The staff worked hard to make sure we had a great stay with clean and comfortable accommodations. It was a packed hotel for the eclipse so that was a tall order! Would stay here again

The only problem we had was our air conditioner did not work but they did move us rooms to one that did work.

Worthwhile choice. Economical, comfortable, everything clean, hot breakfast, good TV, fair pet charge ($10), and nice staff.

Repairs or construction going on in next room-LOTS of noise, and hotel smelled like pot. Otherwise, pet friendly and clean.

We came for the covered bridge festival. Hotel is well maintained and clean. Lots of hot water and decent water pressure. Jacob was the evening concierge and he was AWESOME. Attentive and friendly. Breakfast was the standard continental. We'd stay here again.

No outstanding negatives however breakfast very poor for quality and selection.

Drawback is there is no elevator. If you are on the 2 nd floor you use stairways . Which needed a good cleaning. Breakfast could use improvement but for the price of the room I felt we had chosen well. Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. I’d stay here again if in the area .

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were very few but sufficient to have something to eat before heading out. However, the hotel could benefit from carpet cleaning in the hallways - it would freshen up the look and increase positive perception of this facility.

The rooms need some updating. Also, I'm not sure if the room floors had been mopped because the bottoms of our feet were black after walking on them. The staff was friendly and the hotel has great potential, but needs a few things changed.

The carpets and our bathroom was not clean. The room had a bad odor as soon as you walk in

I found the check in and the customer service to be great. The hotel room as dirty the pool was dirty and the grounds were dirty. The air-conditioner made more noise than a truck and the walls are paper thin
