The hotel was very clean and safe. Check is was supposed to be at 3 but rooms were not ready until 330. This hotel was located near everything and only about a 7 minute drive to balloon park. The pillows were to soft for my liking but the bed was comfortable

The hotel staff was very accommodating and it was very clean & comfortable

Helpful and courteous. Thanks for a great experience

Check in was great, no waiting. Coffee in the lobby was cold.
Room was clean but bathroom door would not close and the air conditioner would not cool down the room.
Breakfast was nothing special but the coffee was hot.
Not worth the money for an overnight stay.

I usually appreciate Tru but his hotel in ABQ is very far from the usual standards of comfort of the others sisters locations of Tru hotels.
First, staff is managed by Randi who has absolutly nothing to do with clients satisfaction. A intensive training to understand basics commercial behaviour seams necessary for this team...
That's the first time I observe a no- solution manager in a Tru...
Second, a gas station Maverick is just in front of the entrance and the hotel is just located at the exit of highway: it means permanently noise inside the rooms night and day from cars or trucks either in gas station either driving thru the exit for half of the building.
Third, maintenance of equipements is very poor: pool out of order without any customers prévenance, toaster out of order,...
Hilton' survey seams a mandatory.

Housekeeper knock at the door at 8am kept knocking until i said something. She started being even louder in the halls. Mind you check out was at 11am. Room smelled like beach really bad. Reported to the service desk and the lady that was there didnt seem to care.

Great overall stay at Tru! Seemed like a good, safe area for Albuquerque. Clean, comfy room. No complaints. They have a pool table which is convenient in the lobby. It is also great for the price in my opinion.

Easy access off the highway. Easy to find and book a reservation online ahead of time. Accommodations were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a bonus.
The check in was nice and the person at the desk was friendly During checkout, the guy at the counter never looked up from his phone when we arrived for breakfast. When we were ready to check out, he was no where to be found. There was a sign on the counter saying he would be right back. We waited for 10 minutes, but he didn't return. We just left our keys and went.

After a bad experience at another hotel, it was refreshing to walk in the hotel and see a smile and a warm welcome from the lady at the front desk.

Overall good stay. Room was a bit small but we stayed only one night. The area wasn't all the great and I made sure to park as close as I could. They don't have gated parking. Breakfast was good! They set up until 10am. My son loved the pancake machine.

This hotel was nice and everything but the in room amenities were kinda lame. There was no microwave, and the space was kinda small basically a bed and a shower. It was nice but for the price it seemed a bit steep.

No towels in the bathroom. No chair or couch in the main room.

This Tru property was not noticeably better than other “on the road hotels”. Breakfast was good. Pool was closed for maintenance. Staff was Ok. Nothing negative front m our perspective but not outstanding either.

Hotel says they will make the room every other day. At the end of our second day, we had to go to the desk to get clean towels and were told they would be sure to put us on the cleaning list for tomorrow. Didn’t happen again. Next day we caught the cleaning crew who said we weren’t on the list of rooms to clean. Meanwhile they ran out of milk for dry cereal on day one. My wife went and asked for some. The answer was breakfast is over so they walked over and closed the screen. Next day my wife ate some yogurt then noticed the expiration date was 14 days ago. Next day I looked first and mine was 1 day expired. Summary, facilities were physically fine, staff have no understanding of what “hospitality” means.

New design but has hallways are narrow. Breakfast is good. Room feels cramped.

The staff was very nice. However I did not like the room.
There were no drawers or a closet to put clothes away. We were there for 5 nights so we needed to take things out of suitcases. There were hooks and a place to hang clothes. Everything was out in the open and so everything looked messy. The room did not make me feel calm. I also asked the front desk for a bar of soap because my husband has very bad arthritis and could not squeeze the hand soap and body wash containers. They did not have soap. The breakfast was good.

Very nice hotel! It’s modern and the staff are very friendly, the room was clean and very nice. My only complaint was they wouldn’t let us check in until 3 on the dot, I would understand if they really didn’t have rooms but when we were able to check in, ALL of the room keys were made. Other than that the hotel was perfect for our stay and very convenient for everything we had going on, highly recommended!

The desk clerk was very helpful and shared many places to visit for the night.

The only thing I didn't like about the property was the mattresses in the rooms. They were fairly thin and stiff which made me feel achy and sore after each night's stay. Everything else was very nice about the property and staff.

The staff were very friendly and courteous, the room was clean, but the breakfast in the morning wasn’t really appetizing. My cereal was stale and the eggs were still cold, it’s best to go out for breakfast.

Perfect stay when traveling with service animals! The shower head was terrible with very little pressure. For all my thick hair girlies, don’t plan on washing your hair here unless you want to spend 30 minutes in there. That was literally the only negative I had while staying here!

The showers need to be cleaned a bit better. Mold in caulking around shower floor and brown ring around the drain.

Always enjoy our stay at this hotel it’s our second time, and both times have been really comfortable and great customer service, breakfast is amazing their business center is spot on, and if you forget anything, they have a great little convenience store in the hotel, or across the street in the same parking lot is a gas station with a huge convenience store, close to the freeway and a couple exits away from some great food and entertainment, we will stay there the next time we go, and the time after that.

It was a nice hotel. I struggled with the open storage and limited amount of storage. The room always looked untidy due to this. The staff were very helpful.

Clean and had everything needed for a one night stay

The shower was dirty and stained, and there was a roach in the shower. The A/C in the room did not work properly, so the room was hot. The guests above us were loud and stomped their feet for hours. The refrigerator made a weird noise that sounded like someone was coming into the door of our room. During checkout we spoke with another guest who also found a roach in their shower. Staff was laxadsical and didn't care.

Tru was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in honestly!

This is such a comfortable place to stay. They have quiet hours which was great when we were there for the balloon fiesta. There is a gas station right next to the hotel which helps when you want a snack or drink. Their breakfast spread is amazing, they even have items that can be purchased if needed. There is always fresh coffee available. Overall it was an amazing stay, the front desk lady who greeted us was absolutely fantastic and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again.

nice facility, neighborhood questionable.

I made the reservations, about 9 months ago and requested a top floor. We were placed on the 3rd floor. Our room faced a gas station so it was pretty noisy. When we checked in on 10/6, the male at the front desk was not very warm to us but conversed jovially with the mailman and the UPS driver. Not a great first encounter. The rest of the trip the front desk staff was cordial. The room was minimal in terms of amenities. The bathroom needed tile repaired and a deep cleaning. Not enough cups, TP or towels but we were able to get those easily. I would say the experience was meh. Do not plan to return.

This a fine facility that I would stay in again and recommend to others.
Only the bathroom shower had a reddish stain on the glass door and a black mildewish area lower left corner.
