Very Budget, room clean does the job.

A budget hotel (not even too cheap as the room was more than 100 pounds per night) which is just about ok for a night. The room is tiny and lacks any comfort, not even a hair dryer. The bed was not very comfy because I assume the mattress was old. WiFi is reliable and breakfast is ok overall

Good location, lovely staff, room was very basic, broken trim on the bed and very cheap feel

Room was small, but clean. Service from front desk was very friendly

We requested a quiet room away from the noisy nightclubs as I noticed some reviews saying it was loud. They listened and placed us at the back of the hotel so there was no noise at all!
The room was small basic but clean and comfy enough. It was in an excellent location, you can walk practically everywhere in Belfast, it’s great!
We walked to the Titanic Museum, the Crumlins prison and the SSE arena. Lots of nice restaurants and bars around. The Points bar right opposite had live Irish music and it was brilliant!
The breakfast had a good selection for continental.. fruit, ham, cheese, pastries, yogurt, cereals, muffins, bread etc and also a coffee machine and fresh juice.
I’d definitely stay here again.

Very expensive for what it was but to be fair all of Belfast is now! The main issue was the noise, being situated over a noisy bar - which would probably not have been a problem if the windows could be closed properly! Staff were brilliant though!

Very small/cozy room, ideal if you are simply using it to sleep and shower. well-kept and clean, if a tad outdated.

Clean efficient good location
Bathroom sink plugged

Stayed here for four days. Room was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I did not eat in the hotel but there are plenty of takeaways, restaurants and pubs nearby. Filthy McNasty's pub is right next door to the hotel and The Points pub (which has great live music) is across the road. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Great Victoria Street Station and the Europa Bus Centre

Excellent service, polite staff.

Where to start? The hotel may as well be in the nightclub across the road from it. Even with earplugs, you will have the bass piped into your dreams if you're lucky enough to be able to sleep at all. There is poor noise insulation between rooms, so you get to enjoy all the sounds of your neighbours above, below and next door.
To make it even better, if you complain to the hotel, they will just ignore you and hope that you go away.
The price point versus what's on offer could not be further apart and I would recommend that you stay anywhere but here. Maybe spend your money in the club instead, at least then you'll be too inebriated to be awake anymore.
1* is generous for this hell hole.

Good for me ❤️🙏

I'd just like to thank the young lady on the front desk who very kindly went out of her way to arrange an early check-in for me. This helped me immeasurably - I was able to attend a wedding that afternoon without having to worry about nipping back to the hotel between the ceremony and the reception. I was so grateful - thank you again!

Hotel is located in an excellent location. We were able to walk to most sights. Our room was small but sufficient to our needs. Noise from the Saturday night crowd was very minimal. Room was pricy but that’s the UK. Breakfast was good.

Just used as afternoon base before catching night ferry. Area didn't feel like as a single woman alone I would be safe to walk. Lots of chicken bones on floor whilst walking my dog!
Hotel is basic, clean and cheap. Room was functional - no complaints - bed pretty hard.
For £99 I would perhaps expect more.

Good place to stay due to central location and price

Nothing to shout home about but also nothing wrong with the place. Would have no hesitations about booking to stay here again if I was in the area.

It was amazing, the best option for me.

Great location - within walking distance to the city centre, plenty of restaurants and takeaways nearby.
The room was clean and good size for two people.
The only downside was the toilet in the room that was more of a wardrobe: door didn’t lock, had gaps below and above, no soundproofing whatsoever. Sink was in the room itself and the shower cabin was accessible from the room too.
The good thing - free teas (all day) and coffee (in the morning) in the lobby.

Friendly staff, good value for money, close to the city centre.

Very good stay, good tea and coffee making facilities

The room was clean but extremely basic. Sink and shower is in the same room so no privacy. No coffee maker, kettle. Very basic and might be ok for a cheap overnight but we will not stay here again

I read a couple of reviews complaining about space in the rooms it troubled me a little, but although I found the layout a little unconventional, the size of the room was more than adequate for my 3 night stay, there weren't any wardrobes but a small space to hang clothes and 2 coat pegs.the large shower door opened into the bedroom, and provided access to a roomy shower a small hand basin was situated next to the shower and more than adequate bath towels and consumables were provided.
I found the toilet cubicle next to the door to be well siuated and although sharing the shower with the bedroom was quirky its better than having to wait for someone to finnish in the toilet before you can have a shower. No tea or coffee facilities are provided inthe room, though it was available 24/7 in the reception area.
I found I got used to this especially when coming in from my adventures, there were also plenty of places to sit so I could wind down and have a drink, before taking another up to my room
Reception area and staff were friendly helpful and always ready to go the extra mile
I had a fantastic stay

I stayed here with two young children. This no frills is hotel is great value for money. It had all the basics we needed in the room. It was clean (apart from sweet wrappers under mattress) and safe. Our room was very quiet. The location was great- we walked to SSE within 35 minutes. The reception staff were very friendly. You get what you pay for at this hotel- no added comforts but a safe, pleasant stay was had by our family.

Really good value for money. Highly recommend for short trips where you just want to get walking easily.

Cost effective, basic hotel, a little out of the center and public transport routes.
The staff was helpful and friendly, the rooms basic but okay, the breakfast quite limited, but at least there were muffins. Which improve everything.

Staff were excellent - always in high spirits and happy to help!

No complaints. I'd read that part of the hotel is next to a very noisy night-club, so I contacted them a few days in advance and asked for a room away from it. That request was noted and i had no issues with noise from outside. I did, though, have to endure a fighting couple in the next room whose squabble seemed to be turning physical at one point. When I called the duty manager, she reacted very quickly and knocked on the room door - which settled the problem straight away! Given that my first night was a Saturday and when I arrived the hotel had several stag and hen groups getting ready to go out, it was astonishing that I wasn't woken up by them coming back. But no, either it was quiet all night or I slept better than I normally do. I don't know if this was luck or if the hotel has very dedicated door staff on all night... The room was very clean, the shower worked fine - and the hand soap and shower-gel were much appreciated. Finally, the desk staff were friendly and efficient. I'd come back!
