No electricity, dirty, smelly

The room had roaches. Nice people, but I won’t rent a room their no more because of the critters.

I am very disappointed it was not very clean and saw roaches inside our unit also the bathroom door wouldn’t close due to a punch hole in the door and bed sheets looked dirty also towels looked brown and dirty smelled pretty clean but just didn’t feel clean at all.

Spotted two roaches in my room.

This hotel is so nasty cause it has a lot of rockroaches.?

Bed was decent but there were cockroaches in room, surfaces did not seem clean or maintained.

Hotel attempts to provide good service but the off-highway neighborhood is noisy and likely sketchy. The hotel rooms and facility, while adequate, have seen better days.

There was roaches and no internet

Bugs in bathroom on several days. No light over bathroom sink so you had to shave by touch. One very lightweight blanket for nights when the outside temp was in the 40's. The room heater worked OK but the air being blown was cool even though the setting was "high heat." I had to borrow a blanket from a friend to be able to sleep comfortably. This was the worst hotel I have ever used.

Very good nice people

Not safe feeling for my vehicle, I worried about it being damaged or broken in to. Rough neighborhood and noisy too.

Roaches

Really really cheaply badly kept hotel for that area. Shower pull needed repair, blankets were thin, decoatine cover was a bed spread cut in 1/2 and sewn at the bottom.. also thin. Furniture was all scratched up, mattress was.. ok. Side walk areas inside and around pool were dirty. Locks on doors didnt feel safe. Chain lock replaced reg hotel latch lock.. with part of that lock still attached. Curtains on one side were not hanging on the rod. The air conditioner/heater grate was filthy. Management did nothing when a family came at 7:30 am and was knocking loudly and yelling for Jose for over 7 minutes while this kid screamed. It was just... very poor quality of EVERYTHING! THE ROOM DISCRIPTION AND PICTURES ARE DECEIVING ON EXPEDIA. Beware

Rooms has strong smell of dog’s pee Dark, dirty marks on the carpets not easy to breathe we couldn’t stand for even 5 min inside the room we left the room. They didn’t refund our money yet for the night we didn’t even stay there. the rooms are not habitable. Bad customer service very rude front desk and rude manager by the name of Devi This place is a JOKE.

Bed bug inn, creepy vibes, not a clean room, stains on the bedsheets, holes in the bedding, and saw cockroaches

Place is ok. Wifi down for months!!! My business trip is ruined!

Room was gross it had pee stains under sheet and dead bugs totally gross and coach roachvwry disappointed

The location was very convenient because it was close to my family. The condition of the room the first night was not great. There were dirty hand prints on the fitted sheet. There were roaches coming thru a crevice in the bathroom. The towels were dingy. After complaining, the room is much cleaner!!! The room served its purpose.

TV remote wouldn’t power the TV on or off. I had to do it manually. Two out of three ice machines were out of order. The pull up valve for the shower was hard to pull. The only positive was that the motel allowed an extra hour for checkout. Check in was no problem and went smooth.

All the blankets had holes and it had a bug problem. I would never stay at this place again

found a lot of bedbugs. got a new room, also had a lot of bed bugs in that room. so clearly the whole place is crawling with critters. manager was nice tho.

I traveled for work here. I wish I could give this hotel 5 stars! The staff was fantastic and the room seemed clean, safe and comfortable. Then I woke up to cockroaches! I am absolutely disgusted and freaked out by cockroaches. I was stuck at this hotel for one more night, the front desk was understanding and seemed concerned and sprayed my room. I too bought bug spray myself just in case. The room seemed ok. I made sure everything I owned was closed, When I woke up it still seemed fine. I was preparing my belongings outside of the room to be sprayed with bug spray before it went into my car. As I sprayed, a huge cockroach came out of my work backpack that had been closed. I'm beyond appalled and so afraid I brought some home with me! the least of my worries was that the internet was down the hole time because as I was told someone keeps cutting the line!?! I think a refund should be given but of course it won't. Never again!

It was a cheap price compared to others but it was a somewhat low quality hotel. Could be worse though.

Property infested. People just hanging around, did not feel safe.

This place was absolutely disgusting. The room we booked was a non-smoking room, but it smelled like cigarettes. Blankets and sheets were dirty and stained, we asked them to change it for us and they gave us blankets that were in the same if not worst condition. We could not stay past a couple hours before we decided to check out and leave.

I had booked a room for 3 nights but ended up checking out the next day. The property was not clean at all. Our room had drink spills on the furniture and some foul smell. Wifi didn't work at all. When I asked the night manager he assured me that it will be up and running in half an hour but never happened. In the morning I found mosquitos in the bathroom. The front door had gaps and hot air was flowing in. AC was loud and clunky and didn't cool down the room. Loud music was playing at times. I think lot of homeless / apartment less people (who cannot afford rent) live there. While the manager during the day agreed to refund rest of the stay - I still feel I got scammed out of a night's sleep and I had rely on my phone's hot spot to do some work. A clunker car was parked right outside by room. Don't be fooled by the pictures. I went to grab some food at a nearby place after checking-in and the clerk started laughing that how did I get stuck there. Morning manager complained about employees not doing their job even though her own office had a strong smell. Looks like Wynhdam / Travelodge has no longer any standards. Not to mention I had to over pay for the next hotel since it was the last minute booking to replace this one. Poker faces from management. Avoid this place unless you really cannot find any other place to stay. May be I should call Travelodge and ask to get reimbursed for even the first night as it was conned into booking a room with them.

Dirty and not kept up. Towels are filthy with stains and there are roaches that come into your food if left out
