Pick up from the airport was seamless along with the checkin. Room was clean and comfortable for our 4 hour stay.

Service was a high 9, so excellent. Room was too small, made some things inconvenient. Like bathroom door when open blocks the entire front door. Felt a little claustrophobic.

We arrived late. Hotel was under construction and was dirty. Receptionist was not friendly.

So, it was under construction. We had a 6:00 AM flight, around 11:30PM to 2:30 AM there was the sound of hammers, saws, and heavy footsteps from the room above. At checkout the guest services said "no there wasn't! We would have heard them." I asked if she was in our room on the second floor? With the construction they were only putting guests on the 1st and 2nd floor. She said no. She stated the construction was to end at 5:30 but they were known to sneak in the side door and go back to work. She added she would tell the manager. I wish they could have restored our sleep.

There was no indication prior to arrival that they were going through a substantial remodel and didn't have an available lobby. The breakfast is temporarily in two guest bedrooms, worst ever experienced. They served cheap microwave burritos (no options without pork or meat), cerael without milk, and bagels with no butter or cream cheese. The room was lovely, would just expect communication and compensation for the temporary compromises to quality you expect from Fairfield due to remodel.

We stayed one night as a layover between flights. I chose this hotel because it has a free airport shuttle and breakfast. This hotel stood apart from others with these amenities because it was recently remodeled and rated as very clean. The reviews are correct. It is very clean and the quality remodel has made it very modern. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. All the staff that I dealt with were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good with many options. Outside dining options are limited.

Friendly service and comfortable bed. While we called ahead to let the staff know of our late arrival, the room was not heated at all before we arrived. It was quite cold. The heating unit didn't work well. A manager came up and after raising the temperature to 78 degrees, and waiting several minutes, we could get some heat. Later, when I lowered the thermostat to 73 degrees, the air came out cold again. That was the main problem that we faced. The only other disappointment was the inability to get any breakfast "to go" food. Since we had to leave before breakfast started, we were unable to get even a piece of fruit or anything to take with us to the airport. It would have been nice if we could have had something to eat. Other than that, the staff was pleasant, the room was clean, and we were able to sleep well.

Almost got into an accident because the 3rd party pick up driver assumed a car was going to stop for us. Hotel was clean. Staff was courteous. There were renovations going on. Conveniently located across a Black Bear Diner.

We enjoyed our stay there after driving to Sacramento to attend a concert at the Golden One Center. Our only complaint is that when you have all the soap/shampoo/conditioner in the shower and there is no soap left near the sink - how are you supposed to wash your hands after using the restroom? That is not acceptable.

Hotel was very clean, Check in was Great and I loved that they offered 24 hr shuttle too the airport, beds not the greatest for comfort but overall a great stay, didn’t have breakfast because we had to leave at 4 am for an early flight

It was reasonably priced and reasonable shuttle time to airport. Nice handicap/walk-in shower for my elderly mother. All was good.

The hotel is fine and the staff is very nice. It is not well marked as to how to get into the property, but once you're here it's fine.

It was a very good stay. There was a bit too much noise in the halls from unsupervised children. That was more of a guest issues than a hotel issue though.

Clean and recently remodeled 3rd floor where I stayed. Front desk was always attended to. Good parking and nice breakfast. I had a really restful night and everything worked great in my room.

Fairfield is under remodeling. The AC is pretty noisy. Setup temp at 72 degrees, still wake me up several times at night.
