The kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, stemware, pots & pans so feel free to create yummy meals at home. No food items included. Bakeware & small appliances include (coffeemaker, blender, mixer). You have counter bar seating for 4 people plus dining for 6 in the screened lanai. The lanai has its own Smart TV too (no cable for this TV only) If wanting to eat indoors, there is a table with folded leaves that will seat up to 6 with chairs you can pull together from the neighboring rooms. You have a private stacked washer/dryer inside a marked "Laundry" closet within the screened lanai. BEDROOMS: The master has a queen bed, walk-in closet and modern bath which includes a soaking tub. Relax with a good book in the soft comfy chair with ottoman off to the side of room. It's very well put together and I'm sure you will be comfortable. The 2nd guest bedroom has a king size bed, Smart TV for streaming plus cable, small closet...near the shared bathroom! The third bedroom has a work desk and a twin daybed with a second twin trundle style bed that pulls out to make one bed if you prefer. There is a closet as well, no TV. If you want to bring your well behaved dog, please reach out prior to booking to confirm your particular pet is okay. Most well-behaved non-aggressive dogs are fine. No cats, no exceptions! This is a NON-SMOKING, NON-VAPING home. All pets must be approved so reach out to us first. This property allows 1 dog. For approved pets, there is an a nonrefundable pet fee of $300 plus taxes and processing fee for 1 pet. Make sure to pick up after your dog.

We rented the house for two weeks in February - working remote while enjoying the great weather. We worked out on the table in the screened in porch, at the kitchen counter and at the table & chairs at the front of the house. Very comfortable for myself, my husband and our dog. The location was very convenient to explore Sarasota, take in a spring season ballgame and walk the neighboring neighborhoods.

This house was perfect for our two week Sarasota vacation. Great decor. Comfortable for four adults and a dog. Easy walk to nice park including large dog park. Fabulous location, close to everything. Wonderful large screened lanai. Very good WiFi. Quiet neighborhood. Efficient kitchen and convenient washer/dryer. We would definitely stay here again!

Our mini-family spent days in this sweet cottage. Clean, communication with the management company was easy, the cottage was as described. New looking appliances, great water pressure and heat (36F) were a huge plus. Too bad we count use the dining table on the patio, but the kitchen has folding dining table one can open. The linens/ towels were white and like new. Th pillows could be softer and the placemats outside could be replaced. But those are minor details that can be easily improved. We would definitely stay there again!
