Welcome to The Grey Darling in Sevierville, TN Our cabin provides a great space for your family and friends to conveniently hang out in the Smokey's with easy access to Dollywood and many attractions with less traffic since you are off Veterans Boulevard avoiding the strip when you want to, but with easy access to it. So many great amenities await your group: ★ Private Hot Tub/Private Outdoor Grill ★ Close to Dollywood ★ Dedicated parking for 3-4 cars ★ Arcade Game/ Air Hockey ★ 12-mile drive to Gatlinburg/ 14 miles to GSMNP ★ Washer and Dryer ★ New Fully Equipped Kitchen with granite countertops ★ Bedrooms with ceiling fans ★ Close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment ★ Each level has a king en suite ★ Sleeps up to 14, 3 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, 1 bedroom with full over full bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. ★ Up to 2 dogs allowed for $90 pet fee each no more than 30 pounds each. ★ No Smoking indoors Guest access Access via door code will be given a few days before check-in. The entire cabin will be yours. Other things to note ★ PRIVATE PARKING: Parking for 3-4 cars ★ ENTRY: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code. Check-in anytime after 4 pm / Check out is no later than 10 am ET ★ INTERNET/CABLE: Smart TVs in each bedroom and in the living room. ★ BEDROOMS: There are 5 bedrooms with a king master en-suite on the main floor. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms--2 king bedrooms- 1 ensuite, a queen bedroom, and a bedroom/game room with a full over full bunk. The living room also has a queen sleeper to sleep 14 total. ★ KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, drip/pod Keurig coffee maker. ★ LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron ★ AMENITIES: Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out. ★ TRASH: Please place all trash in trash bags. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick-ups. If trash will no longer fit into the bins, please reach out so that we can try to coordinate a trash pick-up with our cleaners. In addition, you can use a trash drop off convenience center, the closest location is 447 Tiger Drive Pigeon Forge, it's about a 10-minute drive. In town for a cheer competition and needing a roomy space not too far from the convention center. Very clean space and great location. Host was very quick in responses. There’s a master suite with bathroom both upstairs and downstairs so it was great for our stay as we had 2 different families and felt we all got our own privacy with plenty of room to hangout in the living space and kitchen. Bigger kids enjoyed the game room and bunks. Great for convenience overall

We had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and there was room for everyone to sit downstairs with the table and sofas. The only con is you hear the plumbing through the walls so everyone knows when you went the bathroom. It also carry’s voices (echos); wish there was more insulation. Neil as quick to respond and everything was as expected. Close to Dollywood.

We had a fantastic time at the Grey Darling. Location was great! Heading home from Dollywood was perfect as we avoided all the traffic getting out :). We had 7 kids ranging from 7 months to 6 years old and 5 adults. The setup was perfect for us. We had immediate responses to a couple of questions/needs. Wonderful stay!

The location for this cabin is excellent for proximity to Dollywood. Super clean. Know that there is a $400 hold placed on your card for a security deposit that wasn’t mentioned in the VRBO listing. Also there are no amenities for the amenity fee that’s charged, possibly there will be in the future. Note that there is really no outdoor area if you want to be able to sit outside, this wasn’t an issue for us as we mainly came to go to Dollywood. Overall we had a great stay, easy to get around on back roads with no traffic is a big plus. Restaurants nearby that are easy to get to as well.

Even with the very cold temperatures, we had the most wonderful family time together! The cabin is beautiful! Our teens enjoyed the hot tub and game room. Sports fans were able to watch Basketball March Madness games in marathon fashion! And the 2-year old twins loved that there were still some cabins up the hill under construction…excavators and dump trucks! The property was conveniently located close to the grocery store and all entertainment and shopping venues. We had a wonderful weekend!

The Grey Darling cabin is a nice large cabin for family gatherings. There is plenty of room for everyone and the kids loved the game room. The hot tub was a nice place to relax after a long day of shopping and fun. The adults enjoyed the many entertainment, shopping and dining options available throughout the area. The location of the Grey Darling is excellent for being out of the way of the busy Parkway, but close to all of the amenities this area has to offer. We will definitely plan another family gathering with this VRBO.

The Grey Darling is a sure choice when looking for your next TN cabin vacation. The home was very clean!! We loved the open floor plan, great for families. Staying at the Grey Darling turned out to be really lovely even though it was not our original plan. We had to switch locations at the very last minute because of our pooch who was terrified of coming down stairs. The main part of this home is on a ground level so it worked perfectly. Neil could not have been more accommodating and we were able to get in immediately. This home is adequately appointed with everything you could need and is in close proximity to everything. A short walk down the main road took us to the greenway which was perfect for walking our dog as well. Easy access to all of pigeon forge and Seiverville without feeling like you were in the middle of it all. It was fairly quiet but we were there after peak. The beds were extremely comfortable and the sheets were oh so soft. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools needed if you preferred cooking at home. We even met Neil who popped in to check on us. All in all it was pretty perfect.

Close to Pigeon Forge and we avoided a lot of traffic by staying here. Hot tub and game room was a nice addition to the cabin. Had plenty of bedrooms and space for us. In our party we had 4 adult women and 3 eighteen year old girls and a eighteen year old boy and a seventeen year old boy. Had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Our impromptu stay for my fiancé & I was great! We literally booked the night before and trip was seamless. Home was so clean and felt so much like home with plenty of space for our 2 dogs to run around and chase each other without getting in our way. Kitchen is equipped with everything. We only had to buy a huge pot because we from Louisiana and wanted to do a seafood boil. Just remember to bring your own seasonings (which we always do) because we didn’t see any during our stay. It’s definitely that cabin feel without being in a small, creepy cabin for a lack of a better phrase (but y’all know what I’m talking about). Although, we stayed mostly outdoors we came home to comfort each night. Beds are so comfortable, one nap turned into me only waking up the next morning. From experience it’s always better to book your river rafting 1st and book all other events around that. That will be about a 47 mins drive away and take up much of the day. Call ahead prior to arrival so you can go on your desire date. Attractions: pigeon island, river rat rafting, bluff mountains adventure ATV, also mountain coasters.

I wish there were more stars on this review than only five. 4 generations stayed in this cabin for 5 nights and we enjoyed every second. It was convenient to come and go, enjoying Tennessee and conveniently located. It is in a quiet area but not too far from the main parts of our trip. Neil communicated with us periodically and to help with anything we needed and genuinely cared for our enjoyment. This is definitely a home away from home if you treat it like so! We hope anyone considering The Grey Darling looks no further and we hope this cabin stays booked, deservingly. We hope to be back soon!

Great cabin in this neck of Sevierville. The host was communicative & everything was as described. It’s still a new area so the neighborhood is in progress. Also, the entrance off Veterans Blvd was difficult to find at first since there’s no sign but remember to use Google maps. Given the chance, we would stay here again! Very relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay. The property's location is convenient to all entertainment and the best part you can avoid traffic. The cabin was clean and stocked with all essentials. There's plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. We loved the modern look on the outside and the traditional wood cabin look on the inside. The property is not high on the mountain which was perfect to come and go at night. We will be back!
