Great place to stay for visiting SLC.. would definitely go back

I always stay here because I love everything about it. However, this time I reserved for a king bed room and, because they had an activity during the weekend, they just provided a two queen side beds. I went twice to the front desk asking to change my room, but they just said that they did not have any available, that they will check later. I did not get any further communication.

Very happy with the location. Ice skating out the back doors, delicious food options nearby, pool and hot tub, clean, nice rooms.

I was charged through Expedia (paid in full before arrival) and then charged again the full amount (receiving a final email receipt from Marriott showing I was charged again on the deposit credit card) so now I’ve paid twice and no one will be around for the next 3 days to reconcile. The facility was great however having to call back and getting cards reimbursed is one more unnecessary headache.

Absolutely stunning. Had a lovely dinner with outstanding service. We sat by the window and watched the ice skating.

Loved it all but the noise between rooms. You could hear when fellow guests were using the showers and toilets. Hard to have a sleep in.

Every time I push the elevator to go up to my room it pushed into the wall. Didn’t feel safe about that at all in the hot tub did not work. And for the price of the rooms and I had four people with me I should’ve got breakfast food out for people outrageous prices for your food.

I typically don’t give 5 start but I will give 5 start to this one. Even I had trouble at first with registration there were up to the plate and fixed it. Very accommodating. Perfect location.

The conference staff and catering service providers were outstanding and always respectful and gracious. All very hardworking and extremely prideful in the caliber of their duties.

I reserved a king size bed, but they had given them all away, even though I arrived at the hotel by five.

Generally service was excellent.
One day we asked The concierge to schedule housekeeping to clean the room up. That failed to occur.
Next day, I mentioned that failure to the front desk. I said I wasn’t sure whether housekeeping failed, or the concierge staff had failed to notify housekeeping. The person at the front desk turned very frosty at the news. Rather than show concern for my comfort or the Hotel’s level of service.

Property was nice could use some updating in the A/C department. Had mine set to 60 and was still too hot in my room.the air felt as though it wasn’t cool at all.
