Property has charm from its history. Proximity to interesting shops in the Plaza and to restaurants helped make our stay very agreeable. Missed one breakfast after we asked for warm cereal especially cooked for us bc we overslept. I think the owners weren’t quite happy even when we apologized. Like the property very much.

Beautiful B&B. Owners are super nice. Food was great. Bed was comfy. Older home in old downtown. Walking distance to great food and shops.

This is an amazing B&B, wonderful innkeepers and the breakfast is outstanding, a real treat!

We were able to self-check-in and out, as all had been pre-paid. The couple who run this b&b have innkeeping down to a science! Every possible question was anticipated and answered clearly in their literature, every amenity in place in the room, directions clearly printed for operating heating/cooling, shower, hair dryer, etc. Our room was beautifully decorated, in keeping with the fascinating history of the mansion, also prominently displayed. The bookcase even contained some of my mom’s and my favorite mystery writers’ works! The morning breakfast was served outside at tables on the lovely grounds, and was one of the tastiest breakfasts we’ve ever eaten! We had nice interactions with some of the other guests, and all in all, had a perfectly charming stay! I hope to make it back to the Bottger sometime soon!

Perfect orange French toast with a fruit cup and pear juice to go along with the coffee and tea. A very informative notebook full of info on the area in our room. Quiet. Good wifi.

Cathy and Steve are excellent B & B owners, very organized. They were friendly, without hovering. The blueberry French toast for breakfast was mouth-watering. The location of the mansion is perfect, a very short walk to Old Town and the shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

The inn keepers were gracious and very helpful. It was a wonderful place to stay.

Bottger Mansion has the best combination of location (right on Old Route 66), comfort, history, cleanliness, and five-star hospitality. Bravo, Steve and Kathy!

The owners were very accommodating, but the room was cramped and nothing special. sorry, I don't think I'll be back.

Convenient to Old Town shops, museums and restaurants ... within 5-10 minute walks. Accommodation has character, but being older it has creaky floors and sound insulation from adjacent units is not the best. Wasn't a problem since we weren't travelling in high season, but potentially could be an issue.

Lots of Old World charm with exquisite food. Comfy beds, bright and shining clean. Pretty little yard area.

Warm hospitality and wonderful, delicious gourmet breakfasts make this B&B the place to stay! Located in old town, everything is close by and within walking distance.
