for fish and crabs. The property is close to two large supermarkets, a liquor store and a few major fast food brands like Wendy’s, Dominoes, Starbucks, Subway and Popeyes. You also have access through our property management team to add on services like private chef dinners and meal plans, in-house massage services, mobile spa treatments, rental car delivery, private transportation services, baby item delivery, grocery and liquor delivery, boat excursions, fishing charters, bonefish guides and more. A rental car or private transport service is highly recommended during your stay. The property was able to accommodate our party of 14(11 adults and 3 childrern) very comfortably. Dario, the property manager was extremely helpful and accommodating.The property was beachfront and served us well.

12 of us arrived early in Nassau awaiting a dive trip aboard the Aqua Cat. We needed a place to gather and relax for 3 days before heading out to sea. Found this GEM of a place. Communication with Dario ahead of time and during the stay was super efficient! Thanks for that! The "house" is actually four different villas that share a common pool and ocean area - perfect for our group! Everyone had their private areas and we could congregate together and enjoy the peace of the south shore. This home is away from the brouhaha of the tourist zoo on the north of the island, which was ideal for us. And that popular area was only a 20 minute drive at most away. There is a great grocery store right around the corner and a good liquor store to stock the house so we could enjoy adult beverages as we watched the stunning sunset each night. The shore is pristine and quiet. The sunsets were magnificent! And the fresh water pool was a perfect spot to perch and watch that sunset. I simply can't recommend this place highly enough! What a great find!

It was so great to be able to have somewhere comfortable and with a pool so relax in when we weren’t exploring. Tons of space as well, which was great for our big group!

Calypso House is absolute perfection and I couldn't recommend it more. It's beautiful, secluded, and easily accessible to everything by car. I have never felt more taken care of than by Dario, both in the weeks leading up to the trip (we had a LOT of questions as none of us had ever been to the Bahamas) and also during our stay. The villas are right on the beach, the pool was a perfect temperature, and the tiki bar was a favorite hangout spot. We had masseuses come to the property and jet-skis brought right to our beachfront! It was truly an epic stay. 10 of us all had more than enough space. Lamont Nixon was the best private driver and was so accommodating even though we changed our plans multiple times! Stay here--you won't regret it!!

Our group of 10 loved every minute of our stay from the easy check in process & incredible communication with the owners through grilling out our own dinner several nights with the most incredible sunsets you’ll ever see all the way down to snorkeling and tidal pool adventures on the private beach. 30 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to downtown. Very convenient while also being away from the tourist traps near the cruise ships. Book & Enjoy like our group did as it’s an incredible experience that welcomes you to the Bahamian island life
