Beautiful hotel and conference center, nice hot breakfast, comfortable room, close by restaurants.

Under average
Dark depressing room with no view
I felt unsafe because door lock was broken.

While traveling the interstate went to Hotels.com for nearest hotels to where we were, respective to the town we were getting closest to after 14 hours on the road. Two cities two hours apart with the same name apparently populated and we chose the wrong one and realized it immediately when we clicked on the directions. We contacted Hotels.com and they contacted this hotel, which refused the refund though we never could get to the hotel and immediately informed them. Avoid this hole and after years if using Hotels.com we are switching to finding the hotels and contacting them one on one, bypassing Hotels.com and this particular hotel for their complete lack of disregard for consumers tired from traveling and needing an oasis to sleep for a few hours. Never again.

Amazing amenities (miniature golf, pickleball, pool, etc.). Clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff was. There was an issue with my credit card, they kindly fixed that. Then I had to leave a day early and they were so helpful and gracious to walk me through that process. I happened to be a few minutes late for breakfast but they still let me in and made sure I had enough food though they were in the process of cleaning everything up. They didn’t have to do that but it was so appreciated. It’s not the fanciest hotel but it was clean, the pillows were great and I felt safe traveling as a single woman. They also have a pretty cool indoor/outdoor pool combo.

Our stay was excellent. The front desk attendants provided fantastic service & we very helpful. Our room was pleasant & clean. Close to amenities but lots on he property as well, including breakfast. Beds were comfortable & it was quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

Very old hotel…needs a total rehab. Wifi was great, breakfast was decent. Shower was terrible

It was cheap. And so it accomplished what I needed for the trip. Not real clean though.

Only one cheap towel for two guests
Someone else's shirt hanging on the bathroom door
Styrofoam plates and very cheap utensils (but the complimentary breakfast was good)
Bathtub plug broken
Loud knocking from air conditioner all night
Hot tub was nice

I always enjoy staying at your hotel. I’ll bring my great grandson with me who is four and he likes playing Miniature golf and swimming

Nice enough place to stay. It is a bit dated but not terrible. Bathrooms were a little small and felt like I was a giant because the shower head was at my chest level (Why hotels can't use removeable wands is beyond me) Breakfast was good food but always the same (scrambled eggs, sausage links, make your own waffles, potatoes, biscuits and gravy) We were in a pet friendly room but there is no grass anywhere on property only lava rock... dogs hate that to walk on.

The stay was great. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was nice. I ate it all three days I stayed and it was identicle. Two suggestions would be to add some variety and to take the eggs off the stove a little earlier as they were rubbery and over cooked. In general a very good stay. Thank you.

The entrance doors to the rooms security was labeled as such however the card lock system had been removed. Anyone could have gained access to the entire facility simply walking through the door. Serious security issue.
Ice machine was not working another example of not performing maintenance.

Nice hotel, decent room. Water system was horrible. The water would suddenly turn scalding hot or freezing cold in the middle of your shower.
Breakfast was basic. My daughter got a huge chunk of eggshell in her eggs, so at least we know they're real eggs! I showed the breakfast person the shell and he just repeated "sorry, sorry, sorry."

Breakfast was bad. Not alot of options

Rooms are very old and are in need of up updating. Cooling/heating unit in room is very loud. Bathroom is super small and can hardly close the door when in the shower/toilet area. Balcony doors do not open to allow access to said balcony. Outdoor space is 100 years newer then the rooms.

This hotel does not look like the pictures at all. Extremely deceiving.

We are a family of 4. Check
-in was long due to large crowd in line. The hotel is outdated and has no active restaurant or bar. Room (double queen) was outdated. Pool was small and filled with kids. Kids were in the jacuzzi and made it terrible for the adults . Parking lot was full. Breakfast buffet was terrible and too many people and not enough chairs. Too many people grabbed the food without having a paid coupon. Plan on Best Western instead!

Our room was clean, but a tad outdated. That's not the biggest deal, because everything was functional for our stay. The nooks and crannies weren't the cleanest and some garbage from a previous stay was found at the side of the fridge.
We were put at the very rear of the property with a nice view of the mountains. But, the feeling of security was lacking because there were two vehicles in the back parking lot where people were sleeping in for a couple of nights.
The staff was always accommodating and nice.
Overall a good stay for the price. I'd stay again if we were passing through. However, I may consider somewhere else for a vacation stay.

The amenities were awesome for the family. The kids loved the pool area, and mini golf. Would highly recommend at least a consideration for anyone’s next trip to the area.

The hotel was fine and clean, but they had so many great amenities that it truly made it a great stay. Their indoor/outdoor pool was so fun and the kids loved ping pong and mini golf. The breakfast was also nice and hot.

Property was easy access from Highway and after a looooong day on the road, check in was a breeze, staff were extremely friendly, fast and informative. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, hot and well stocked even with many guests eating at same time. Could not find a negative even if i tried.

Didn’t have our Hotels reservation on their sided even with my confirmation number. Paid double for a not so nice hotel.

The room was so filthy, just so dirty and outdated. The carpet was disgusting, the walls were scratched up and had holes in them. We pulled back the bed covers and a black bug was making his way across the white sheets. The place was absolutely disgusting, which was so sad because The hotel itself is so cool with the mini golf and the pool.

We really liked this hotel and definitely would come beck, the only thing we missed was the tub drain stopper so our kids could get in the tub.

It was a good place to stay & continue on our way. I will stay there again next trip through. The breakfast was decent, and the front desk was very polite and helpful. Great place to stay and move on.

Second time staying at this location. I like that it has an indoor/outdoor pool.

They have a great breakfast. Our granddaughter loved the pool and the minigolf. Our stay was a hit.

This is a very outdated property that was showing its age. We booked it for the pool and extra activities (mini golf, basketball courts, pickle ball, pool, etc).

I could not asks for a better place to stay for four days and three nights at a very affordable price. April checked me in and was very polite and knowledgeable about my reservation. The room was very clean with many amenities inside or within the hotel grounds such as Pickleball Courts, Basketball court, and a indoor/outdoor pools. The surroundings, especially in the back were quiet with nice scenery to look at in the mornings and evenings. It was good to be able to eat a nice breakfast each morning and continue to get things done for the rest of the day.

The staff is AMAZING!! The only thing is it is outdated but clean. It was definately worth the savings.

Definitely an older hotel, but overall it was fine. The beds were clean and comfy. I would stay again. The basketball, pickle ball and mini golf would be so fun for a family.

Good location. Very friendly staff, but hotel is pretty dated. Clean and good bed, but wall are thin so you hear your neighbors. Breakfast included and parking in front of you room. Might or might not stay there again.

We were visiting St. George for the new Red Cliffs Temple open house. Having had a previous stay at the Red Lion before made this an easy choice. Friendly staff, reasonably priced, good internet, plus breakfast! We'll likely be back.

Great location and price. Hotel is a bit outdated and it was VERY noisy and we were NOT in the pool building. Other than the outdatedness of the hotel everything else was great.
