I would say it was decent place to stay, I'm kinda picky and spot the minor imperfections that most don't notice. But I try not to be too critical and beat the people up over it. However, the pool heater wasn't working and it seemed obvious it hasn't it quite a while. That part was disappointing as most other properties only have seasonal outdoor pools, which seems like it would be a much higher priority for this hotel. The location was great with very easy access to much of the downtown area.

Ease of check-in, good neighborhood, easy to walk to Broadway and in close proximity for a quick Uber trip to and from airport. Staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Our room was a nice size, very clean, good amenities. Hot shower, good shower pressure, pretty walkable area! However, watch out for the $50 parking charge, PER DAY and how loud downtown can be in your room. Fire truck? Loud motorcycle? You're gonna hear it all.

Took the kids to use the pool for a day. When we got to the pool there was a sign saying heater broken. It was essential a kid cold plunge. They were frozen! The hotel did not want to compensate us in anyway. Very disappointed.

Arrived earlier than expected and the girl at the desk was very welcoming and check us in as if there was no issue at all. She was very friendly and courteous and was helpful in guiding my wife and I about Nashville.

The room was pretty clean. The room was very nice and it had plenty of room. The staff was very nice. The issue was that when I checked in they did not have any rooms available. I had to wait almost an hour for a room. I didn't show up until over an hour after check in time. I had to get ready for an event and had to rush due to the room not being ready.

Hotel had a water leak. That they new about when checking us in but decided to waite till 630 the next morning before moving us to another hotel. Was told they would comp our trip but so far I have over $500 pensing on my credit card from new the hotels security deposits and still nothing refunded from Huatt House or hotels.com

We were only able to stay a few hours as the hotel was having water issues. We wish we could have stayed in this clean, modern hotel with a beautiful pool. We are so thankful the hotel helped to find our family a new room at a new hotel and organized transition of payment. The front desk staff was incredibly gracious during a time of increased stress of moving multiple guests in a short amount of time. I hope we can stay here on a return trip to Nashville.

When we arrived we were informed of a water main burst on our floor so the entire building was without water and we were moved to a different Hyatt hotel. They thought they had the water fixed so we were instructed to come back to the Hyatt House and turns out the water was not fixed. We stayed there one night with no water and then were bounced to another hotel. Hyatt reassured us that our stay would be 100% refunded - but we need to wait for Hotels.com to process the request.

Clean hotel with spacious rooms about a half mile walk from Broadway. Breakfast included was very good. If not for the below average service this hotel would be better but overall great for the price. Hotel lost hot water the last day and a half of our stay but that could have been a rare occurrence. We would likely stay here again.

First of all, we enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable.The bed/mattress/sheets/pillows were nice and slept well. Loved the walk in shower and lighted mirror. Did not have a magnified mirror and could use hooks for wet towels. There was a place to hang your coat and store purse or briefcase in the entry. Loved the tv option that allowed us to stream our programs through a wifi connection through our tablet. Cool that the tv could swivel between the sofa and bed, so you could be in either space to watch tv. We also appreciated the multiple usb ports for charging our devices. Kitchen was great to have a refrigerator, microwave, stove and dishwasher. Included tableware, pots/pans, glassware and kitchen utensils and a center island with seating for two. This hotel is about a 8-10 minute walk to Broadway or the CMHOF. The convention center is slightly closer. It is not as close as other hotels, but okay if you don't mind walking. Parking is expensive at $45/day, but worth the in and out if you are touring areas around Nashville. I found no cheaper options for parking and on street parking is metered 24hrs every single day in areas with meters. You need your room key to get up the elevator or into the parking garage. Felt secure. Biggest disappointment was breakfast. They had many options, however eggs were overcooked and hard. They only put out one tray of pastries per day, so if you are not early - you are out of luck. Good coffee/tea options, some fresh fruit.

Our stay here at the Hyatt House was very good. It is very close to Music City and Broadway. Great restaurants near by and lots of clubs with fantastic music. Our room came with a morning breakfast, they had a great selection of both and cold choices. Rooms were clean and the hotel staff were all very helpful and freindly. We will definately stay here again.

Very spacious rooms, liked the mini apartment setup. Staff is very friendly. Super elegant lobby and great bar area . Hotel is facing a an abandoned area with lots of homeless people around ! Can’t say it’s the most pleasant thing to see or be around !

I was so pleased with your hotel and especially the staff. They were so welcoming at the Front Desk and throughout our entire stay. The suite was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. I loved that we were close to Broadway and within walking distance. Overall, it was wonderful staying at your property. We will definitely be back next time we plan a trip to Nashville.

This hotel stay was average at best. Highlights were polite staff, a good breakfast, and a very clean room. The low point is that the accommodation was significantly overpriced as compared to equal experiences elsewhere.

We were sent an email the day before saying their standard is to clean your room every 3 days. We were there for 4 days and they never cleaned the room! We had to ask for new towels every day which would take several hours. Staff acted like it was a bother any time you asked for something! Never again!
