It was a wonderful, comfortable room. Great pillows, nice bed, loved the throw and the swivel rockers!
The city and convention center was also nice.

For a last min rental or even a planned vacation it was perfect! We stayed in one of the suites and it was roomy and comfy. We’ll definitely be staying here again

The Junior suite was fabulous! The tiled walk-in shower had three shower heads. You could fit a New York apartment inside the bathroom. The room feels like a nicely designed condo vs a hotel room. The train was a bit noisy but they did provide ear plugs. I would stay here again 100%

Exceptional room, service, dining… Amazing location…. We look forward to next time!

Front desk made multiple errors at booking and checkout. With follow up calls things were corrected but the experience was not pleasant.
Room comfort was good but bring an extension cord to plug rechargeable devices. The night stand had USB plugs on the phone, but none of them worked. I was there 2 x in the same week and this was true for both room. The wall sockets are a long distance from the bed so devices had to be placed across the room. In today's world the hotel should be updated to accommodate the need to connections closer to the night stands

Great location if you want to go to MODA center or downtown. Transit center steps away. Helpful staff, great restaurant and wine bar. Rooftop at sunset around the firepit with friends, can't beat it. Excellent value. We went in the spring and the blossoms were awesome. Plenty of great restaurants and POI. The Lan Su Chinese garden was gorgeous. Dan & Louis Oyster bar was delish!

The hotel was great the bed was very comfortable.

Everyone was very courteous, especially the valet team. Car came out before I even had a chance to leave my room!
Also, the robes and faux-fur throw on the bed was a classy touch.

Love this hotel. I always stay at Hotel Eastlund when I go to Portland for the Pelicans/Trailblazers game. The restaurant is amazing. Moda is walking distance from the hotel. My only critique was that the bathroom floor was dirty. It appeared that the floor was mopped and while wet someone stepped on the floor.

Hotels was great. Food at the roof top restaurant was amazing. Will definitely return.

Great boutique hotel by the Oregon Convention Center. Roof top restaurant & bar have good food & drinks. Be aware overnight parking is valet only at $43/day. Only other real choice is street parking which I wouldn’t recommend. Other than that extra expense it’s a very nice place to stay!

Possibly the only hotel in that area where you can have a really good meal on top of having a good and clean room.
The gym is fine and options for snacks or better are good too.
This is a good hotel - happy to come back if work puts me in Portland again

First of all, the parking attendance are all awesome. They watch out for everything for you. We were dealing with rain and they made sure that everything was perfect. All the staff are just lovely. The rooms are fantastic the bed so comfortable I finally had a good nights sleep Temperature of the room is easy to control. Amenities are wonderful so quiet. We always get a city view king room, and love it.

It was a fine hotel. Room was very nice. There was a day where the city and a giant snow storm and on the same day some of the doors stopped working, an elevator stopped working, and the only other elevator had a note saying only 4 people total in the elevator at the same time which did not feel safe to me. But they wouldn’t let anyone take the stairs. Idk why so the only option was the one elevator and you could only have 4 people. Felt like everything in the hotel was braking just because of some bad weather.

The staff at Hotel Eastlund were accommodating, friendly, and seemingly unbothered by the weather! We could not have been more grateful for their hospitality and kindness! I will be staying here again

the rooms need updating and cleaning could be better.

We selected this hotel since it's a 5 minute walk to the Moda Center. We've stayed at most of the neighboring properties but the Hotel Eastlund is the best combination of convenience, price, location, and customer service. I especially liked that we were able to check in early. arriving around 11am. The Hyatt across the street charged $30 to check in 2 hours early.

We truly enjoyed our stay. All the staff was exceptional and the hotel is a nice 10 min walk to Moda Center. We will be back!

Room 319 was a city view which i paid more for than the otherside, not realizing the light rail grinds away all night nearby. And the elevator is adjacent, i assumed it was far enough away, but turned out the bed was next to it. Not ideal conditions for a light sleeper!

Expensive parking

The trains run right next to the hotel. They are noisy and run all night long. I also thought parking should be included with the room but we were required to pay an extra $36 to park.

Just what we needed for a short trip out of town to go Blazers game.

Overall clean and close to every thing, for price you should have bigger rooms very cramped. Rooms are clean but no fan in bathroom no microwave or actual mini fridge .

Our rooms were alone the street where the metro line ran. It was loud all night long.

Stayed one night for a company holiday party at the convention center. Check in was quick and easy and the room was clean, comfortable and well stocked. I would have liked a little explanation of amenities at check in but otherwise it was a perfect night and a great night’s sleep.

Nice hotel and very accommodating staff. Portland doesn't feel safe; but this hotel did feel safe. The Tavern is excellent with great service; so we didn't need to travel off sight for meals. We were there for an event at the Convention Center; and this hotel is very conveniently located for walking there quickly.
