Great home in a great location. Good views of the beach and close to everything. The place was clean and we had all we needed. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having living areas and kitchens on both floors.

We spent a week at the beach with family and appreciated the two separate living spaces in this house. Nice for us to have 2 kitchens but might not matter to some families. The furnishings and towels could use a complete do-over, as they are well used, but for a relaxed rental house theyre adequate. The pix are mostly accurate. The full sized washer and dryer are helpful and location is very convenient to the beach as well as restaurants and activities in SAB.

This house is in an excellent location, but the house itself is very mediocre. We enjoyed a short stay but had trouble with a toilet and the dishwasher. It appears that improvements have been made, but the beds are not very comfy and it needs some more TLC to really be nice. The property managers were excellent about communicating with us!

We spent a week at #25. Our family has stayed at Surf Crest Village previously, and this time we had a lot of other family stay at a handful of cottages. It was very convenient to the beach and lovely to visit everyone else that traveled and meet up and one another's places for meals. We had a great time enjoying the pool too. Easy drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and downtown St. Augustine. We hope to return in the future.

This is a lovely beach cottage. Having two kitchens and two refrigerators were so nice when cooking meals for everyone. We would most definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous ocean views from the second floor and beautiful deck overlooking ocean that is nice and shady in the late evening. The two story villa was perfect for our family. Unit was super clean and smelled great upon checking in!

Cottage had easy access to the beach and was close to stores and family fun activities.

We really enjoyed staying here. It’s directly across from the pathway to the beach which was really nice- kids could easily go back and forth. We would definitely stay again!

Great last minute find and perfect location to the beach.

All went smoothly,. Instructions very clear and all worked out as expected. Enjoyed our time. The stars on the beach at night are stunning over the dune preservation area. A little surprised to see a car lane on the beach but was only crowded with vehicles on Christmas Day. All in all a relaxing spot very convenient to walk over to private neighborhood boardwalk to beach. Neighbors very nice, quiet and friendly.

Patty's effective communication was excellent for keeping me on task during the renting process. The house was clean, wonderfully located, and stocked with the dishes I needed for a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner.

The house was exactly as described in the property listing. It’s a very comfortable beach house. It is directly across from the boardwalk that gives private access to the beach. The boardwalk goes over sand dunes so it’s about 100 yards to the beach. There was plenty of space in the house for 6 adults. We spent most of our time on the second floor as it has more open space and the beautiful view of the ocean over the sand dunes. The deck is also on the 2nd floor, so every morning we could watch the sun rise while having our coffee. Since the deck gets direct sun in the morning, there is a patio umbrella that helps keep things a little cooler. The beds were comfortable. 2 bedrooms with Queen beds on ground floor, 1 bedroom with King bed upstairs. It was nice to have a washer/dryer available and the A/C was great. Each floor had a full kitchen, including a Keurig. There is a dishwasher in the 2nd floor kitchen. The house has 2 dedicated parking spaces. Beach towels and chairs were provided. We didn’t use the beach cart. The grocery store and plenty of restaurants are close by. The internet was slow, but everyone in our group was on vacation (no one needed to work while we were here) so it wasn’t an issue. It helped us minimize our screen time and relax! Patty was very responsive to any questions we had. One thing to note: Cars are allowed on the beach so you need to be aware of traffic at end of boardwalk, heading down to the beach.

I can't say enough great things about this house! The location to the beach, restaurants, shops, and activities was perfect, the view was amazing, and the house itself was fabulous! We loved that it had 2 full bathrooms, even though there were just 2 of us for most of our stay. We also made use of the 2 kitchens more than we thought we would because we kept our daily food and drinks upstairs and our bottled drinks for the beach downstairs. It was nice not having to lug a cooler with ice up and down stairs. The house provided a starter set of amenities, beach towels, chairs, and a nice rolling beach cart. There wasn't an umbrella, but no biggie. We purchased one on clearance at Walmart for $8...score! The water in the shower upstairs doesn't get as hot as the water in the shower downstairs, so if you like a really hot shower, opt for the downstairs shower. Oh, and the downstairs shower has an optional heat lamp in it, which is perfect for me because I'm always cold!! The beds and couches were all comfortable and the TV had a nice range of channels. My only suggestion would be to either add an outside shower or to put a nozzle on the hose so that you can easily rinse off everything after going to the beach. There is a hose outside, but it's a little hard to get to without walking through the bushes. That's the only minor thing that could have made our stay even better. There was great communication with Patty and the check in process was very easy. We absolutely feel in love with the house and had a wonderful stay! We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The beds were comfortable. The ac actually stayed cold during the day. Had everything we needed. The internet and tv was slow or intermittent at times during clouds or storms but we would rather take that time to ride around and see the sites. Will stay here again

This property is perfect for a family vacation. We will definitely be renting from here again. Only two negatives 1 the upstairs shower head sits very low and the stairs need little more protection for small child’s as mine is 9 month old. The owners are very friendly and communicate well with you and your trip.

This place was perfect for our family vacation. First, the proximity to the beach was fantastic. You walk out the door and the boardwalk is about 20 yards away and then you’re on the beach. Plus, it’s a private boardwalk so it’s only the people in that community using it. First time we’ve had an upstairs AND downstairs living room and kitchen. Mom and Dad upstairs and the kids got to “pretend” they had their own place downstairs (which means they had to clean it also). View of the ocean from the deck, many restaurants in walking distance. It was just perfect!! At least one morning, we would recommend getting up early and catching the sunrise over the ocean…totally worth it. The house had everything we needed and we would stay here again without question.

We had a great vacation getaway with family at this property. The listing is not clear, but there are two separate living spaces with separate kitchens. We were pretty sure about this based on the photos and were pleasantly surprised when we got there. Only down side is that the place could use a remodel, but I wouldn't want to pay more so I'm not complaining. Very short walk to the beach. Quiet neighbors. Water hose to wash off the beach sand.... SLOW internet though :(

We had a fabulous time. This house was clean and right off at the beach access. We took our little dog and loved the dog friendly area. Would love to stay here again when we plan a visit to St. Augustine. Believe me it will take more than one trip to see all you will want to see.
