Nice hotel, excellent customer service. Nice breakfast each morning.

Location is great. Tourist areas are walkable within 10 to 15 minutes. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Only reason not rated higher is ongoing construction with loud noises starting in morning.

Great location, staff extremely helpful, nice lobby, and breakfast. The hotel is being renovated and our first room was extremely noisy. The staff addressed our concern and we move to another section of the hotel, no noise but it was a smaller room. The air conditioner did not work properly.

Perfect hotel for a comfortable stay right in the heart of Copenhagen. We stayed 3 nights and found the hotel clean, modern and welcoming, the staff incredibly attentive and the food and drink of great quality. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. Beautiful hotel. Rooms are also very comfortable.

The hotel is nice. Great breakfast, both food and area. Rooms are ok. Not great, but ok. We had a room on the fifth floor facing Nørregade. On a Friday and Saturday night, it was awful. There is so incredible lots of noise, all night. Lots of cars, people shouting ( I am aware it’s nightlife, and are used to travelling to cities which such, but never like this). So it could be a good idea to have a room not facing that street. Otherwise it is very central and recommendable.

Great hotel, super location, rooms are old and needs to be renovated - 1 Hotel is taking over this hotel in the coming years and the renovation is already in process.
When it is completed will it be one of the best hotels in Copenhagen.

I stayed 2 nights at Skt Petri, spring 2024. First impression walking into the lobby was just WOW! Modern and trendy. I was greeted by Hans who have a 5/5 welcome.
The room was spacious and also modern. Well kept and clean. I had my window towards the street witch was a little noisy friday and saturday evening. Also the bathroom water tap didn’t work.
Before checking out I ate at a well varied breakfirst buffet.
Exeptional service, clean and modern. Would stay here again.

Very nice hotel with excellent location. Direct metro from the airport and very central location with easy walking distance to all attractions. Service and facilities at hotel were also very good. Would highly recommend.

Generally a good stay, for CPH stds, which if you are not used to are low for EU. Cleanliness needs a bit of work, towels with minor stains, bins not emptied and coffee not topped up. But other than that a good hotel

I booked to stay here after travelling overnight from the US, and phoned ahead to ask for early check-in as I needed to sleep when I arrived, ahead of an important meeting on the following day. I was told there was a fee for early checkin, which I agreed to. However after approximately 30 minutes of checking in, drilling began.
I spoke to reception and was told there were renovations ongoing. It would have been nice to know this before I checked in, so I could choose another hotel if it would affect me.
The person I spoke to on the telephone knew my situation and knew that I needed to sleep on arrival - it would have been nice at that point to be told that reservations were ongoing. They did remove the charge for the late checkin fee, but the drilling went on until 5pm that day, which was after the checkin time. The cost of the rooms were still the same as usual. I have stayed at Skt Petri on many occasions but unfortunately probably will not stay again.
There was also not any room service available, instead I was given the option of ordering food in, which I did but again there was no mention of this, nor on the hotel website.

I like this hotel - or used to like it? - a lot. maybe because the renovation is 'just round the corner' things just seem to slip: 2nd time during my stay the washbasin in my room did not pump water out. yes, at check out the reception apologised and gave me a small discount and offered apologies, yet still it was not good enough

Find the hotel to be a joke in terms of being a premium hotel. The whole hotel feels run down and non-personal. I was shocked to realise that they didnt even offer a food/room service.

Hotel Petri is nice. Nice well appointed if slightly dated rooms with really good beds. The bathroom could do with a makeover. The gym in the basement is OK in a very basic sort of way. The restaurant is closed, but the breakfast is really good and the omelette sensational.
Well situated. Good friendly service. Recommended.

Friendly staff, accomodating, nice rooms. I like a power shower in the morning and the pressure wasn't great, but otherwise loved the hotel!

This is a great hotel with a lovely bar. Check in was fast and the room was a great size. It was February and the hotel was struggling g with the central heating / air con possibly due to the refurbishment happening. Front desk were great and brought us portable heaters for the room which did the trick perfectly. We’d definitely stay again - loved the area.

It is not five star. May be four.

website says it includes a sauna however we were told they did not have one on arrival. paid extra for city view but it was rubbish, just a view of apartments

I had a horrible experience last time I stayed at Skt Petri [~Dec 17yh - Dec 20th] and was advised that I'd get a complimentary room upgrade at my next visit. I mentioned this to the front desk person who checked me in earlier this week. I was told she could upgrade me to a room that was immediately available.
This said with hundreds of hotel stays around the world I have NEVER been given a smaller room nor a shower in the bathtub that was absolutely unsafe for a senior traveller.
Skt Petri Management you're not meeting [or it actually seems your not even trying] to meet the expectations of a traveller that has stayed many, many times over numerous years at your hotel. Skt Petri VERY DISAPPOINTING. Obviously my past loyal patronage isn't appreciated!

A high quality hotel with impeccable yet friendly service, currently undergoing refurbishment which accounted for the exceptional deal I got through Expedia - eye-wateringly expensive breakfast included, room upgrade on arrival. Rooms were still excellent but if it looks to go really high end then losing the late 90s chic was probably correct, especially bathrooms. Spectacular lobby and bar area. Pity I won't be able to afford to stay there when it's finished! But very pleased I did now. Thanks.

Great location, lovely breakfast every day with so much choice.

Great hotel & location. High standard even if rooms are beginning to feel a bit dated - and are a bit too thin-walled (inefficiently soundproof).
Fabulous breakfast and very pleasant and service-minded staff!

The hotel and the room were absolutely lovely, and we had a great time!
We got a balcony room with beautiful view over the city. Only downside was on the weekend, there was a lot of noise from the street.
Other than that, really a great experience, definitely recommended.

This was a bad couple of incidents, firstly on arrival I was informed that there would be no water available at the hotel in the morning from 8am> I appreciate things can go wrong, but they had known for 3 hours this would be the case, and had they contacted me to let me know, I would have made alternative plans.
Secondly when I got to my room to freshen up before dinner, I reached for the hand towel in the bathroom to dry my face only to find that it was already damp - I don't want to think why, but it was an unpleasant experience. That being said the staff I encountered were all pleasant, the bar service excellent and the breakfast very good.

Rooms are nice, very convenient location. The gym was a huge win, most hotel gyms are pathetic but this gym has equipment, free weights and cardio machines and they actually all work! Sadly the sauna wasn’t open which was a big selling point for my husband and I but the gym and great breakfast made up for it!
