By far one of the best places we have ever stayed. Starting from the friendly, welcoming check-in to the room which was well equipped, well planned, super comfortable. The facility offers a light meal in the late afternoon, including free wine and beer. The only place I have ever stayed that did not charge for using washers and dryers. The only downside we encountered is that the treadmills, etc. could use being refreshed or replaced. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Made reservation for 4 rooms but need indivisual person's name and ID for verifications. Since when we need to show ID's to show the person staying. Very bad system and management.

Stopped on our drive home from Florida. It was so nice to have dinner and breakfast on the outdoor patio and we sat by the fire as well in the evening. So clean and new.

Excellent stay. Wish the pool was open an hour later and an hour earlier. Breakfast was great. Should be open till 10 on Saturdays and Sundays.

Booked through Hotels.com and paid what i believed would be the final price at the time of booking. Upon checking in i was charged an additional $32 in fees "because you booked through a third party". The concierge could provide no explanation as to what the fees were for other than "that's the way it is". Maybe the extra fees were for the bloodstained bedsheets on my bed.

We always stay at this hotel, and then the past service was wonderful hotel very clean and friendly. However, this time service was poor front desk person never smiled. Look like he had an attitude didn’t offer a complementary water laid on that day we called about the toilet seat being broke, no one ever came to fix it the bathroom faucet the waters was leaking don’t like the fact that on the weekends, they don’t have cleaning service you have to clean your room yourself. The breath that they provide is mediocre at best. They used to be better than that, but now the breakfast is terrible Atmosphere is pretty good

The bathroom tiles look dirty. There’s no bath tub. It was hard to wash the dishes because the cabinets were so close to the sink.

I honestly had never heard of this hotel and didn’t realize it’s affiliated hotels. The price was very reasonable and the room exceeded expectations. The separate living room was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was spacious as well with all the conveniences. Two burners, microwave, dishwasher and full fridge were great as well as all the utensils, pots and pans. The beds were great too. The quality and comfort exceeded hotel standards. I will definitely be staying again when I’m in the area as well as look for it along with future travels.

We got a suite which was perfect! Love the kitchen/dining area with separate bedroom! Everything was clean and nice! Friendly staff and great breakfast! It has an awesome pool and large hot tub I would stay again!

We have stayed here multiple times. It's more affordable than the hotel resorts nearby, and we don't really want to pay for all the amenities of those larger resorts and their attached water recreation. It's a nice area - lots of things to do and coming back to this hotel is very relaxing. Lots of nice amenities in the building including a good breakfast, coffee.

Thankful for being one of few that accept cats. Stayed for 13 days and plan to return next year. Breakfast was good… but few option and repetitive. Hot tub great but pool was cold. Being freezing outside we expected a warmer temperature .

Enjoyed our stay for the New Year's holiday. Great accommodations. Only 1 suggestion - replace the brand of mattresses you chose. They are not of any good quality or comfort. They are just "acceptable" to get through the night on.

The lights stopped working in bathrooms. The curtains in living room are thicker than bedroom. The light goes in bedroom and you can see from outside. It was Okay.

This property had everything that you would ever need. It is literally your home away from home. Oh and having the outlet mall so close was a plus! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for that at home feel.

This hotel is beautiful and spotless! It smells clean and fresh and the rooms were modern and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety of foods for our family. This will definitely be our go to hotel at Wisconsin dells

The property was very nice and clean. We had the queen suite with the kitchenette and it was very spacious. Breakfast had a lot of options and was great. The staff did really good to keep up with things that ran out at breakfast. Easy parking and great location.

Was good property,but super noisy I can’t sleep my was super scared because someone yelled and screamed around 2am and one hour later someone running in a hall and screaming around 5am morning someone knocked on my door. My kids were very scared and I asked from desk. They said we don’t know.Bad experience ever my checking out was today but I leave yesterday because I feel comfortable to stay one more day and I paid for today.thnx
