Floor-to-ceiling windows and vaulted ceilings allow for ample sunshine and stunning forest views in the great room. Kick back on the plush sectional and stream new Netflix releases on the 60-inch TV. The gas-burning fireplace creates additional allure. Newly updated with a full suite of high-end, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, the kitchen is sure to delight any home chef. When it's time to eat, share home-cooked meals around the table for eight. Sip morning coffee on the plush love seat on the covered porch and rejuvenate in the back deck's private hot tub any time at all. The deck also features a comfy sectional, a gas grill, an outdoor table, an umbrella and space heater, and mountain and filtered lake views. Of the three lovely bedrooms, all have en suite bathrooms. Additional amenities include free WiFi and a washer/dryer. Spend a day by the cobalt-blue Tahoe waters at public beaches such as Kings Beach or Sand Harbor - both are a matter of minutes away. Carve fresh powder at Diamond Peak Ski Resort or play 18 holes at the Incline Village Mountain Course and Championship Course. THINGS TO KNOW Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details. Access to this two-story home is via one flight of exterior stairs. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. This home is not equipped with air conditioning. This property is managed by Vacasa Nevada LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. This home had a lot of good, especially the location. You even were able to see Lake Tahoe from the master shower. It had a lot of potential, but the owners could use a little help organizing. The hot tub was not useable as it had not been upkept, it had mold floating and smelled of mildew. The Vacasa property team offered to come and check it out, but that is not what I want to have to tend to on vacation. There were also rope locks on cabinets in the kitchen, limiting your use and allowing very limited number of dishes. This also wasn’t very inviting when staying somewhere. Overall, was a nice place. A few tweaks and it would be perfect.

Very nice home. Clean & well kept. Kitchen & Living Spaces are super nice. Beds comfortable, Linens were just fine. Location is great, just minutes to Lake and other local places. Super convenient to Diamond Peak & Mt. Rose.

We had the best time! The house was so comfortable and roomy. The hot tub was so relaxing. Loved the common areas for hanging out. Definitely will go back.

We spent Thanksgiving Week here and it was perfect! The house is in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful filtered lake views. I was also so impressed by the heated walkway to the hot tub. What a treat! The kitchen is well stocked with almost everything we needed, even for making a big Thanksgiving Dinner. (I was glad I brought my big roasting pan, some casserole dishes and serving pieces; only thing really missing was cookie sheets and platters.) I really appreciated the quality of items in the kitchen, especially since so many rentals are full of what seems like hand me down gear. The furnishings and beds were super comfortable and welcoming. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to be back.

This home was very comfortable with a big luxurious living room that could accommodate a big group I suspect. Enjoyed the layout of the home. There is no real view of the lake from the home…though it does not claim to have one. Dishes were sparse so I’d suggest asking if you need certain things. Additionally…bring your own coffee and/or nespresso pods as they do not offer them. We would definitely come back. Thank you.
