Room floor was not cleaned. We got slimmy floor and no bathroom exhaust.
Breakfast is NOT good they better updatd tk healthy ones like fruits. Pancakes is bland and all Breakfast serves like starch. Time to replace healthy breakfast.

The queen beds were very clean and comfortable. The place was quiet. Our TV didn't work but that wasn't a deal breaker. When we asked for extra coffee, they cheerfully brought it right away. They did charge me twice but I am in the process of fixing that.

For what we paid we felt like it was decent. The only things that happened where a high pitch alarm started out of no where at 3:30 am. The staff were really hard to get a hold of and it took 2 phone calls and us going down to the front desk. Just to add a cherry on top the room key then deactivated and we had to get a new one.

All employees were very nice and helpful bar attached is good too. Easy to park there and walk to some places. Facilities overall are just kind of beat from over the years for the price but thats kind of most of the places in ocmd. Overall not bad if I had to stay again.

The location was walkable to the convention center and boardwalk. Breakfast was not that great. Room floor was dirty and decor was minimal.

Place had a bad smell, bed headboard had some nasty finger stains/prints, A/C didn’t work, bed was extremely uncomfortable, breakfast food not great.

Had a great stay. The only issue is that rooms floor looked clean, but felt like there was a dust covering the floor. Staff was very helpful, with suggestions for food, even though it was end of the season and a lot of restaurants were closed for the season.

Quick check in and out and beds were very comfortable. Slider on balcony allows air to the room at night. Elevator could use more cleaning attention, our room was clean and dust free

This is a great place to stay if you don't want to be in the midst of all the noise of OC. Comfortable rooms and really close to the beach. Dog friendly.

Check-in and check-out were very easy. Service personnel were friendly. Breakfast wasn't very well-stocked when we went down about 9 AM. The room wasn't cleaned at all while we were there (we stayed 4 nights), but we did get fresh towels and the trash was emptied daily.

Stayed here for 2 nights. On the first night, we discovered the bathroom sink to be clogged. We alerted the desk clerk and they were very quick to fix. It was quiet even though there were many guests staying here for the Oceans Calling music Event. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The free breakfast was a nice touch, too. I’d definitely stay here again. Great job!

We reserved a handicap accessible room. When we got into the room at 11PM, many lights were out, the floor was sticky, and the fan for thw HVAC sounded like a propeller plane on take off. After notifying the night manager who hung up on us, (on our cell ohone because the room phone didnt work, or the room safe, or the sliding door to the balcony, or the iron or the ironing board) we just decided to stay at least the night because it was late. The next day we were told we could switch rooms, but we were on our way to a reunion so we asked to switch later. When we got back the HVAC in the new room didnt work at all. Another room switch led us to a smaller room that my wifes powered wheel chair could not get into. So we left and went acroos the street to the Hilton. Don;t ever stay there!

Our family booked this hotel .. we wanted a room with kitchen and this one was perfect … wish they had more utensils in the kitchen . Room was spacious and was very comfortable .. nice views and very airy ….
Superb location .. lots and lots of restaurants nearby … not walkable to boardwalk but it’s like 4-5 mins drive .. very close to the beach though. It’s about a min walk. Breakfast was very normal. We walked right next door to McDonald’s and Burger King for breakfast … elevators were soooooo slow ! It takes 10-15 mins every-time we wait for elevators . Hope they can fix it . Otherwise quite a nice stay and we enjoyed it ..

Decent place, was wary of recent reviews but didn't experience any "smells". There were many dogs, but our room didn't seem to have previous canines. Was not expecting much from the breakfast, and it was average at best. The floor hadn't been mopped in a while, but it was not filthy. The trek to the beach was a long block. Staff couldn't explain the billing with a deposit of one night subtracted from total. Overall a 6

Day 1 My fridge was off and ruined 150 dollars worth of groceries and the maintenance man said "oh sorry, the cleaners turn them off" ... in the bathroom we walk into broken porcelain in the bathroom from a soap dish that had fallen off shower wall. The maintenance man came and smashed the rest off. Left glass behind and cut my childs foot. Our air conditoner kept tripped a braker or shutting down bc for 2 days we had to have them reboot it. One night we had no air all night. They kept giving us 2 towels wben i paid for 6 guest or telling me they didnt have enough towels. Cleaning people definitely do not clean rooms AT ALL. if you spill water, it actually becomes mud.

Very clean property and nice property.
Only one issue is that for the number of families staying the breakfast was not enough. Most of the days we couldn’t even get bagels or fruit.
Maybe it was the Labor Day weekend, they couldn’t cope the number of people.

Expedia indicated check in was at 3 when in fact it was at 4. Outside of having to wait which I believe was not the fault of the hotel it was a great stay. Everyone was kind and helpful. Our room was great with a view of the ocean. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach which was great!

The dirty room, we called the reception to have it cleaned. My 15-month-old son had black feet and dog hair, the summons phone did not work. In summary, I will not return to that hotel.

I loved the fact that this was located opposite the amusement park and had various convenient stores across either intersections. The beach was literally a 4minute walk.
I did not like the cleanliness of the bedroom. The floors were literally filthy and needed to be swept and mopped. We went out for the day and returned to the room not being attended too and had to ask a staff member for towels.
The fact there is free breakfast is excellent, however go very early! once the food is depleting, it takes very long for them to bring out more and lots of guests just line up in the cafeteria waiting for it. The pool area was nice and the adjoining bar, Oceans 13 was nice. Overall we had an ok stay and would recommend if you like pet friendly establishments. But stay away if you are even slightly allergic to pet dander! The room had lots of fur all over the place…& yes including the bed

The filthiest room my family has ever stayed in. Stains on thr bed covers, filthy floors that made the bittom of out feet black. And just stinking hot in the room. We had to continuously call the front desk to lower the air temperature in the room. The A/C would not allow us to adjust our self. Just ridiculous!!! We will never stay there again...NEVER!!!!!!!!

The hotel was very dirty. My baby got black knees from crawling on the floor--I saw staff cleaning the lobby floor, but he wasn't really scrubbing it, just pushing a mop around. There were also limited towels (none in the pool area). The soap in the shower was hand soap, and a broken soap dispenser was in our kitchenette. The staff also were smoking in the pool area. Breakfast area was crowded and hot.
