Comfy bed, lots of room, stove didn't work but they fixed it quickly. They need to purchase some more luggage carts because it was the most difficult part of our stay....finding an available cart to be able to get luggage up to room and then get it out at check out. Definitely need to get more luggage carts!

A very short one night stay but room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed. Would highly recommend it and would stay there again!!

The first thing that hit me in arrival was a strong smell from the room. It was late at night and my options were slim, I had no other choice. All three of us got sick with flu like symptoms after about 15 minutes into it stay. Sleep was out of the question as my wife and I went out to cold and flu meds. The couch sleeper had very dirty linen, looked like it was not cleared, I went to the front Dey for fresh linens and the gentle man there was very helpful; he was alone in the front desk.
There seem to be a serious process gap at this location; management would need to step in fast to prevent a looming suite that would be very costly for this hotel chain. I could see through the mess, squarely rest on the organizations management establishment.

Powdered eggs for breakfast. My guy loved it though. Overall, breakfast was 2 stars. Peeling wallpaper and mold on the caulking of the tub. Kitchen with full sized refrigerator was super convenient. Stove, no oven. Housekeeping opened the door twice with the “do not disturb” sign on. Front desk’s response was to assure me they knock before opening. 1. No they didn’t. 2. You aren’t even supposed to knock (let alone open the door) with the privacy sign up. Quiet place, but lots of broken glass in the parking lot from break-ins. Ok price for what you get, but quality is very low.

The hotel was so dirty! We had to change rooms because there was vomit in the sink and the second room smelt so bad of urine. Clearly housekeeping is not doing their job, it was horrible!!!

I asked upper floor but I booked through hotels. com, so they gave us first floor unit.Refrigerator was broken( we didn’t know till last day, there was mini refrigerator beside chair..Kitchen faucet was broken, only hot water came out. Furniture has so many stains. Terrible place! Unit 111

Not what I expected. It was rated excellent but it was far from excellent. Everything was very out dated. The furniture was so old it had holes in it. We did not have a mirror above the sink in the bathroom.

Hotel was great for one night business trip stay. I didn't do the breakfast so can't speak to that, but spaces were clean and pleasant and it's always nice to have a huge suite!

Facilities and room was great, but it was not so clean with splatters on ceiling. Bathroom shower area was not so clean too with some mildew on the sides. Comfortable bed and spacious room.

Overall, the hotel was great. We didn't have time to enjoy any of the amenities because we were only there for a few hours. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean and spacious. The pillows...were absolutely atrocious. We both only got a couple hours of sleep due to the incredibly uncomfortable pillows.

The property was great but the young woman at the desk was quite rude and unhelpful with my internet setup. Fortunately, another came and fixed the problem.

Everything was just fine. I would recommend when a lone woman traveler checks in late at night, she be given a room in the main building, so as to avoid walking outside alone to another entrance.

Had to spend the night here because of a flight cancellation. Took the shuttle to and from. There is easy access to many restaurants, most of the fast food variety. Staff was pleasant, the breakfast was underwhelming. I would have liked to have fruit salad, plain yogurt, and oatmeal that wasn’t so watery. Small issues, overall I recommend this property.

I wish the breakfast serving area opens at 6:00am during weekends as same as weekdays. My family often needs to leave early before 7am. I know other hotels open earlier than 7am.

I reserved a non-smoking accessible room and prepaid to guarantee that I received such a room. When we arrived it was quite obvious that the room had been smoked in and the smell was overpowering; we were told that while we were away at dinner this would be taken care of and deodorized somehow. However, when we returned it seemed that nothing had been done and the smell of smoke was almost unbearable. I have an 89-year-old mother who suffers from COPD and two grandchildren who suffer from asthma as well as three adults with allergies who suffered through the entire night from the overpowering smell of smoke. It was probably the most disappointing stay I have ever had for an expected non-smoking room. I was also told that they would contact Expedia to issue a refund and I have seen nothing in the way of a refund from anyone.

Room was not ready upon check in. Staff told us we could leave our luggage in room while they fixed the window however we did not feel comfortable.
Staff offered an alternate room which was very dirty , crusty food on carpet, hair and paper on bathroom floor.

The filthiest room I’ve ever experienced. Checked in during the evening, it was pouring rain, I was traveling with kids and an elderly father. Nearby hotels had high occupancy, otherwise I would have left.
Be warned!!!! I’m very surprised to see the great reviews on here. The positive reviews is the reason why I chose this hotel bs others. Pick another hotel if you value your health. The hotel room was unsanitary.

There were cockroachs in the room we were staying in. The bath tub faucet leaked and wallpaper around tub was peeling up. But everything else seemed good.

The stay was great! All my interactions were positive and staff were pleasant and attentive. All supplies in the room were stocked and the room was clean and smelled really good. No issues at all. I will definitely be staying here again.

Easy for a quick stay when you’re heading out of the airport. The room was clean and filled with amenities like a stove large refrigerator and dishes.

It was our 1st time in USA visiting families. This hotel is amazing. We had complimentary breakfast throughout the duration of our stay. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Very clean area. My kids loved the pool most of all. Staff were very friendly.
Would definitely recommend. Location was perfect as there were a lot of eateries nearby. Also a few shopping centres.
