Enjoy a unique experience in a fully equipped and thoroughly decorated duplex condo with easy access to the private pool, garden and beach. Located at the Spanish Trace condominiums on the 2nd floor. Elevator available on the side of the building. Only steps away from the beach where you can watch stunning sunsets views, birds, and dolphins. Beach equipment also available that includes, 4 beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, canopy, floaters, sand toys, boogie boards, and more!! Outside the building, there is a big parking lot, Tennis court, Basketball court, grills, garden, outdoor pool, and even a car wash station. Unit has been extensively renovated for your enjoyment with new bed frames (1King master and 2 double Full beds in the second room) quality foam mattresses in all beds, high quality sheets, pillow cases and awesome comforters for a great sleep experience. Bedrooms are located in the second floor of the unit. 3 Smart ROKU TV’s in the unit for your enjoyment after spending a day in the beach, cable included. Fast speed internet for remotely work. Balcony furniture also available if you decided to enjoy the beautiful view of the pool and ocean without taking a step out the door. Kitchen fully equipped. Smart door lock key pad for easy access.

The condo is GREAT! Everything you need is there with the exception of groceries. The location is perfect as it's only a few minutes away from just about everything. The thermostat is difficult to control, but I was able to contact the property owner and he was able to set it for me remotely. I will definitely be back soon!

Older property but tastefully decorated and updated with all amenities we needed, convenient location, quick walk to beach, the beach chairs and wagon were a plus, and owner was very communicative.

Wilson was the perfect host, answered all questions and concerns quickly. Provided many upgrades such as scented hand soaps, quality paper products (toilet paper, paper towels and Kleenex). All we needed for the beach was also provided. A favorable experience all around.

Everything we needed was there beach chairs, beach wagon, and even sand toys. The furniture was comfortable. The pool was kept clean and the beach was right there.

Overall, the property was what we expected from the pictures. I would recommend this rental to couples and families. We really enjoyed the location and access to the beach. Might have been nice to know they were doing beach construction during our stay. It was nice having a pool for the kids. A few recommendations would just be to update or remove the shower doors as they were falling off the tracks, have better lighting connected to the switches, and update water filter in fridge. Also it wss a bit inconvenient to not have a dryer or be able to hang towels to dry.

Though this was an older unit and a bit worse for wear, the owners had decorated it in an updated beach theme that made it attractive. The owners stocked the bathrooms with sample amenities and there is a closet full of child beach toys which are perfect for young kids! The location is great and the amenities wonderful (pool was very clean)!

The condo is adorable and the complex is super cute, quaint, and very quiet. If you want an adorable getaway, this is your place. So many amenities which was fantastic if you forgot something. Chargers in abundance and little toiletries available if you need them. Bring quarters and some tide pods as laundry is just down the stairs from the condo. Very convenient. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, otherwise Uber and Lyft’s were very easy to come by. We loved it here!

We are very familiar with Spanish Trace as my family owned a condo there for many years. The complex hasn't changed much; it's still well tended and convenient to the beach and restaurants. This unit was updated to look beachy and welcoming. One suggestion would be changing out the vanity top in the upstairs bathroom, just for the sake that it's too close to the toilet. Otherwise, it is really comfortable and would visit again!

A truly great location and great property! Has everything you need for a super vacation at the beach or pool. Ocean view and sunrises were outstanding. The owner was also great to work with as well and super responsive. Thank you Wilson!

We had a wonderful stay at Sand Haus. The property was clean, welcoming and provided a comfortable stay satisfying all your needs. We would definitely rent again! It definitely felt like a home away from home.

This was a good property and location to the beach is excellent. You even get a little ocean view form your patio. The unit was well stocked and clean. Communication with owner was easy if need. We would defiantly stay here again.

Perfect location. Beautifully clean, updated condo with everything you need for beachgoers. Conveniently located right on beach entry.
Beautiful sunrise right from living room, balcony, or master bedroom. Quiet neighborhood that is close to restaurants, shopping, and some events near Anastasia Park. Owner is very friendly and always available if needed. My sister and I were both very comfortable and will be coming back soon. Thank you for your hospitality.

Overall, a great time. The decor of the place gives you an instant beach vacation vibe (despite the wet days-it didn't matter). The office manager was so nice and helpful with info on what to do and where to go for fun and good food (aside from being at beachside!). The condo rental contact, W. Vidal, was available to respond to my questions anytime and was very kind. My family and I enjoyed our time together (we met there and had Thanksgiving dinner in the condo). The bathrooms were small (we are a tall family), but nicely remodeled. The little extra soaps and such were a nice touch. Lovely time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The property and location were both perfect! There were so many little extras in the condo...chair, canopy, umbrellas. HUGE plus, the beds were actually comfortable, lol. We couldn't have asked for better. The property owner was very nice and easy to work with. We will definitely return!

Wonderful beach condo
My family had a great stay at the SandHaus rental. Clean and well appointed. Checkin/checkout was seamless. Tastefully updated, and had new comfortable mattresses in each bed. Will stay again. Thank you!

Very well equipped and close to the beach!
The hosts were very helpful. The property was very well furnished and even the little details were attended to. The property is gated which is nice & you he beach access is very close to the property. The only negative is that the bathrooms are on multiple floors while the bedrooms are all upstairs. All in all it was a great trip.
