My husband and I spent from December 22 to January 1st in this condo. This was our fourth trip to Navarre Beach. We love Beach Colony Resort. Zach was quick to answer any questions I had prior to arrival. Check in was a breeze. The condo was very clean and I must say the photos don’t do this place justice. We loved the furniture and decor. Especially the two recliners! We eat out about 50% of the time. The kitchen was well stocked and I was able to cook Christmas dinner with no problem. We also really enjoyed the two rockers on the balcony. The only thing I would change about this place is to add a lounger on the balcony. One of the reasons we love Beach Colony so much is because of the large balconies. We would definitely book this condo again!

Every year I take a vacation in Navarre and I always stay in Beach Colony Resort. This particular unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a wonderful time and luckily the weather was nice for us. It was a perfect getaway!

This condo was in the perfect location and had amazing views. We did have ac issues the last 2 nights with it not working at all. The condo could have been better stocked, there was only one trash bag for a 7 night stay.

Perfect place on the beach with everything you need. Views were amazing. The balcony is quite large with a table for four and two Adirondack-style cushioned rockers. Beds are nice, each with a full bathroom. Big dining table, very well-equipped kitchen where we made all our meals for the time we stayed. We loved the place and the beach so much we extended our stay from 3 to 6 days! Really nice Publix grocery store a few minutes away across the bridge.

Beautiful ocean view with a spacious condo. Comfortable bed and recliners in the living room. Great pool and white sand beach with clear jade green surf. Great appliances in the kitchen. Zach was always available and appreciated his advice when we contacted him. One wish: more soap and paper products would have been appreciated. I understand it is the norm to supply just enough to tide you over until you have the opportunity to get what you need at the grocery store. Thank you Zach, for a beautiful stay!

The condo is absolutely amazing and was perfect for our family beach trip! It offered everything you would want for your stay. The views of the Gulf from the awesome balcony were beautiful, and the condo was decorated very nicely The check in/out process was very easy and any questions we had, Zack was very helpful and quick to answer. We will definitely be back and highly recommended this beautiful condo to anyone looking far a beach vacation to Navarre Beach, FL!!

My family rented this condo for a spring break get away. It truly is “the most relaxing place in Florida”. Condo was clean and the balcony was so inviting. Easy to walk down to the beach and the chairs and umbrella were always there waiting for us! An easy drive across the bridge for many restaurant options. Excellent stay - will be excited to rent this condo again!

Condo 10b was immaculate and even better than pictures showed. Plenty of room, clean, and comfy beds. The balcony faces the ocean towards the East tower so we had a great view of the pool and beach/ocean. The weather was chilly but we still enjoyed the beach. The owner was great to respond when we had questions and we hope to return this summer if available. One request for the complex as a whole…please heat the pool! It’s way too cold in March to swim without heating the pool! Overall, great property, beautiful condo and beach, and Zach was super nice and accommodating.

We are locals but wanted a staycation for our 6th wedding anniversary. This property was absolutely PERFECT! The unit is stunningly decorated, fully stocked with all you could need and the views are breathtaking! The owner/manager was super kind and helpful, he also made the transaction seamless. We will definitely be back to this unit and highly suggest it to anyone looking for a comfortable home away from home directly on the gorgeous Gulf Coast!

The apartment was clean and the kitchen very well equipped. Great location and the beach/view was everything we were looking for. A great advantage was the covered garage space. We just missed instructions about where we could leave recyclable trash and didn’t ask because we were leaving. Also a little confused which one was our building, which we may have missed from the owners instructions.

Beach colony west 10b condos was very clean , comfortable beds and everything we needed. The rocking chairs on the balcony and twin electric recliners made our time at the condo amazing..little things matter to retired folks..the view was beautiful..Zach was so fast to answer any questions..we can't wait until our next trip to Navarre!

This condo has everything one could possibly need. Good amount of towels, toilet paper, etc. plus a wonderfully stocked kitchen. The decor, oh my, the decor is beautiful. Classic with a touch of modern. You know you are at the beach with the lovely beach art and cute novelty decor. I got a lot of ideas for my house. As the weather was not on our side that week, we did have the opportunity to relax in a very comfortable and lovely condo. 5 stars and highly recommended.
