This place was absolutely amazing! It was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We had no problems with directions. The owners made everything feel at home! Thanks again for the unforgettable weekend!

This house was very overpriced for what it was in my opinion. It was just ok. The house did seem mostly clean on the surface, but it’s just an older property and we did have an issue with a couple of roaches. It could also be a little more furnished in some places. I would personally not stay here again. On a positive note, the check in was easy and the owners were responsive and do seem like wonderful folks. They did confirm the house was sprayed regularly and they would address the issue.

Beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood! Terrance and his wife were only a phone call away! Check in and out process was definitely the easiest by far!! Will definitely book again!

Very thankful for a quick weekend getaway. The property was perfect and roomy for my group. The owners were nothing but kind, and were always there if we needed anything extra. Highly recommend this owner and property!

The house is in a fantastic location for quick drives to Hamilton Place, Downtown Chatt, and Ooltewah area. It is very clean and has a great table for people to gather at together. Terrence is an excellent host- very detail-oriented and kind! My family, friends, and I had a great stay at this home.
