Stayed in the hotel for a night after a work event was held there. The carpet in the hallways was bubbled and was a tripping hazard and the sheets in the room were dirty when I pulled the covers down to crawl into bed. I called the front desk asking for new sheets which they left, outside my door. This left me to remake my bed at 10:30 at night which made me kind of cranky.

Lobby and room were clean and comfortable. Service was excellent. Just one “off” comment - there was a noisy steam(?) line close to my room that slowed getting to sleep. Room, parking and breakfast were separate charges.

they were holding a teen convention for future leaders out of control kids with no regard to other guests while management and parents let it ride I left a day early and couldn't get a refund from hotels.com or hilton spent two days price for one sleepless night that virtual operator for hotels . com won't let you make a complaint you won't let me explain I'm done

Decent accommodation, housekeeping missing in action, couldn’t even get coffee pod refills in time. Good location relative to Oregon Center.

Great hotel! We will definitely be staying here from now on! Our usual is the Crowne Plaza, but this place is our new favorite. The only negative is the in room coffee maker.

I was in a meeting in Portland that extended longer then expected so I stayed the night here in Portland to avoid driving back home late. The front desk was very lovely although attention to detail could go a long way as I was given the wrong room number and spent 15 minutes figuring out why the room door wasn’t opening, come to find out I was entering a room that was occupied already because my room number was written wrong on the key card.
Secondly do not touch the blinds, my room had a balcony and when I went over to open the curtains/blinds I found huge red stains that I don’t wanna imagine what they are.
And lastly be prepared to pay $27 extra to cover your parking next to the hotel, because that’s not free

I stayed at this hotel because it was in walking distance to the convention center. I did not have a vehicle, but noted that the property and parking garages had security controls.
Staff at the hotel were great. The hotel was clean. The room was clean. The restaurant, Gather had great food.

My experience was great. I didnt get a chance to try the breakfast buffet but thats only because I slept in. 😩 butvoverall inheard itvwas sublime with a lot of variation items.

The front desk staff were a little rude and not super helpful, but the hotel itself was good enough for a quick overnight stay. Also, it is pretty close to the train station, so that is easy and convenient.

Walking distance to the Convention Center and to the movie theatre so we didnt have to drive in the snow. Friendly staff.

lovely experience. hotel & staff are great. the only reason for less than 5/5 is that the neighborhood is a little unsafe, uncontrollable and no fault to the hotel, but true. i had a safe stay but i noticed 2 other cars in the garage had been broken into.

The Lloyd Center shopping mall is sadly way past its prime. Hopefully it will be redeveloped. The park across the street is nice and a street car stop is within one block.

The outside was dirty and there were several homeless people milling about. The lobby doors need a key to open before you check in due to the homeless. The room was at the end of the hall out of number sequence so difficult to find. The door only swung 90 degrees before hitting the wall. The entry was very narrow, I am 5'9 165 lbs and had difficulty entering with luggage. The pipes rattled in the walls when the toilet was flushed. There was old blood stains on the bedding and one of the towels. The smell of marijuana was strong in the hallway, notifying the front desk did not stop this.

Property is pretty big and rooms are alright. The staff was really nice and they do have a nice coffee shop. The only complaint was that the hot water in our room took forever to warm up, but otherwise it was a decent stay!

I thought the desk staff was curt. They wanted to put a $250 per day charge for possible damage. This was ridiculous. The housekeeper didn’t come when requested though there was one cleaning the room next door. Breakfast was mediocre.
