The only setbacks is there’s no luggage storage at all. If you arrive earlier than 4 pm or depart later than 11 am, there’s no storage for your luggage at all at the hotel. It was very inconvenient!!

Well situated, clean, comfortable and we especially liked the decor!

This is a beautiful property (at least the penthouse was) in a beautiful location. The onsite attendant was not as available as i would like and i did not ever get an email with codes so the process could be better but the property is great. The parking is offsite but certainly convenient.

We were a group of six friends and rented two rooms in this historic building, once a British consulate. The room was spacious with high ceilings, brand new bathrooms and a sweet galley kitchen. We could never figure out the coffee maker so went out to charming little restaurants, which we totally enjoyed. The location of this hotel is amazing, accessible to all sorts of beautiful tourist highlights. The check-in system and getting your room key was quite different from what we are accustomed to in the US, but it is probably the future and we managed, LOL! I would highly recommend this property. Quebec City is an amazing and beautiful place to visit.

Great location!

Good location & nice studio loft. Horrible service, poor staff communication. For the price to rent, i had to take out the trash literally to dumpster. If there was early check in there was an added $60 fee, no storage for luggage, no room cleaning nor turndown service. When room items were asked for most staff had a bad attitude. Cafe on 1st floor is rarely open & only monolingual french. Highly suggest staying somewhere else.

Could not stay in a better location! So walkable! The bed was so comfortable ( I am a linen snob), the room was huge (unexpected), overall outstanding stay.

Amazing location, but holy hell not for a family with a baby. No convenient parking or ramp for a baby stroller. Room was clean, modern and spacious. Love the nepresso machine.

spent 2 nights with family. Location is 10/10. right behind the Chateau Frontenac. SepaQ parking is across the street and accessible 24/7. rooms are spacious, well it and very tidy. The bathroom was very neat. The kitchenette had all the necessary appliances. access to the building and room is done using a code and fob.

The room is beautiful.

the location is SOOOO central to everything - Rue St. Louis IS the restaurant haven.. and Frontenac is two buildings away as it the BOARDWALK and ... everything....
there is NO daily cleaning.. but you can ask for towels etc.. - there is a wonderful little cafe Okata ON the premises with superb croissants made there - sushi etc.. a quick sort of 'catch me up'... very spacious rooms - totally delightful ~ to be done again...

surrounding area is safe, lots of food places, walkable, unique shops, scenic.
receptionist at loft not always there. Arrived early, did not know where to store luggages till check-in time. No one to guide or assist us. The bathroom door , barn door, is nice but difficult to close.

Great location. Easy walking access to all things you might want to do in Old Quebec.
One issue was only supplied coffee pods for 1st day of our stay. If we had know would have brought some with us.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights in October 2023. The studio size was perfect for us and our 2 kids. Very close to all attractions and dining options. We were able to prepare breakfast a couple times in the small kitchenette. Our only issue was that there was a powdery residue from the walls that came off on our luggage when rubbed against. Not a big deal but a little messy.

A very nice historic boutique hotel, would gladly stay again

Very nice property in best possible location. Only challenge is baggage. There’s no easy way to transfer from a vehicle into the hotel without blocking a lane on busy Rue Ste Louis. The elevator is utilitarian but welcome for transporting baggage, but not suitable for claustrophobic passengers. The room was clean and nicely appointed with all the necessary amenities. I still miss having a person on site to answer questions and address issues.

I love the place and the location. The only issue I had was is that I did not receive the access code until I got there. Good thing there is a receptionist. The place is clean and spacious.
The walls are made of big stones and they are sharp so be cautious if you have small children like me. Overall good experience. A few walks to the parking which is at the other hotel and few walks away from the attractions. Loved the place

My flight was delayed and I arrived at the hotel after 11pm.
Front desk was not staffed except for a phone number to call for late arriving guests. I called the number which was an answering service. The person said my name was not on the list and could not help me at all. It was midnight. I was lucky to find a hotel nearby that was still opened , but I had to pay a much higher room rate.
I am very upset about the hotel’s lack of alternatives for greeting late arriving guests. I have paid and confirmed the room , yet there was no key in the lockbox for me even I did not call in prior as I learn afterward. That is poor public relations. I could have be stranded without a place to spend the night.
I expect a full refund for the room that I have paid for.

Excellent room, met our needs and exceeded our expectations. The only complaint would be that room 053 is directly below the cafe so the noise carried into the room from the cafe above until approximately 11pm.

While the location of this property is excellent and our room was very nice, the check-in procedure by email took us over an hour and was only resolved when a staff member finally showed up after several phone calls and found us in a panic in the lobby of the hotel unable to get the keys to our room! The absence of a full time onsite staff member and the inability to get immediate assistance isn't something I can live with and for this reason I will not stay at this hotel every again. Separately, the only elevator in the hotel is manually controlled which is very inconvenient and difficult to control unless the buttons are pressed and held the entire time you're using the elevator. I was told there was a washer and dryer on the 2nd floor but when I couldn't open the door to the laundry room and had to call off-site support for help, I was told the laundry room was off limits to the guests. Last but not least, my family and I had to walk past a half-eaten apple that was left on the floor of the lobby for 2 days before it was finally discarded. In summary, too much money for a hotel that makes it extremely hard to check in, doesn't provide room service for cleaning and doesn't provide a full time onsite person to lend assistance when needed.

Inn has great walk ability throughout Old Quebec. The property is clean and nicely updated. The check-in communication was good (no front desk, all self service). The in building cafe is great for light snacks, coffee, etc. Parking is in a garage across the street. We were not able to use it as our truck was to large. This property will not disappoint!

The property is nice and well located near the Chateau Frontenac. The rooms are large and nicely appointed.
However, you should be aware that there's no lobby or staff to check in with. I arrived with my bags and found a lock box. I didn't have the code . I phoned and and was told they needed me to take a photo of my ID in order to get the key fob to open the front door and my room. We got this settled in a few minutes. I found out later that evening that there wasn't a switch for the bedside lights. I tried to call to ask about the air conditioner and the lights. When I called and spoke English, I was transferred to another person. They transferred me again and this time the line dropped. It was too much of a hastle getting through to the staff so I just opened the windows and unscrewed the lights at night.

Nice place, great location. We stayed 3 nights but they never cleaned the room or replace the coffee, shampoo, etc. even after we asked twice.

This is a dream hotel! I only have amazing things to say we stayed in MK 352 the view is amazing! As soon as we got in we had our bags held at les lofts and the staff was great! The mattress is so soft and the room has everything for a weekly stay. The cafe downstairs makes the best mango smoothies and food! Just the loveliest hotel and staff.

Excellent place to stay. Very clean, great bed, everything worked perfectly and just felt very nice and luxurious. There aren’t a lot of amenities outside of the room, but we didn’t need any so that didn’t bother us. Great place, would definitely stay here again.
