Each room has a smart TV so you can enjoy whatever it may be that your heart desires. The house has 2 full baths- one off the hallway and one off the master bedroom. master equipped with a shower and double vanity the other equipped with shower/ tub combo If soaking in a bubble bath is your thing. We also added the luxury of providing key essentials during your trip to help make things easier. In the yard we have a outdoor dining set and a fire pit surrounded with string led lights built for making memories and a gas grill to help fill your appetite. Our home comes with a W/D to help make checking out easy breezy and washing any garments that may need extra TLC during your trip. So let us welcome you to your home away from home...Enjoy! Parking: The driveway on the front of the house provides plenty of space for two vehicles. Street parking is also available. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.  You will have access to this beautifully decorated home at your leisure. However, we do have a closet in the master bathroom that acts as our owner's closet to provide you with the hospitality you aim to receive during your stay with us. Pet fee is $25/night, but can vary depending on number of pets, breed, etc. (negotiable for longer stays). You are responsible for picking up after your pet while on the property and while in the neighborhood. Please BE RESPECTFUL. No smoking in the home or on premise. We reserve the right to charge a smoking fee should there be evidence of this violation. NO parties allowed on the premise. If you are in violation of this, you will be asked to leave the property, and pay a $1000 fine for the violation. We don't want to see blue lights as much you don't want to.... just don't do it!! $25 penalty for losing remote *Fire wood for the fire pit is not provided. The propane tank for the gas grill is provided. Outdoor cameras on site overlooking house entrance and backyard entrance. Quiet Hours: Charlotte has a 11pm noise ordinance that begins at that time.
