This two bedroom, two bathroom condo is perched on the 5th floor at "the Marquise" located in Whistler's Upper Village on Blackcomb Mountain. The spacious open concept living area takes advantage of sweeping southwest mountain views and an abundance of light with large windows/doors in the dining area, living room and master bedroom. Cozy up in front of the gas fireplace or take it all in from one of the balconies. The floor plan has great separation between bedrooms and is functional for either two couples or a family with kids as each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There is also a pull-out sofa in the living room available for extra guests and a window AC unit. COMPLEX: MARQUISE From its perch on the Blackcomb Benchlands, this six-story condominium lodge has some of the best views around as well as ski-in/out access across the street. Only a short walk or free shuttle ride from Whistler Village. Features outdoor pool, hot tub and gym. For your convenience, Outpost's front desk is located in the building just next door should you need in-person assistance from our team. LOCATION: BENCHLANDS Located slope-side on Blackcomb Mountain, the Upper Village offers alpine seclusion while still being just steps from the upper village as well as the hustle and bustle of Whistler Village. With a slope-side setting, these lodging options will have you on the slopes (or the first tee of the Chateau Whistler Golf Course) in minutes. Many of these complexes have ski-in/ski-out access and they are all on the free shuttle route to and from the Village. In the summer enjoy quick access to Lost Lake Park as well as a weekly outdoor Farmers Market. OUTPOST PARTNER DISCOUNTS Outpost is partnered with multiple local Whistler companies that offer discounts to our guests. This includes discounts on ski rentals, bike rentals, various activities such as Ziplining, Snowmobiling, Snowshoeing, Vallea Lumina, Scandinave Spa, and many more! Get in touch if you want to find out more. PARKING - CLEARANCE 6'2" (no gate) Pay parking is available for $20/day in a secure underground parking lot. THINGS TO KNOW - This home only has air conditioning in the living room area. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom. - Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request. - Ski-in, ski-out ability depends on the snow levels and lift operations. You can typically ski-in and out between mid - December and end of March. You can call our reservation agents a few days before your arrival to get an update on current conditions. - If you want to have the king bed set as two twins upon your arrival, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Requests made less than 48 hours before the arrival will be subject to a fee. HOUSE RULES No smoking, no pets, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25. Base occupancy is 4 adults and max occupancy is 6 adults. The fifth and the sixth adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge. Convenient access to Blackcomb. Rooms were very nice. Couldn't really ski in/out because of low snow levels. Kitchen was well appointed, but more serving dishes would have been nice. Can opener didn't work well.

Great place, it was exactly what we needed and my brothers and I had a blast. We stayed two nights, Saturday and Sunday (check out Monday morning), skied two days, Sunday and Monday. We were paid for parking in the garage which valid, according to the ticket that printed out, until Monday at 4:45pm. After getting off the mountain Monday, we had no access to our vehicle as our access code was expired. We tried to return to our vehicle at ~4pm and did not have access to a lot for which we paid for parking until Monday at 4:45pm. Pretty big problem until, fortunently, someone eventually left /opened the garage. There was no warning for this in the property discription. Great stay other than that.

We stayed here with our two kids to ski and snowboard. If there had been snow at the base, it would have been ski in/ski out. Without that option, it was still an easy shuttle ride to the Blackcomb and Whistler Village gondolas, and it's only a 10 minute walk from the upper village. Nicely maintained, quiet building. Gorgeous views. Updated condo with comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Hot tub and pool were great for apres ski! Outpost property management was very responsive to questions and a few small issues that arose. We would definitely stay here again!

A great find! Mountain views from the balcony ... lovely pool area and hot tub ... we enjoyed being in the Upper Village too (great walkable access for Blackcomb Gondola and Lost Lake). A wonderful place to stay for our family.

This was an absolutely perfect spot to stay at in Whistler. It is in Upper Village with a trail that leads right down so it was super easy for walking and getting everywhere! It was also quiet so we could enjoy opening the windows, sitting on the porch and just taking in the view. Everything listed was here and then some. We loved being able to make sandwiches for our adventures and cook tasty dinners at home. The staff with Outpost were awesome as well in communicating with us as we had some travel hiccups (including a lost bag that we were able to get delivered to their front desk!). Overall great stay and highly recommend for all others looking to visit! I can't wait to come back in the winter since it's so close to the Blackcomb Gondola!

Amazing location in the upper village. Outpost was great in responding to any questions or problems (we had one very minor issue with the breaker for the living room plugs). The condo had everything we needed! Large and spacious enough for two couples. The only critique would be that the double bed was quite springy- any tossing or turning is exaggerated and wakes up the partner. ***Private note from Diana The only improvement I would suggest is a memory foam topper for the double bed to absorb movement. My sleeps weren't that great. Otherwise, the place was fantastic. It had everything we needed!

Overall enjoyed our stay. The building is in an ideal location for a short walk to the upper village and Lost Lake. The unit is well laid out for 2 couples, lovely views, clean and well supplied with the necessary cooking utensils.
The building was quiet and clean and we appreciated the no smoking rule. Both the pool and hot tub were very clean and well taken care of.
Overall we enjoyed the experience and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the unit to friends

Great location in the upper village. Away from the noise and bustle of the village center, but close enough to walk for all restaurants and shopping. The Blackcomb gondola makes for easy access to the mountain via the access trail to ski-in to the Merlin run. The layout of the condo was great for two couples as the rooms are set on opposite sides, each with their own bathrooms. The full kitchen and other amenities makes it a great spot for longer stays. Parking was an extra cost, but the garage was secure and had several spots to charge electric vehicles.

Lovely accommodation in the heart of Blackcomb. Five minute walk to the ski slope and 10 minute walk to the upper village. Amenities all excellent and the views from the apartment were fantastic with two great balconies.

Loved this condo and location. Spectacular mt views from the 5th floor. Free shuffle bus stop to Whistler Village right at entrance to the Marqiuse- never used our car during our 5 night visit. Easy walk from condo to Upper Whistler Village. Condo was very clean and spacious, comfortable bedroom suites- perfect for 2 couples. Kitchen was clean and stocked for eating a meal in, if you want. Luggage racks in lobby were great for getting everything up to the condo in one run. Would like to see a drawer of card/board games to play on a rainy day. Did not see instructions for gas fireplace. Easy reservation process and check out. Good value and really like 30 day full refund cancelation policy. Appreciated being notified in advance of pool/hot tub closure due to maintenance and was given credit and option to use facilities next door. Would definitely stay at Sarah's place again if we come to Whistler. Really enjoyd having such a comfortable place to relax every day.

WOW! We give the score of 11/10 for this accommodation. We are a retired couple and travel the world with airbnb. Everything was beyond our expectations. The organization as a whole, the arrival, the reception and the impressive equipment, particularly in the kitchen. Excellent location, wonderful view, everything within walking distance. Impeccable, comfortable and welcoming accommodation. We highly recommend it!

We were two couples travelling and this flat was perfect as each couple got a nice bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Big spaces and beautiful views on the surrounding mountains. The flat comes with everything needed to cook and wash. Very convenient to go to the Blackcomb gondola as it is around 10mn walk. It is also possible to walk to village center itself in around 20mn which was no problem for us so we didn't use the local busses.

What a lovely place to stay in Whistler. The view from the condo is breathtaking. It was immaculate and beautifully decorated. A quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the villages but we could walk everywhere. There were so many little touches that made you feel welcome. Looking forward to our next stay.

Hello, This home is beautiful, best view, very clean, all new and all needed kitchen items . Bedding, kitchen, bathrooms, washer/dryer etc. were all clean and neat. Morning sunrise and evening sunsets were beautiful. Car parking was easy and lot of space. We enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi. This home is very good for family with kids and esp. if you enjoy cooking , eating meals with good mountain views. In case if you stay here, pl note this home is very near to the Blackcomb Gandola ride and city center (5min walk, look at (Hidden by Airbnb) map walking path). Avoid using car and parking lot, which limits parking till 5pm etc. This home location is very good. Weather was hot (not normal for Whistler!) but they had fans so it was helpful. If we visit again to Whistler (am sure we will) , look forward to stay at this beautiful home.

Absolutely perfect accommodations for our summer week in Whistler. Close to everything but quiet and peaceful. Gorgeous new furnishings, everything you need. Comfortable and super clean. The views of the mountains from almost every room are remarkable. Quick to respond to our requests and so very accommodating. I look forward to returning!
