Nestled in Seabrook Island, this attractive villa for R 2,772 per night is a great choice for your next trip. 5 star rated Waterfront 1958 Marsh Oak Lane is steps away from the boardwalk of the incredible Bohicket Marina, minutes from the Atlantic Ocean Beach, Kiawah and Seabrook Islands. This pet-free 1 BR/2BA Villa affords majestic view of the Bohicket sunrises and sunsets as well as walking alongside docks full of luxury boats. Marina dinner options are only a few feet away and include Salty Dog's Seabrook restaurant or Fischer's Sports and Pub & Grill. Charter bookings can also be accessed from the dock, as well as a ship store with various sundries and fishing equipment. There's even an ice cream shop! No pets allowed, no exceptions! Any evidence of a pet in the property will result in a fine equal to the cost of the reservation booking. Newly decorated, this villa has 1 King size bedroom with en suite bathroom and a Queen size sleeper sofa with hall bathroom accessibility. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of four! Hotel quality linens are provided, along with a Welcome Kit of toiletries and paper products. The master bedroom is relaxing and inviting with a bedside bench and plenty of drawer space. The washer and dryer are located in the hallway of the master bathroom, along with a well designed closet for maximum storage. The kitchen features a fully stocked kitchen, stainless appliances and a bistro table for your morning cup of coffee or post-dinner beverage. The breakfast nook will seat 6 people and is adjacent to the kitchen for easy entertaining. The villa has been updated to include tile floors throughout (hardwood in the entry way) and is freshly painted in coastal colors. Watch TV ( or the boats go by ) in the welcoming living area with sofa and loveseat and seagrass woven coffee table. Entertainment options include DVD, cable TV and WIFI. Step outside through the sliding doors that open for immediate and unobstructed views of the dock and Bohicket Creek! Eat al fresco at the patio table, which offers optimal sunset viewing opportunities. The first floor unit is easily accessible with ground floor entrance. A covered garage is steps from the front door. A community pool is about 75 feet from the villa. Beach chairs are not supplied so please bring your own! Please note: this villa is NOT equipped with the capability to charge an electric vehicle. No charging cords may be connected to any outlet at any time, this is a potential fire hazard and is not permitted within the community. Please contact the property manager for the closest EV charging station from Seabrook. This villa is NOT wheelchair accessible. Access to Seabrook Island with gate pass and beach parking. Amenity cards will be provided at expense of the guest. Seabrook gate pass and amenity cards ( if any ) will be provided and picked up at the Seabrook Amenity Office prior to entering the gates. Amenity card will ONLY allow access to the indoor/outdoor pool at the SIPOA Lakehouse. Seabrook Beach Club access NOT included, golf courses or equestrian center are not accessible. Public parking at beaches is included with Amenity card ( only park in authorized lots, do NOT park in unauthorized parking spaces. ) Effective August 1, 2023, there is a $40 charge for a gate pass for Seabrook for the duration of your stay. If you would like a gate pass, please contact me prior to your arrival so I may send you a link to register your car. We had a wonderful weekend at this property. Location was convenient to food on site and more options within 2 miles. The condo was clean and checkin was easy. Everything with the property was as advertised. Would love to return in a boat and dock at the marina next time we stay.

This property is just as advertised! A lovely, beautifully decorated villa in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood on the marina! My wife and I stayed here for our Wedding Anniversary and could not have been happier! The property is extremely clean inside and out! The owners' thoughtfulness is beyond compare. We have stayed at many VRBOs over the past 15 years and this is the first property where the owners provided sufficient and, more importantly, QUALITY paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), dishwashing detergent, clothes washing detergent, lint rollers, hand washing soap, linens, etc. and they even left bottled waters in the refrigerator! These "little things" mean a LOT! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one would need to cook, including some spices, etc. It is approximately 1 hour drive to Charleston so it was a perfect place to take in Charleston during the day with a quiet and peaceful place to rest in the evening. There is a Harris Teeter grocery store less than 5 minutes away for anything you may need while staying at this property. The onsite restaurant, Salty Dog, is a great place for an early evening dinner without driving to the city - the food and service was excellent! Overall, this is a GREAT place for a couple's get away or for a small family! Local residents in the neighborhood are very friendly and quiet and we felt very safe during our stay! Highly recommend!

We fished in the Governor's Cup tournament and it is such a pleasure to book at dockside location while fishing in these. Highly recommend to anyone chartering or staying on location for boating in general.

Twenty years ago we owned a condo on Seabrook. I fell in love with the river, the beach, the wildlife, the people. For my birthday this year I asked for a couple days of relaxation there and chose your Bohicket condo for our destination. I felt my heart swell as we drove under the canopy of live oaks and felt at home as we entered Bohicket. Your condo was perfect. Welcoming and comfortable, with all details attended to perfectly. Even the rainy weather couldn't dampen our spirits. Will certainly return.

This is one of the sweetest stay that I have experienced. Everything in sheets, towels, blankets, pillows, throws were freshly clean. Sit by the patio overlooking the Marina in early dawn or evening sunset. Eateries and stores are within walking distance. Serene walk along the tree-lines streets to the beach. Love the Area, took my wife for the weekend because we never get to go anywhere together. Harold's property was perfect, everything went perfect and the view was great! Spent the day in Freshfields and my wife wife loved every minute of it. We def will be staying again hopefully in the near future.

My husband and I needed a place to relax for the weekend to get away from all of life’s chaos. We picked the perfect place. Quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful view. We walked the boardwalk that’s right at the back door … and had breakfast one morning. Then walked and had dinner at Salty Dogs that night. Hands down, wonderful stay. We hated to leave! Plus, the host, Margaret is also great!

We love everything about the condo, it’s location and surrounding area. Relax outside with your favorite beverage and be amazed by the dazzling sunsets! The furnishings and king size bed are all so comfy. Plus, the owners are such accommodating super nice people. Matter of fact everyone we met there was equally as nice. We will rent here again!

This condo had a definite beautiful beach decor; was spotless; and was well-supplied with kitchen items, linens and the coziest throws. Nice spot to watch dolphins...we saw them daily. Condo was quiet and had a short walk on the marina boardwalk to dining, live music on the week end, bait shop , ice cream and awesome views . Condo had all the amenities we needed and the bed was big and comfy to recharge for the next day. Easy drive to Charleston and Folly Beach and very close to the local public beach. The area is picturesque with lots of Spanish moss lined roads. Would definitely recommend this property.

So many positives in this property too many to list. The property is beautiful and it’s one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in. There’s a small pool across the street that we used that was very private. It’s about 200 yards from the salty dog Café which has the best sunset in town. I also think it’s an unreal price point for the value of the property. Very peaceful at night. I thought it might be kind of far from The beach but it was perfect. I was going to have to put my stuff in the car to go to the beach access anywhere I stay so you might as will be closer to the restaurants. Rent this property. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful, immaculate condo, right on the marina front. I sat on the patio and watched the sunset each night. The place was PRISTINELY clean, well-appointed, and my communication with the host was always fast and helpful. Seabrook Island is such a beautiful spot to visit, and I will definitely be back! 10/10 would recommend this vacation home. Thanks Margaret for everything!
